目的采用高效液相色谱法建立同时测定纯阳正气胶囊中橙皮苷、桂皮醛和丁香酚含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Agilent PorosheⅡ120 EC-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,4μm),以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,柱温35℃,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长284 nm。结果方法学验证表明,橙皮苷、桂皮醛和丁香酚3种成分线性关系良好(r≥0.9999),精密度小于2.0%,平均加样回收率在98.0%~101.9%之间,稳定性和重复性的RSD均<3.0%,符合方法学要求。结论该方法简便、稳定、重复性好、准确可靠,可用于纯阳正气胶囊的质量控制。

A process capable of simultaneously oxidizing NO, SO2, and Hg^0 was proposed, using a nigh-voltage and short-duration positive pulsed corona discharge. By focusing on NO, SO2, and Hg^0 oxidation efficiencies, the influences of pulse peak voltage, pulse frequency, initial concentration, electrode number, residence time and water vapor addition were investigated. The results indicate that NO, SO2 and Hg^0 oxidation efficiencies depend primarily on the radicals （OH, HO2, O） and the active species （O3, H2O2, etc.） produced by the pulsed corona discharge. The NO, SO2 and Hg^0 oxidation efficiencies could be improved as pulse peak voltage, pulse frequency, electrode number and residence time increased, but they were reduced with increasing initial concentrations. By adding water vapor, the SO2 oxidation efficiency was improved remarkably, while the NO oxidation efficiency decreased slightly. In our experiments, the simultaneous NO, SO2, and Hg^0 oxidation efficiencies reached to 40%, 98%, and 55% with the initial concentrations 479 mg/m^3, 1040 mg/m^3, and 15.0 μg/m^3, respectively.

Background:The current standard of care for non-bulky diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)patients with an International Prognostic Index(IPI)of 0 is four cycles of rituximab plus cyclophosphamide,doxorubicin,vincristine and prednisone(R-CHOP)but whether the same efficacy can be achieved with reduced chemotherapy regimen of four cycles for non-bulky DLBCL patients with an IPI of 1 remains *** study compared four cycles versus six cycles of chemotherapy in non-bulky low-risk DLBCL patients with negative interim positron emission tomography with computed tomography(PET-CT,Deauville 1-3),irrespective of age and other IPI risk factors(IPI 0-1).Methods:This was an open-label,randomized,phaseⅢ,non-inferiority *** aged 14-75 years with newly diagnosed low-risk DLBCL,according to IPI,achieving PET-CT confirmed complete response(CR)after four cycles of R-CHOPwere randomized(1:1)between four cycles of rituximab(4R-CHOP+4R arm)or two cycles of R-CHOP plus two cycles of rituximab(6R-CHOP+2R arm).The primary endpoint was 2-year progression-free survival(PFS),conducted in the intention-to-treat *** was assessed in patients with at least one cycle of assigned *** non-inferiority margin was-8%.Results:A total of 287 patients were included in the intention-to-treat analysis,the median follow-up was 47.3 months,and the 2-year PFS rate was 95%(95%confidence interval[CI],92%to 99%)and 94%(95%CI,91%to 98%)for the 4R-CHOP+4R and 6R-CHOP+2R *** absolute difference in 2-year PFS between the two arms was 1%(95%CI,-5%to 7%),supporting the non-inferiority of 4R-CHOP+*** 3-4 neutropenia was lower in the last four cycles of rituximab alone in the 4R-CHOP+4R arm(16.7%versus 76.9%),with decreased risk of febrile neutropenia(0.0%versus 8.4%)and infection(2.1%versus 14.0%).Conclusions:For newly diagnosed low-risk DLBCL patients,interim PET-CT after four cycles of R-CHOP was effective in identifying patients with Deauville 1-3 who would have a goo

Volatile organic compounds（VOCs） are a major component in air pollutants and pose great risks to both human health and environmental protection. Currently, VOC abatement in industrial applications is through the use of activated carbons as adsorbents and oxide-supported metals as catalysts. Notably, activated carbons easily adsorb water, which strongly hinders the adsorption of VOCs; conventional oxides typically possess relatively low surface areas and random pores, which effectively influence the catalytic conversion of VOCs. Zeolites, in contrast with activated carbons and oxides, can be designed to have very uniform and controllable micropores, in addition to tailored wettability properties, which can favor the selective adsorption of VOCs. In particular, zeolites with selective adsorptive properties when combined with catalytically active metals result in zeolite-supported metals exhibiting significantly improved performance in the catalytic combustion of VOCs compared with conventional oxide-supported catalysts. In this review, recent developments on VOC abatement by adsorptive and catalytic techniques over zeolite-based materials have been briefly summarized.

The genus Tetrastigma belongs to the Vitaceae family and contains over 100 *** paper reviewed folk uses,chemical constituents,pharmacological activities,and clinical applications of the medicinal plants in the genus *** addition,the paper also discussed the current problems for the further *** to now,more than 240 compounds were reported from the genus Tetrastigma,covering 74 flavonoids,14 terpenoids,19 steroids,21 phenylpropanoids,14 alkaloids and others *** them,flavonoids are the major and the characteristic chemical constituents in this *** pharmacological studies and clinical practice showed that the extracts and chemical constituents of Tetrastigma species possessed wide pharmacological activities including antitumor,antioxidative,hepatoprotective,antiviral,anti-inflammatory,and analgesic *** information summarized in this paper provides valuable clues for new drug discovery and an incentive to expand the research of genus Tetrastigma.
