The title complex Co（DMSO）2（H2O）2（SCN）2 has been prepared and structurally characterized. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a= 5.1981（9）, b = 11.944（2）, c = 12.646（2） A,β = 98.686（2）°, V = 776.2（2） A^3, C6H16CoN2O4S4, Mr = 367.38, Z = 2, De = 1.572 g/cm^3, F（000） = 378 and μ（MoKa） = 1.646 mm^-1. The structure was refined to R= 0.0232 and wR = 0.0645 for 1241 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. In the title complex, each Co（II） atom is octahedrally coordinated by four O atoms from two DMSO ligands and two water molecules as well as two N atoms from SCN^- ions. The title molecules are connected to each other through intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form a 1-D structure extended by eight-membered Co2O4H2 rings.

本文报道了两种新的有机加合物非线性光学材料—一水合D(或L) 酒石酸苯胺晶体的制备、单晶生长, 用X射线衍射仪测定了D 酒石酸苯胺晶体结构,其晶体学数据为:单斜晶系,P21 空间群,a=0. 9610(3)nm,b=0. 7285(2)nm,c=1. 7323(6)nm,β=96. 489 (6)°,V=1. 2050 (7)nm3,Z=4,R1 =0. 0455, wR2 =0. 0879。经测定表明,D 酒石酸苯胺和L 酒石酸苯胺晶体具有相同单晶结构。这两种晶体在1064nm的Nd3+:YAG调Q脉冲激光束照射下均产生绿色的532nm的倍频光, 其倍频光强度与KDP晶体基本相同,具有稳定的物理化学性质。

Monkeypox is a zoonotic *** the first human monkeypox case was detected in 1970,it has been prevalent in some countries in central and western *** May 2022,monkeypox cases have been reported in more than 96 non-endemic countries and regions *** of September 14,2022,there have been more than 58,200 human monkeypox cases,and there is community *** cessation of smallpox vaccination in 1980,which had some cross-protection with monkeypox,resulted in a general lack of immunity to monkeypox,which caused global concern and *** of Sep-tember 14,2022,there are four monkeypox cases in China,including three in Taiwan province and one in Hong Kong *** foreign studies have shown that children are vulnerable to monkeypox and are also at high risk for severe disease or *** order to improve pediatricians'understanding of monkeypox and achieve early detection,early diagno-sis,early treatment,and early disposal,we have organized national authoritative experts in pediatric infection,respiratory,dermatology,critical care medicine,infectious diseases,and public health and others to formulate this expert consensus,on the basis of the latest"Clinical management and infection prevention and control for monkeypox"released by The World Health Organization,the"guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of monkeypox(version 2022)"issued by National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China and other relevant *** the development of this consensus,multidisciplinary experts have repeatedly demonstrated the etiology,epidemiology,transmission,clinical manifestations,laboratory examinations,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,treatment,discharge criteria,prevention,disposal process,and key points of prevention and control of suspected and confirmed cases.

In the early February,2020,we called up an experts' committee with more than 30 Chinese experts from 11 national medical academic organizations to formulate the first edition of consensus statement on diagnosis,treatment and prevention of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in children,which has been published in this *** accumulated experiences in the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 in children,we have updated the consensus statement and released the second edition *** current version in English is a condensed version of the second edition of consensus statement on diagnosis,treatment and prevention of COVID-19 in *** the current version,diagnosis and treatement criteria have been optimized,and early identification of severe and critical cases is *** early warning indicators for severe pediatric cases have been summarized which is utmost important for clinical *** version of experts consensus will be valuable for better prevention,diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 in children worldwide.

A novel coordination polymer nickel 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate (TMA) Ni3(H2O)6(TMA)3-(TMA)23-·2H2O with two-dimensional porous structure was synthesized and characterized. It crystallizes in the hexagonal system, space group P6522, with a=1.665 2(10) nm, c=2.045 4(11) nm, V=4.912(5) nm3, Z=6, Dc=1.916 g·cm-3, μ(Mo K)=0.181 8 mm-1, F(000)=2 892. The final R1=0.066 4, wR2=0.175 6 for 2 710 observed reflections [I>2σ(I)] out of 2 904 unique reflections . This coordination polymer reveals not only two-dimensional porous structure but also particular magnetic properties. CCDC: 274177.

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a public health disaster that has not been encountered for a hundred *** January 12,2020,the World Health Organization(WHO)confirmed and named the coronavirus which caused unexplained pneumonia as 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV).Since then,the disease caused by this virus had been named as coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).On February 11,2020,the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses announced that the English name of the novel coronavirus was severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)[1].At present,SARS-CoV-2 infection is still rampant *** of September 10,2021,there were about 222 million confirmed cases of COVID-19 and more than 4.5 million deaths worldwide[2].According to the American Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,by July 29,2021,4.19 million pediatric COVID-19 cases had been reported in the United States。

The novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)is the cause of a rapidly spreading illness,coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),affecting more than seventeen million people around the *** and treatment guidelines for clinicians caring for patients are *** the early stage,we have issued"A rapid advice guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)infected pneumonia(standard version)";now there are many direct evidences emerged and may change some of previous recommendations and it is ripe for develop an evidence-based *** formed a working group of clinical experts and *** steering group members proposed 29 questions that are relevant to the management of COVID-19 covering the following areas:chemoprophylaxis,diagnosis,treatments,and discharge *** searched the literature for direct evidence on the management of COVID-19,and assessed its certainty generated recommendations using the Grading of Recommendations,Assessment,Development and Evaluation(GRADE)*** were either strong or weak,or in the form of ungraded consensus-based ***,we issued 34 *** them,6 were strong recommendations for,14 were weak recommendations for,3 were weak recommendations against and 11 were ungraded consensus-based *** covered topics of chemoprophylaxis(including agents and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)agents),diagnosis(including clinical manifestations,reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),respiratory tract specimens,IgM and IgG antibody tests,chest computed tomography,chest X-ray,and CT features of asymptomatic infections),treatments(including lopinavirritonavir,umifenovir,favipiravir,interferon,remdesivir,combination of antiviral drugs,hydroxychloroquine/chloroquine,interleukin-6 inhibitors,interleukin-1 inhibitors,glucocorticoid,qingfei paidu decoction,lianhua qingwen granules/capsules,convalescent plasma,lung

【目的】意大利蝗Calliptamus italicus是新疆草原的主要优势危害种,以卵在土壤中越冬。呼吸代谢可反映蝗卵的生理状态,呼吸蛋白对于呼吸系统不完善的蝗卵尤为重要。本研究旨在明确意大利蝗卵发育过程中血蓝蛋白基因的表达情况。【方法】采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测不同发育阶段的蝗卵以及1龄蝗蝻的血蓝蛋白2个亚基基因Hc1和Hc2的表达量。【结果】根据解剖形态观察,将意大利蝗越冬卵的整个发育过程分为10个阶段,包括9个卵发育阶段(C-Ⅰ-C-Ⅹ)和1龄蝗蝻阶段(C-Ⅹ)。Hc1和Hc2在越冬蝗卵各发育阶段以及1龄蝗蝻中均有表达。其中,在蝗卵早期发育阶段(C-Ⅰ,C-Ⅱ和C-Ⅲ),Hc1表达量逐渐增加,C-Ⅲ阶段表达量显著高于C-Ⅰ和C-Ⅱ阶段;滞育阶段(C-Ⅳ,C-Ⅴ和C-Ⅵ),胚胎发育停滞,Hc1表达量较C-Ⅲ,C-Ⅶ和C-Ⅷ阶段低;滞育后发育阶段(C-Ⅶ和C-Ⅷ),蝗卵解除滞育,快速发育,Hc1表达量较早期发育阶段和滞育阶段高,其中,C-Ⅷ阶段Hc1表达量最高(212.3156±10.5470),显著高于其他所有阶段;1龄蝗蝻(C-Ⅹ)的Hc1表达量最低,为0.4017±0.1010。Hc2表达量在C-Ⅴ阶段最高(679.7511±54.5719),显著高于其他所有阶段;除C-Ⅴ阶段外,其他各阶段之间Hc2表达量差异均不显著。Hc1在蝗卵滞育后阶段高表达,而Hc2在蝗卵滞育阶段高表达。【结论】血蓝蛋白亚基基因Hc1和Hc2在整个意大利蝗卵发育过程均有表达,且具有阶段特异性。Hc1与Hc2协同作用为蝗卵发育供氧,其中,Hc1主要负责蝗卵滞育后发育期间的氧气运载,而Hc2主要维持滞育期间的氧气运载,且载氧效率较低。研究结果可为进一步探讨意大利蝗卵的抗逆机制提供科学依据。
