3-D numerical simulation was carried out for the water flow in a stilling basin with multi-horizontal submerged jets by using two different turbulence models, namely, the VOF RNG k-ε and Mixture RNG k-ε turbulence models. The calculated water depth, velocity profile and pressure distribution are in good agreement with the data obtained in experiments. It indicates that the numerical simulation can effectively be used to study the water flow movement and the energy dissipation mechanism. The numerical simulation results show that the turbulent kinetic energy distribution obtained by using the Mixture turbulence model covers a region about 18% larger than that calculated by using the VOF turbulence model, and is in better agreement with the actual situation. Furthermore, the Mixture turbulence model is better than the VOF turbulence model in calculating the air entrainment.

The patch clamp recording technique in vivois a blind patch clamp recording methods to record the current of the spinal or cereral neurons of anaes：hesia （ or awake） animals. This technique can be used to study the synaptic function and plasticity in central nervous system in vivoin order to understand the physiological properties of the ion channels from an integrated point of view. The advantage of this technique have already presented itself in the study of the synaptic transmission and nervous network. Nowadays, in vivo patch whole-cell recording technique in combination with other techniques is becoming a common method in the research fields.

A series of experiments were carried out on multi-horizontal submerged jets with four different model scales of 1：36, 1：57, 1：80, 1：200. In routine tests, scale effects have to be considered, due to complex vortex structure and strong air entrainment in stilling basin. Our focus was laid on measuring and analyzing the time-averaged pressure distribution, water depth and closed-to-bed velocity in the stilling basin of multi-horizontal submerged jets. The experiments results show that the model scale has but a slight effect on the time-averaged hydraulic characteristics in the stilling basin of multi-horizontal submerged jets, which indicates that the results of time-averaged hydraulic characteristics for a normal pressure model are reliable. However, the scale effects of air entrainment, fluctuation pressure and vortex structure call for further investigations in order to make the results of experiments serve as scientific references for practical engineering.

Air entrainment is known to be one of efficient and inexpensive methods to prevent cavitation damages in hydropower *** shape of sudden expansion-fall is used as a common device for mitigating cavitation *** complex flow patterns with cavitation are numerically simulated by using the realizable k-εturbulence model and the air-water mixture *** calculated results are compared well with the experimental results as well as those obtained with the k-εturbulence model with the Volume Of Fluid（VOF）*** calculated results agree well with the experimental data for the aeration cavity and wall ***,the air concentration near sidewall is simulated by a mixture *** is found that the mixture turbulence model is superior to the VOF turbulence model.

长余辉发光是一种在激发停止后产生持久余辉发光的特殊光学现象,这种现象在防伪、信息或数据存储、光催化、传感和生物成像等领域中呈现出巨大的前景。长余辉纳米粒子(PLNPs)无需原位激发,能够减少组织的自发荧光和光散射干扰,被广泛用于生物成像领域。此外,发光性能可调节,且具有X射线激发、近红外区域长寿命发光或多模式成像特征的长余辉纳米探针能够应用于深层组织生物成像,为细胞或组织提供更为丰富的成像信息。该综述总结了近年来PLNPs的合成方法及其在生物成像应用中的最新研究进展,重点介绍了PLNPs在指纹成像、细胞和活体成像等方面的应用,同时还讨论了PLNPs在生物成像领域面临的挑战和未来的发展趋势。

As the next generation of commercial automotive power batteries begins replacing liquid lithium batteries,many look towards all-solid-state batteries to pioneer the ***-so lid-state batteries have attracted the attention of countless researchers around the world because of their high safety and high energy *** recent times,halide solid-state electrolytes have become a research hotspot within solid-state electrolytes because of their potentially superior *** this paper,in the framework of DFT,we investigated the atomic mechanisms of improving the ionic conductivity and stability of Li_(3)YbCl_(6).Our calculations show that both trigonal and orthorhombic Li_(3)YbCl_(6) exhibit wide electrochemical windows and metastable properties(100 meV/atom>Ehull>0 meV/atom).However,the orthorhombic Li_(3)YbCl_(6) can be stabilized at high temperatures by taking the vibrational entropy into account,which is supported by the experimental ***,it is expected that because of the Yb/Li synergistic interactions that,due to their strong mutual coulomb repulsion,influence the Li^(+)transport behavior,the orthorhombic Li_(3)YbCl_(6) might have superior ionic conductivities with appropriate Li+migration paths determined by the Yb^(3+) ***,higher ionic conductivities can be obtained by regulating the random distribution of Li^(+) *** Li^(+)-deficiency can also largely increase the ionic conductivity by invoking *** study helps gain a deeper understanding of the laws that govern ionic conductivities and stabilities and provides a certain theoretical reference for the experimental development and design of halide solid-state electrolytes.

Splenic infarction(SI)is a rare clinical phenomenon that occurs when the blood supply to the spleen is interrupted,resulting in tissue ischemia and necrosis[1].There are many causes of SI;in adult patients,cardioembolism,hematological malignancy,and infectious disease are the most common[2].Rheumatic diseases,especially systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and granulomatosis with polyangitis,can also lead to SI[3];however,only a few cases have been *** are currently no statistically meaningful data on the etiology of SI in *** most patients with SI can recover after conservative treatment,a small number of patients develop complications,such as splenic abscess,splenic rupture,splenic hemorrhage,and hemoperitoneum,and may even undergo splenectomy in severe cases.

Caprine arthritis-encephalitis virus(CAEV) is an under-studied virus infecting caprines and ovines worldwide. Over the last four decades, CAEV has spread in China, obtaining genomic data on CAEV strains circulating in China is of importance for developing diagnostic methods and eradicating associated diseases. However, there is limited information on the genome, including characterizations, and the probable origin. This work aimed to characterize Chinese CAEV genomes and population structures. Five CAEV strains isolated from infected dairy goats between 1989and 1994 in Gansu, Guizhou, Shaanxi, Shandong and Sichuan provinces were cloned and sequenced. The Chinese CAEV had a 58–93% genome similarities to strains outside of China, and they belonged to subgenotype B1. The highest similarity levels(98.3–99.3%) were with two other Chinese strains, and they shared a 91.8–92.3% similarity with the strain Clements(GenBank accession no. NC_001463.1) from outside of China. The Chinese CAEV strains isolated from different provinces over five years were still highly homologous and contained unique ancestral population components,indicating that these Chinese strains had a common origin that differed from other known strains. Our results provide genomic data on circulating Chinese CAEV strains and will be useful for future epidemiological investigations and CAEV eradication programs.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of raw corn starch(RCS)in clinical management of insulinoma-induced *** We retrospectively collected clinical data of insulinoma patients who received RCS-supplemented diet preoperatively,and analyzed the therapeutic effects of the RCS intervention on blood glucose control,weight change,and its adverse *** The study population consisted of 24 cases of insulinoma patients,7 males and 17 females,aged 46.08±14.15 *** RCS-supplemented diet,all patients had frequent hypoglycemic episodes(2.51±3.88 times/week),concurrent with neuroglycopenia(in 83.3% of patients)and autonomic manifestations(in 75.0% of patients),with the median fasting blood glucose(FBG)of 2.70(interquartile range[IQR]:2.50-2.90)mmol/*** patients'weight increased by 0.38(IQR:0.05-0.65)kg per month,with 8(33.3%)cases developing overweight and 7(29.2%)cases developing *** patients maintained the RCS-supplemented diet until they underwent tumor resection(23 cases)and transarterial chemoembolization for liver metastases(1 case).For 19 patients receiving RCS throughout the day,the median FBG within one week of nutritional management was 4.30(IQR:3.30-5.70)mmol/L,which was a significant increase compared to pre-nutritional level[2.25(IQR:1.60-2.90)mmol/L;Pweight gain was observed upon RCS *** diarrhea(2 cases)and flatulence(1 case)occurred,and were relieved by reduction of RCS ***
