An early-maturity indica rice variety Zhefu 49, whose grain quality and starch structure are sensitive to environmental temperature, was subjected to different temperatures （32℃ for high temperature and 22℃ for optimum temperature） at the grain filling stage in plant growth chambers, and the different expressions of three isoform genes （SBEI, SBEIII and SBE/V） encoding starch branching enzyme （SBE） in the endosperms were studied by the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR （FQ-PCR） method. Effects of high temperature on the SBE expression in developing rice endosperrns were isoform-dependent. High temperature significantly down-regulated the expressions of SBEI and SBEIII, while up-regulated the expression of SBEIV. Compared with SBEIV and SBEIII, the expression of SBEI gene in Zhefu 49 rice endosperms was more sensitive to temperature variation at the grain filling stage. This study indicates that changes in weather/climate conditions especially temperature stress influence rice grain formation and its quality as evidenced by isoform expression.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the association of longitudinal changes in physical activity(PA)with long-term outcomes after im-plantable cardioverter-defibrillator(ICD)or cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator(CRT-D)*** Patients with ICD/CRT-D implantation from suMMIT registry were retrospectively ***-de-rived PA changes over 12 months post implantation were obtained from the archived home monitoring *** primary end-points were cardiac death and all-cause *** secondary endpoints were the first ventricular arrthymia(VA)and first ap-propriate ICD *** In 705 patients,446(63.3%)patients showed improved PA over 12 months after *** a mean 61.5-month follow-up duration,99 cardiac deaths(14.0%)and 153 all-cause deaths(21.7%)*** to reduced/un-changed PA,improved PA over 12 months could result in significantly reduced risks of cardiac death(improved PA≤30 min:hazard ratio(HR)=0.494,95%CI:0.288−0.848;>30 min:HR=0.390,95%CI:0.235−0.648)and all-cause mortality(improved PA≤30 min:HR=0.467,95%CI:0.299−0.728;>30 min:HR=0.451,95%CI:0.304−0.669).No differences in the VAs or ICD shocks were observed across different groups of PA *** changes can predict the risks of cardiac death only in the low baseline PA group,but improved PA was associated with 56.7%,57.4%,and 62.3%reduced risks of all-cause mortality in the low,moderate,and high baseline PA groups,respectively,than reduced/unchanged *** Improved PA could protect aganist cardiac death and all-cause mortality,probably reflecting better clinical efficacy after ICD/CRT-D ***-intensity exercise training might be encouraged among patients with different baseline PA levels.

以稻米品质温度敏感型的早籼稻品种浙辐49为材料,利用人工气候箱控温处理试验和实时荧光定量PCR技术,探讨了水稻发育胚乳中淀粉分支酶(starch branching enzyme,SBE)的3种主要同工型基因(SBEⅠ、SBEⅢ和SBEⅣ)在不同温度处理下的相对表达量差异及动态变化特征。结果表明,高温处理对水稻胚乳中SBE基因的表达调控因其同工型的种类而异,SBEⅣ基因在高温处理下呈上调表达,而SBEⅠ和SBEⅢ基因在高温处理下的相对表达量则明显降低,表现为下调表达;与SBEⅣ等同工型相比,水稻胚乳中SBEⅠ基因对高温胁迫的表达响应相对更敏感。

We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GECAM,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2020 December *** developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CPU of the GECAM Electronic *** onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation *** paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for *** covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the *** paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.

【目的】揭示花后高温条件下水稻灌浆过程中胚乳淀粉和蛋白贮藏物代谢相关基因的表达谱,并阐明部分重要功能基因对花后高温胁迫的响应表达模式。【方法】利用人工气候箱设高温(日均温度32℃,日最高温36℃/日最低温28℃)和适温(日均温度22℃,日最高温26℃/日最低温18℃)2个温度处理,并在水稻开花后的不同时期取样,对水稻胚乳贮藏物代谢各类相关基因的表达谱与表达模式进行高通量的cDNA微阵列检测。【结果】在水稻胚乳贮藏物代谢的相关基因中,以对高温胁迫响应表现较迟钝的基因居多,其高温处理与低温处理之间的杂交信号(nARVOL)比值(称R值)大致在0.8—1.2,但随高温处理时间的持续,呈上调或下调差异表达的基因数量均有明显增加;花后高温对胚乳糖代谢和淀粉合成类基因表达的调控效应,不仅随各个基因的功能类型、代谢途径和灌浆进程的差别变化而异,而且其表达丰度及其上调或下调幅度在很大程度上还与该功能基因的同工型(或酶亚基)有关;高温处理下水稻胚乳中的谷蛋白、醇溶蛋白和球蛋白类基因多呈下调表达特征,但也会随其所调控的蛋白亚基组分的不同而异,从而对胚乳贮藏蛋白的亚基构成和组分变化产生较大影响;与胚乳白贮藏物代谢密切相关的糖信号传导类基因、核糖体蛋白类基因和逆境防御蛋白类基因普遍比直接参与胚乳贮藏物合成路径的功能基因对高温胁迫响应表现敏感。【结论】花后高温胁迫对水稻胚乳灌浆贮藏物代谢的调控相当复杂,涉及到众多的功能基因位点。

Paroxysmal dyskinesias are a group of neurological diseases characterized by intermittent episodes of involuntary movements with different *** kinesigenic dyskinesia(PKD)is the most common type of paroxysmal dyskinesia and can be divided into primary and secondary types based on the ***,PKD is characterized by recurrent and transient attacks of involuntary movements precipitated by a sudden voluntary *** major cause of primary PKD is genetic abnormalities,and the inheritance pattern of PKD is mainly autosomal-dominant with incomplete *** proline-rich transmembrane protein 2(PRRT2)was the first identified causative gene of PKD,accounting for the majority of PKD cases *** increasing number of studies has revealed the clinical and genetic characteristics,as well as the underlying mechanisms of *** seeking the views of domestic experts,we propose an expert consensus regarding the diagnosis and treatment of PKD to help establish standardized clinical evaluation and therapies for *** this consensus,we review the clinical manifestations,etiology,clinical diagnostic criteria and therapeutic recommendations for PKD,and results of genetic analyses in PKD patients performed in domestic hospitals.

Neutron resonance imaging(NRI)has recently emerged as an appealing technique for neutron *** complexity surpasses that of conventional transmission imaging,as it requires a high demand for both a neutron source and ***,the progression of NRI technology has been sluggish since its inception in the 1980s,particularly considering the limited studies analyzing the neutron energy range above *** white neutron source(Back-n)at the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)provides favorable beam conditions for the development of the NRI technique over a wide neutron energy range from eV to ***-sensitive microchannel plates(MCP)have emerged as a cutting-edge tool in the field of neutron detection owing to their high temporal and spatial resolutions,high detection efficiency,and low *** this study,we report the development of a 10B-doped MCP detector,along with its associated electronics,data processing system,and NRI experiments at the *** heavy elements such as gold,silver,tungsten,and indium can be easily identified in the transmission images by their characteristic resonance peaks in the 1–100 eV energy range;the more difficult medium-weight elements such as iron,copper,and aluminum with resonance peaks in the 1–100 keV energy range can also be *** particular,results in the neutron energy range of dozens of keV(Aluminum)are reported here for the first time.

以早籼水稻嘉935和嘉353为材料,利用人工气候箱设高温(32℃)和适温(22℃)处理,探讨了高温对水稻籽粒氮代谢关键酶活性的影响及其与籽粒粗蛋白含量和各种氨基酸组成间的关系,并结合荧光定量PCR对水稻籽粒谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)2个同工型基因的表达及其温度响应进行了检测分析。结果表明,花后高温处理对谷草转氨酶(GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(GPT)的影响基本一致,均表现灌浆前期升高、后期下降的趋势,但花后高温处理下水稻籽粒中粗蛋白总量和各类氨基酸含量的增加,并不一定是其籽粒氮素物质的转运能力和蛋白质合成能力的增强所致;谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)在高温处理下的生理活性普遍高于其相应时期的低温处理,其中,GS2是GS基因在水稻胚乳中高表达的一种同工型,在水稻灌浆后期的表达量甚至超过GS1,高温胁迫处理会通过改变GS1和GS2基因在籽粒中的转录水平,从而对水稻籽粒灌浆中后期的GS活性产生调控。

利用人工气候箱设高温(32℃)和适温(22℃)两个温度处理,结合实时荧光定量PCR技术,对水稻胚乳中可溶性淀粉合酶(SSS)8个主要同工型基因的表达特征及其温度响应进行了检测分析。结果表明,水稻SSS各同工型基因对花后高温胁迫的响应表达模式明显不同,SSSIIb、SSSIIc、SSSIIIb和SSSIVa等同工型基因呈上调表达模式,而SSSIIa、SSSIIIa等则呈下调表达模式;SSSI和SSSIIIa是水稻SSSs基因在胚乳中表达的主要形式,而其他6种同工型基因的相对表达量均较低;与SSSI、SSIIc、SSSIIIb和SSSIVb相比,水稻胚乳中SSSIIb、SSSIIIa和SSSIVa等同工型基因对高温胁迫的响应表达更敏感。
