A new molybdenum phosphate [Zn（Mo^v6P4O31H10）2（C4H144N3）2].2C4H13N3.8H2O 1 （C4H13N3 = diethylenetriamine） has been synthesized under hydrothermal condition. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 13.1679（3）, b = 22.1240（6）, c = 13.6146（3） A, β= 103.4847（7）°, V = 3856.95（16） A^3, C16H90N12O70P8ZnMo12, Mr = 3035.41, Z = 2, Dc = 2.614 g/cm^3, μ = 2.483 mm^-1, F（000） = 2968, S = 1.014, the final R = 0.0196 and wR = 0.0506 for 7486 observed reflections （1 〉 2σ（I））. Compound 1 consists of two identical rings of six edge-sharing MoOt, octahedra interconnected by one ZnO6 octahedron, whereas the PO4 tetrahedra which share their apices with the MoO6, octahedra are only located on one side of each Mo6, ring. The 2-charge of polyanion [Zn（Mo^v6P4O31H10）2]^2- unit is compensated in the crystal by two mono-protonated diethylenetriamines （C4H14N3）^＋. By hydrogen bonding interactions the polyanion of compound 1 is interconnected to form pseudo threedimensional molybdophosphate. Other characterizations by elemental analyses, IR spectrum and fluorescent spectrum are also described.

BACKGROUND Autoimmune liver disease(AILD)has been considered a relatively uncommon disease in China,epidemiological data for AILD in patients with cirrhosis and acute decompensation(AD)is *** To investigate the prevalence,outcome and risk factors for AILD in cirrhotic patients complicated with AD in *** We collected data from patients with cirrhosis and AD from two prospective,multicenter cohorts in hepatitis B virus endemic *** were regularly followed up at the end of 28-d,90-d and 365-d,or until death or liver transplantation(LT).The primary outcome in this study was 90-d LTfree ***-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF)was assessed on admission and during 28-d hospitalization,according to the diagnostic criteria of the European Association for the Study of the liver(EASL).Risk factors for death were analyzed with logistic regression *** In patients with cirrhosis and AD,the overall prevalence of AILD was 9.3%(242/2597).Prevalence of ACLF was significantly lower in AILD cases(14%)than those with all etiology groups with cirrhosis and AD(22.8%)(Pliary cirrhosis(PBC),autoimmune hepatitis(AIH)and PBC-AIH overlap syndrome(PBC/AIH)were 50.8%,28.5%and 12.0%,*** ACLF patients,the proportions of PBC,AIH and PBC/AIH were 41.2%,29.4% and 20.6%.28-d and 90-d mortality were 43.8% and 80.0% in AILD-related *** etiology of AILD had no significant impact on 28-d,90-d or 365-d LTfree mortality in patients with cirrhosis and AD in both univariate and multivariate *** bilirubin(TB),hepatic encephalopathy(HE)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)were independent risk factors for 90-d LT-free mortality in multivariate *** development of ACLF during hospitalization only independently correlated to TB and international normalized *** AILD was not rare in hospitalized patients with cirrhosis and AD in China,among which PBC was the m

Widespread soil acidification due to atmospheric acid deposition and agricultural fertilization may greatly accelerate soil carbonate dissolution and ***,to date,few studies have addressed these ***,we use meta-analysis and nationwide-survey datasets to investigate changes in soil inorganic carbon(SIC) stocks in *** observe an overall decrease in SIC stocks in topsoil(0-30 cm)(11.33 g C m-2yr-1) from the 1980 s to the 2010 *** SIC stocks have decreased by～8.99±2.24%(1.37±0.37 Pg C).The average SIC losses across China(0.046 Pg C yr-1) and in cropland(0.016 Pg C yr-1) account for～17.6%-24.0% of the terrestrial C sink and 57.1% of the soil organic carbon sink in cropland,*** deposition and climate change have profound influences on SIC *** estimate that～19.12%-19.47% of SIC stocks will be further lost by *** consumption of SIC may offset a large portion of global efforts aimed at ecosystem carbon sequestration,which emphasizes the importance of achieving a better understanding of the indirect coupling mechanisms of nitrogen and carbon cycling and of effective countermeasures to minimize SIC loss.

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(iCCA)can originate from the large bile duct group(segment bile ducts and area bile ducts),small bile duct group(septal bile ducts and interlobular bile ducts),and terminal bile duct group(bile ductules and canals of Hering)of the intrahepatic biliary tree,which can be histopathological corresponding to large duct type iCCA,small duct type iCCA and iCCA with ductal plate malformation pattern,and cholangiolocarcinoma,*** challenge in pathological diagnosis of above subtypes of iCCA falls in the distinction of cellular morphologies,tissue structures,growth patterns,invasive behaviors,immunophenotypes,molecular mutations,and surgical *** these reasons,this expert consensus provides nine recommendations as a reference for standardizing and refining the diagnosis of pathological subtypes of iCCA,mainly based on the 5th edition of the World Health Organization Classification of Tumours of the Digestive System.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

目的了解国内ICU收治患者的营养治疗实施状况。方法对国内116家医院的118个ICU内的患者进行营养治疗实施状况的横断面调查。以2017年4月26日0时所有在ICU内治疗的患者为调查对象,收集患者基本信息、2017年4月25日(即调查日)的营养实施和胃肠道耐受情况,以及患者的28 d临床转归情况。结果调查共收集病例1953例,女631例(32.4%),男1306例(66.9%),缺失16例(0.7%);年龄(64.1±19.3)岁(1950例)。患者GCS、SOFA和APACHEⅡ评分分别为(10.76±4.35)分(1749例)、(5.65±3.52)分(1783例)、(17.14±7.31)分(1792例)。28 d临床转归存活1483例(75.9%),死亡312例(16.0%),失访+缺失158例(8.1%)。除身高和体重(P=0.000)外,男性与女性患者在年龄、病情严重程度及28 d临床转归等方面差异均无统计学意义。1953例患者中,胃肠功能评估为正常或轻度损害占73.7%(1440例),中-重度损害占10.8%(210例),衰竭占1.7%(33例),13.2%(258例)的患者未做评估。截至调查日,69.4%(1356例)的患者已启动肠内营养(EN),36.4%(711例)的患者已启动肠外营养(PN)。调查日有营养摄入的患者1720例(88.1%)。1953例患者中明确有恶心、呕吐反流、误吸、腹痛、腹胀、腹泻(大便次数≥3次/d且量≥500 ml/d)等胃肠道不耐受表现的分别占总人数的4.8%(93例)、5.4%(105例)、0.9%(17例)、8.7%(170例)、27.5%(538例)和4.3%(84例)。在1270例使用EN的病例中,明确存在恶心、呕吐反流、误吸、腹痛、腹胀、腹泻等不耐受症状的分别占3.2%(40例)、4.3%(54例)、0.8%(10例)、4.4%(56例)、26.9%(341例)和5.4%(69例)。入ICU后24 h内开始EN治疗的患者占22.4%(437/1953),48 h内开始的占38.6%(754/1953),72 h内开始的占46.6%(911/1953)。患者入ICU后3 d总热卡(EN+PN非蛋白热卡)达标率为12.9%(78/607),7 d总热卡达标率为18.7%(189/1010),14 d总热卡的达标率为23.0%(305/1325)。入ICU后3、7、14 dEN达标率分别为9.9%(60/607)、15.0%(151/1010)和18.6%(246/1325)。结论目前我国ICU内的绝大多数患者均接受了营养治疗,其中EN的使用率明显高于PN;但EN的开始时间和达标情况仍不理想,且实施营养治疗时未能体现个体化差异,营养治疗的细节仍需要提高。
