针对单相级联H桥型电力电子变压器整流级易受输入电压、负载电阻等参数影响,及传统PI双闭环控制性能较差的问题,提出一种电流内环的复合控制策略。在无源控制(PBC)的基础上加入扩张状态观测器(ESO)作为扰动观测,并进行补偿。通过MATLAB/Simulink软件搭建三级型电力电子变压器整流级模型,将结合扩张状态观测器的无源控制与传统PI控制、无源控制进行对比。结果表明:提出的控制策略能有效降低交流侧电流谐波量,且系统动态响应速度快、鲁棒性更好。

Numerical investigations of floating platforms with different outer column inclined angles under two operating conditions of regular wave and irregular wave are presented in this paper.A coupled aero-hydrodynamic computational fluid dynamics in-house solver FOWT-UALM-SJTU is applied for the ***,the validation for wave and wind generation are conducted to determine mesh distribution *** on these,the hydrodynamic motion response,aerodynamic performance and wake flow are analyzed to explore the impact of inclined *** spectral analysis on the motion response under wave action,discuss the aerodynamic attack angle and inflow wind velocity along the blade spanwise direction in detail,reveal different trends in wake development and *** results show that for the regular wave condition with the increase of inclined angles,the equilibrium position of surge motion is constantly rising,while pitch is *** maximum root mean square(rms)value occurs at angle=30°,compared with the original OC4 FOWT,the rms in power and thrust increase 0.35%,0.71%.And there are two low regions of attack angle and high regions of axial inflow velocity,corresponding to aerodynamic *** spectral analysis indicates that the natural frequency of pitch motion will increase with inclined ***,from the middle to far region of wake flow,the velocity recovery of FOWT with inclined angle will become faster,which is beneficial for downstream turbines to enhance more wind energy.

Carbon nitride has been extensively used as a visible-light photocatalyst,but it has the disadvantages of a low specific surface area,rapid electron-hole recombination,and relatively low light *** this study,single-atom Ag was successfully anchored on ultrathin carbon nitride(UTCN)via thermal polymerization,the catalyst obtained is called *** Ag hardly changed the carbon nitride's layered and porous physical *** exhibited efficient visible-light photocatalytic performances in the degradation of various recalcitrant pollutants,eliminations of 85% were achieved by visible-light irradiation for *** with Ag improved the photocatalytic performance of UTCN by narrowing the forbidden band gap from 2.49 to 2.36 e V and suppressing electron-hole pair *** addition,Ag doping facilitated O_(2) adsorption on UTCN by decreasing the adsorption energy from -0.2 to -2.22 e V and favored the formation of O_(2)^(·-).Electron spin resonance and radical-quenching experiments showed that O_(2)^(·-)was the major reactive species in the degradation of Acetaminophen(paracetamol,APAP).

Huashi Baidu prescription(HSBDF),recommended in the Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Novel Coronavirus(2019-nCoV)Pneumonia(On Trials,the Seventh Edition),was clinically used to treat severe corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)with cough,blood-stained sputum,inhibited defecation,red tongue *** study was aimed to elucidate and profile the knowledge on its chemical constituents and the potential anti-inflammatory effect in *** the study,the chemical constituents in extract of HSBDF were characterized by UPLC-Q-TOF/MS in both negative and positive modes,and the pro-inﬂammatory cytokines were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA)to determine the effects of HSBDF in lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-stimulated RAW264.7 *** results showed that a total of 217 chemical constituents were tentativedly characterized in ***,HSBDF could alleviate the expression levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the cell models,indicating that the antiviral effects of HSBDF might be associated with regulation of the inflammatory cytokines production in RAW264.7 *** hope that the results could be served as the basic data for further study of HSBDF on anti-COVID-19 effect.

Jetting-based bioprinting facilitates contactless drop-on-demand deposition of subnanoliter droplets at well-defined positions to control the spatial arrangement of cells, growth factors, drugs, and biomaterials in a highly automated layer-by-layer fabrication approach. Due to its immense versatility, jetting-based bioprinting has been used for various applications, including tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, wound healing, and drug development. A lack of in-depth understanding exists in the processes that occur during jetting-based bioprinting. This review paper will comprehensively discuss the physical considerations for bioinks and printing conditions used in jetting-based bioprinting. We first present an overview of different jetting-based bioprinting techniques such as inkjet bioprinting, laser-induced forward transfer bioprinting, electrohydrodynamic jet bioprinting, acoustic bioprinting and microvalve bioprinting. Next, we provide an in-depth discussion of various considerations for bioink formulation relating to cell deposition, print chamber design, droplet formation and droplet impact. Finally, we highlight recent accomplishments in jetting-based bioprinting. We present the advantages and challenges of each method, discuss considerations relating to cell viability and protein stability, and conclude by providing insights into future directions of jetting-based bioprinting. Osteoporosis(OP)is a prevalent metabolic bone *** drug therapy is essential to prevent bone loss in osteoporotic patients,current treatments are limited by side effects and high costs,necessitating the development of more effective and safer targeted *** a zebrafish(Danio rerio)larval model of osteoporosis,we explored the influence of the metabolite spermine on bone *** showed that spermine exhibited dual activity in osteoporotic zebrafish larvae by increasing bone formation and decreasing bone *** not only demonstrated excellent biosafety but also mitigated prednisolone-induced embryonic neurotoxicity and ***,spermine showcased protective attributes in the nervous systems of both zebrafish embryos and *** the molecular level,Rac1 was identified as playing a pivotal role in mediating the antiosteoporotic effects of spermine,with P53 potentially acting downstream of *** findings were confirmed using mouse(Mus musculus)models,in which spermine not only ameliorated osteoporosis but also promoted bone formation and mineralization under healthy conditions,suggesting strong potential as a bonestrengthening *** study underscores the beneficial role of spermine in osteoporotic bone homeostasis and skeletal system development,highlighting pivotal molecular *** their efficacy and safety,human endogenous metabolites like spermine are promising candidates for new anti-osteoporotic drug development and daily bone-fortifying agents.
