Web application fingerprint recognition is an effective security technology designed to identify and classify web applications,thereby enhancing the detection of potential threats and attacks.Traditional fingerprint recognition methods,which rely on preannotated feature matching,face inherent limitations due to the ever-evolving nature and diverse landscape of web applications.In response to these challenges,this work proposes an innovative web application fingerprint recognition method founded on clustering techniques.The method involves extensive data collection from the Tranco List,employing adjusted feature selection built upon Wappalyzer and noise reduction through truncated SVD dimensionality reduction.The core of the methodology lies in the application of the unsupervised OPTICS clustering algorithm,eliminating the need for preannotated labels.By transforming web applications into feature vectors and leveraging clustering algorithms,our approach accurately categorizes diverse web applications,providing comprehensive and precise fingerprint recognition.The experimental results,which are obtained on a dataset featuring various web application types,affirm the efficacy of the method,demonstrating its ability to achieve high accuracy and broad coverage.This novel approach not only distinguishes between different web application types effectively but also demonstrates superiority in terms of classification accuracy and coverage,offering a robust solution to the challenges of web application fingerprint recognition.

Capturing and visualizing the phase transition mediated thermal stress of thermal barrier coating materials via a cross-scale integrated computational approach

The generation and evaluation of severely high thermal stress(σ)is known to be responsible for failure of thermal barrier coatings(TBCs)during thermal cycling.It is crucial and challenging to capture fluctuations inσcaused by the phase transition,which has motivated us to develop a high-throughput multiscale evaluation method forσin TBCs that considers the phase transition of the top ceramic materials by coupling first-principles calculations with finite element simulations.The method quantitatively evaluates and visualizesσof the real TBC structure under thermal cycling by multifield coupling.Additionally,the thermophysical properties calculated by the first-principles calculations consider the effects of temperature and phase transition,which not only reduces the cost of obtaining data but also has a more physical connotation.In this work,rare earth tantalites(RETaO4)are introduced as ceramic layers,and the results demonstrate thatσundergoes a rapid escalation near the phase transition temperature(Tt),particularly in the TBCs_GdTaO4 system,where it rises from 224 to 435 MPa.This discontinuity inσmay originate from the significant alterations in Young’s modulus(increase by 27%–78%)and thermal conductivity(increase by 53%–146%)near Tt.The TBCs_NdTaO4 and TBCs_SmTaO4 systems exhibit noteworthy temperature drop gradients and minimalσfluctuations,which are beneficial for extending service lifetime of TBCs.This approach facilitates the prediction of failure mechanisms and provides theoretical guidance for the reverse design of TBC materials to obtain low thermal stress systems.

Elaborating strengthen mechanism of Pt-Ir solid solution superalloy at finite temperature

Pt-Ir alloy is potential superalloys used above 1300℃because of their high strength and creep resistance.However,the ductility of Pt-Ir alloy has rapidly deteriorated with the increase of Ir,resulting in poor machinability.This work quantitatively evaluated the solid solution strengthening(SSS)and grain refinement strengthening(GRS)of Pt-Ir alloy using first-principles calculations combined with experimental characterization.Here,the stretching force constants in the second nearest neighbor region(SFC^(2nd))of pure Ir(193.7 eV·nm^(-2))are 3.40 times that of pure Pt(57.0 eV·nm^(-2)),i.e.,the interatomic interaction is greatly enhanced with the increase of Ir content,which leads to the decrease of ductility,and modulus misfit plays a dominant role in SSS.Then,the physical mechanisms responsible for the hardness(H_(V))of Pt-Ir alloy,using the power-law-scaled function of electron work function coupled SSS and GRS,are attributed to the electron redistribution caused by different Ir content.Furthermore,a thorough assessment of the thermodynamic characteristics of Pt-Ir binary alloy was conducted,culminating in development of a mapping model that effectively relates enmposition,temperature and strength.The results revealed that the compressive strength incrcases with the Ir content,and the highest strength was observed in Pt_(0.25)Ir_(0.75).This study provides valuable insights into the Pt-Ir alloy system.

Dear Editor,Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease,the most common inherited peripheral neuropathology,is highly heterogeneous among patients and associated with mutations in~100 different genes at an incidence of at least 1:2,500[1].Over 30 mutated genes have been identified in CMT2,which is characterized by peripheral axon degeneration and distal deficits in motor function[2].The aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase is the largest family in CMT2 and includes tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase(YARS,tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase).

Calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate is a widely used cardiovascular drug.The traditional batch synthesis process suffers from long reaction times,tedious operations,and unstable yields.Herein,a sequential continuous flow synthesis combined with a multistage in-line purification process of calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate was developed.The acylation reaction was completed in a continuous coil reactor at 160℃ in 20 min.And the high toxic solvent pyridine was replaced by acetonitrile.Furthermore,the multistage in-line purification process was integrated into the homemade 3D circular cyclone-type micromixer chip.Combining with the membrane phase separators,the residence time of the purification step was 30 s.The isolated yield of this sequential continuous process was 92%with 99%purity.

Diagnostic performance of intravascular ultrasound-based fractional flow reserve in evaluating of intermediate left main stenosis

BACKGROUND The recently introduced ultrasonic flow ratio(UFR),is a novel fast computational method to derive fractional flow reserve(FFR)from intravascular ultrasound(IVUS)images.In the present study,we evaluate the diagnostic performance of UFR in patients with intermediate left main(LM)stenosis.METHODS This is a prospective,single center study enrolling consecutive patients with presence of intermediated LM lesions(diameter stenosis of 30%-80%by visual estimation)underwent IVUS and FFR measurement.An independent core laboratory assessed offline UFR and IVUS-derived minimal lumen area(MLA)in a blinded fashion.RESULTS Both UFR and FFR were successfully achieved in 41 LM patients(mean age,62.0±9.9 years,46.3%diabetes).An acceptable correlation between UFR and FFR was identified(r=0.688,P50%(AUC=0.66,P<0.001)and numerically higher than IVUS-derived MLA(AUC=0.82;P=0.09).Patient level diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity for UFR to identify FFR≤0.80 was 82.9%(95%CI:70.2-95.7),93.1%(95%CI:82.2-100.0),58.3%(95%CI:26.3-90.4),respectively.CONCLUSION In patients with intermediate LM diseases,UFR was proved to be associated with acceptable correlation and high accuracy with pressure wire-based FFR as standard reference.The present study supports the use of UFR for functional evaluation of intermediate LM stenosis.

Stretchable poly[2]rotaxane elastomers

Mechanically interlocked polymers(MIPs)are promising candidates for the construction of elastomeric materials with desirable mechanical performance on account of their abilities to undergo inherent rotational and translational mechanical movements at the molecular level.However,the investigations on their mechanical properties are lagging far behind their structural fabrication,especially for linear polyrotaxanes in bulk.Herein,we report stretchable poly[2]rotaxane elastomers(PREs)which integrate numerous mechanical bonds in the polymeric backbone to boost macroscopic mechanical properties.Specifically,we have synthesized a hydroxyfunctionalized[2]rotaxane that subsequently participates in the condensation polymerization with diisocyanate to form PREs.Benefitting from the peculiar structural and dynamic characteristics of the poly[2]rotaxane,the representative PRE exhibits favorable mechanical performance in terms of stretchability(∼1200%),Young’s modulus(24.6 MPa),and toughness(49.5 MJ/m^(3)).Moreover,we present our poly[2]rotaxanes as model systems to understand the relationship between mechanical bonds and macroscopic mechanical properties.It is concluded that the mechanical properties of our PREs are mainly determined by the unique topological architectures which possess a consecutive energy dissipation pathway including the dissociation of host−guest interaction and consequential sliding motion of the wheel along the axle in the[2]rotaxane motif.

目前压裂直井或压裂水平井的单井模拟主要是基于二维或拟三维网格进行表征,但这2类网格无法精细表征裂缝、井筒的三维空间形态。为此,提出利用计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术来进行压裂井的三维几何建模方法,形成了3D精细半结构网格剖分方法和流程,以及高效数值求解方法,将该方法应用于现场一口压裂直井,并对其进行了模拟分析。分析结果表明:所构建的3D压裂直井、压裂水平井的内边界井模型,简化和统一了不同压裂井模型的井产量计算方程,该方法同样适用于更复杂的3D定向压裂井的井产量计算;水力裂缝的几何形态、尺寸和小层物性是空间压力分布的重要影响因素。所得结论可为提高复杂压裂井的三维精细表征能力和单井模拟精度提供技术支撑。

Exploring the effect and mechanisms of Epimedium on diabetic testicular injury using network pharmacology,molecular docking,and cell experiments

Background:Studying the potential targets and mechanisms of Epimedium for anti-diabetic testicular injury using network pharmacology,molecular docking,and cell experiments.Methods:Acquisition of major components and targets of Epimedium was based on TCMSP,TCMID,and Symmap databases and retrieval of diabetic testicular injury targets by OMIM,GeneCards,Pharmgkb,and Drugbank databases.Intersecting targets were obtained from the Venny 2.1.0 database and input SRTING data to construct a protein-protein interaction(PPI)network,and key targets were screened in Cytoscape 3.8.0 software.Then the Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment analyses of intersecting targets were conducted through the DAVID database.Further,AutoDock software was used to verify docking between the main components and the core target proteins.In addition,a Cell Counting Kit-8(CCK-8)assay was used to determine the survival effect of quercetin,the main component of Epimedium,on TM4 sertoli-like cells exposed to palmitic acid(PA).Results:Quercetin,kaempferol and luteolin in epimedium were identified as the main components in the treatment of diabetic testicular injury.It has core target proteins including MMP9,AKT1,and TNF.The biological process mainly involves the regulation of the apoptotic signaling pathway.The key pathways of KEGG are the AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications,PI3K-Akt and MAPK signaling pathway.Molecular docking results showed that quercetin had the strongest binding ability to MMP9.Also,PA-challenged cells had a lower survival rate,which was alleviated by the administration of quercetin.Conclusion:Our findings suggest that Epimedium attenuates diabetes mellitus(DM)-induced testicular injury through AGE-RAGE,PI3K-Akt and MAPK signaling pathway.These insights offer a potential therapeutic strategy for managing DM-induced testicular injury,will be the basis for future clinical research.

A sustainable and practical process is presented for the direct synthesis of sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate(STS).Our approach was inspired by the well-established and industrially applied batch synthetic route for STS production.We constructed a telescoped two-step continuous flow platform.This involved a continuous tanshinone IIA sulfonation and in-line salt formation.For the setup,we constructed a 3D circular cyclone-type microreactor using femtosecond laser micromachining.Compared to the 68%yield for 2 h in batch,the two-step continuous flow had an STS yield of 90%,achieved for a total residence time of<3.0 min under optimal conditions.The proposed continuous flow method vastly simplified the operation and improved procedural safety,while significantly reducing the required acid content and wastewater production.
