Nitrous oxide(N_(2)O)is a green propellant with excellent application prospects.A subNewton N_(2)O monopropellant thruster with inner-heater and a N_(2)O self-pressurization stable supply system with regenerative heat compensation are designed in this *** experimental research of the thruster is described,including measurements of preheating power,activation temperature,vacuum thrust,specific impulse,life-span and pulsed operation *** inserting the heater into the catalyst-bed,preheating efficiency of the heater is significantly improved compared to the thruster with ***,the preheating power demand of the thruster is successfully reduced to around 10 *** mean vacuum thrust of 322 mN is attained and the corresponding specific impulse reaches 162s at the mass flow rate of 0.2 g/*** activation temperature of 523 K is achieved,and the activation performance of the thruster is affected by the loading factor.A long term hot-firing test longer than 12000 s is *** pulsed operation performance of the inner-preheating thruster is also studied by measuring chamber *** with different magnitudes are produced by adjusting the opening duration of the control valve.A minimum impulse of 81 mN·s is ***,the performance of the thruster is evaluated by comparison with other thrusters of the same *** results indicate that the proposed thruster with inner-heater is superior in terms of preheating power,activation temperature and specific impulse performance.

BACKGROUND: During the past years, the number of liver transplantation has increased greatly, but the number of available organs has not increased. In view of the critical shortage of organs, the indications for living-related liver transplantation (LRLT) have broadened since experience with the procedure has been achieved. This study was undertaken to assess the value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) angiography in evaluating the hepatic arterial and veinous anatomy of potential donors for LRLT. METHODS: MSCT was performed after intravenous injection of contrast material at 3 ml/s. The total dose was calculated as 2 ml/kg. Twenty LRLT donors (2 men and 18 women) were subjected to MSCT angiography of hepatic blood vessels. These were generated by volume rendering and maximum intensity projection, while curved planar reformation was added in 5 patients. RESULTS: We identified 10 important hepatic vascular variants in 9 of the 20 donors (4 arterial, 4 venous, and 2 portal venous variants). In hepatic arterial variants, two had a replaced right hepatic artery arising from the superior mesenteric artery, an accessory right hepatic artery from the superior mesenteric artery and a replaced left hepatic artery arising from the left gastric artery. In hepatic venous variants, three had an accessory inferior right hepatic vein and one had two accessory inferior right hepatic veins. In hepatic portal venous variants, two had trifurcation of the main portal vein. CONCLUSIONS: As a non-invasive and reliable method, MSCT angiography is of value in the clinical evaluation of LRLT donors. MSCT angiography should be recommended as a routine preoperative examination for potential LRLT donors.

The present study was designed to establish a suitable assay to explore CCR2 b receptor antagonists from the natural products of Artemisia rupetris and Leontopodium leontopodioides. An aequorin assay was developed as a cell-based assay suitable for 384-well microplate and used for screening CCR2 b receptor antagonists from natural products. Through establishing suitable conditions, the assay was shown to be suitable for screening of CCR2 b receptor antagonists. Seven compounds were identified in preliminary screening. Five of them showed evident dose-response relationship in secondary screening. The structure–activity relationship study suggested that 7-position hydroxyl group of flavonoids was necessary, a polar group should be introduced on the 3-position, and the substituents on 2-position benzene ring of flavonoids have little influence on the potentency of the inhibition activity on CCR2 b receptor. The ortho-position dihydroxyl structure in quinic acid compounds may be important. In conclusion, Compounds HR-1, 5, 7, and AR-20, 35 showed activity as antagonist of CCR2 b receptor, which shed lights on the development of novel drugs as CCR2 b receptor antagonists for preventing inflammation related diseases.

Objective This study aimed to investigate whether cytokine profiles and virological markers might add value in monitoring the effects of peginterferon(PEG-IFN)therapy for hepatitis B e-antigen(HBeAg)positive chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods HBeAg positive patients with CHB were treated with PEG-IFN for 48 *** biochemical,and HBV serological indexes,as well as cytokines,were detected at baseline and every12 *** A total of 116 patients with CHB were enrolled in this study;100 patients completed the 48-week treatment and follow-up,of whom 38 achieved serum HBeAg disappearance,25 achieved HBeAg seroconversion,37 showed HBsAg decreases≥1 log10 IU/mL,9 showed HBsAg disappearance,and 8became HBsAb *** cytokine levels at baseline and during treatment were similar between the HBeAg disappearance group and non-disappearance *** disappearance of HBeAg was independently associated with HBeAg levels at weeks 12 and 24,and with the HBeAg decline at week 24(P<0.05).The HBsAg response was independently associated with HBsAg,the HBsAg decline,HBeAg,the HBeAg decline at week 12,and HBsAg at week 24(P<0.05).Conclusion There was no significant correlation between the response to interferon(IFN)and cytokines during PEG-IFN *** changes in virological markers predicted the response to IFN after 48 weeks.

A new and innovative detector system based on a silicon strip detector dedicated to the study of the reaction induced by lighter radioactive beams is described *** detector system consists of five sets of three types of telescopes,which are successfully used to measure the angular distributions of both elastic scattering and breakup simultaneously, on the Radioactive Ion Beam Line in Lanzhou at Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou. This silicon detector array is used to measure the elastic scattering angular distributions of ^(11) Be on a ^(208) Pb target at E_(lab) = 140 and 209 MeV. A comparison of the Monte Carlo simulations with the experimental results shows a reasonable consistency.

Objective To study the relationship between resting heart rate and blood lipid level. Methods A total of 9 415 subjects aged≥40 years were included in the present study. Their resting heart rate was monitored and their serum levels of triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （TC）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） and high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） were measured to define dyslipidemia according to the 2007 Chinese Guidelines on Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Adults. Results The subjects were divided into group A with their resting heart rate〈70 beats/min, group B with their resting heart rate=70-79 beats/min, group C with their resting heart rate=80-89 beats/min, and group D with their resting heart rate≥90 beats/min. High TG, TC, and LDL-C were presented across the resting heart rate （Ptrend〈0.01）. Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that the risk of high TG and TC was higher in subjects with their resting heart rate≥90 beats/min than in those with their resting heart rate〈70 beats/min （OR=1.42;95%CI：1.16-1.74 and OR=1.33;95%CI：1.09-1.64, respectively）. Conclusion Elevated resting heart rate is associated with high TG and TC in middle-aged and elderly Chinese subjects.
