In this paper, antibody-modified silica nanoparticles were successfully synthesized, and their average di- ameter was （1094-9） nm. These particles were mixed with cell extracts to target a protein, then, an antibody labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate（FITC） was added to form FITC-labeled nanoparticle complexes and the product was analyzed using flow cytometry. The results confirm that the intracellular proteins and biomarkers were precisely and sensitivity detected by the novel method in vitro. The FITC intensity of Akt antibody-conjugated particles was in- creased ≥ 10-fold compared with that of control samples in MCF-7 cells. Furthermore, it can also simultaneously measure several proteins when modified with different antibodies.

In our previous work(Meng et al 2020 ***.A 101023838),we discover the phenomenon that the quantum entanglement on the driving threshold line remains a constant in a three-mode optomechanical phonon laser *** this paper,to find the conditions under which the constant boundary entanglement shows up,we explicitly study how this boundary entanglement depends on various parameters through numerical *** results show that the necessary and sufficient condition is a resonant frequency match between the optical frequency difference and the mechanical vibrational frequency,and this constant value is proportional to the multiplication of the square of the optomechanical coupling strength and the resonant driving threshold power.

Expression Patterns of Nine Ammonium Transporters in Rice in Response to N Status

Nitrogen use efficiency （NUE） was very low in China and a loss of as much as 7070 of the applied nitrogen fertilizers was reported in high-yielding rice fields. In order to investigate the molecular basis of high-affinity ammonium transport or uptake into rice （Oryza sativa L.）, we analyzed the expression profiles of nine ammonium transporters （AMT）, three each of OsAMT1, OsAMT2 and OsAMT3, at two different N requirement stages （young seedling stage and tillering stage） of rice growth as well as the changes in these expression patterns according to external N status using real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. The results suggested that the nine OsAMT genes were expressed in different organs of rice plants, including mature roots, new roots, stems, old leaves and new leaves and that the expression patterns were organ specific and independent of the positions of the corresponding proteins in the phylogenetic tree. OsAMT1;1, 3;2 and 3;3 were expressed in the roots and shoots, primarily old leaves, OsAMT1;2 and 1;3 mainly in the roots, and OsAMT2;1, 2;2, 2;3 and 3;1 mainly in the shoots, primarily in new leaves, and relatively more in the stems than other genes. The expression patterns at the two different N requirement stages were the same; however, at the tillering stage with greater N requirements, the OsAMTs transcript levels were greater than those at the young seedling stage with low N requirements. N starvation for 48 h up-regulated OsAMT1;1, 1;2, 3;1, 3;2, 3;3 and down-regulated OsAMT1;3 mRNA abundance. Following N starvation, NH4＋ and NH4NO3 re-supply down-regulated OsAMT1;2 and 3;3 and up-regulated OsAMT1;3, whereas NO3 re-supply down-regulated OsAMT1;1 and 1;2. These suggested that the organ-specific expression pattern of OsAMT could be regulated by N requirement and external N status.

An increasing number of deep learning methods is being applied to quantify the perception of urban environments, study the relationship between urban appearance and resident safety, and improve urban appearance. Most advanced methods extract image feature representations from street-level images through conventional visual computation algorithms or deep convolutional neural networks and then directly predict the results using features. Unfortunately, these methods take color and texture information together during processing. Color and texture are prime image features, and they affect human perception and judgment differently. We argue that color and texture should be operated differently; therefore, we formulate an end-to-end learning methodology to process input images according to color and texture information before inputting it into the neural network. The processed images and the original image constitute three input streams for the triad attention ranking convolutional neural network(AR-CNN) model proposed in this *** accordance with the aspects of color and texture, an improved attention mechanism in the convolution layer is proposed. Our objective is to obtain the scores of humans on urban appearance in accordance with the prediction results computed from pairwise comparisons generated by the AR-CNN model.

This study numerically and experimentally investigates the effects of wave loads on a monopile-type offshore wind turbine placed on a 1:25 slope at different water depths as well as the effect of choosing different turbulence models on the efficiency of the numerical *** numerical model adopts a two-phase flow by solving Unsteady Reynolds-Averaged Navier−Stokes(URANS)equations using the Volume Of Fluid(VOF)method and three differentk-􀀀ωturbulence *** environmental conditions from the East China Sea are *** wave run-up and the wave loads applied on the monopile are investigated and compared with relevant experimental data as well as with mathematical predictions based on relevant *** numerical model is well validated against the experimental data at model *** use of different turbulence models results in different predictions on the wave height but less differences on the wave *** baseline k-􀀀ωturbulence model and Shear-Stress Transport(SST)k-􀀀ωturbulence model exhibit better performance on the prediction of hydrodynamic load,at a model-scale water depth of 0.42 m,while the laminar model provides better results for large water *** SST turbulence model performs better in predicting wave run-up for water depth 0.42 m,while the laminar model and standard k-􀀀ωmodel perform better at water depth 0.52 m and 0.62 m,respectively.

Pebble bed reactors enable the circulation of pebble fuel elements when the reactors are in *** unique design helps to optimize the burnup and power distribution, reduces the excessive reactivity of the reactor,and provides a mean to identify and segregate damaged fuel elements during operation. The movement of the pebbles in the core, or the kinematics of the pebble bed,significantly affect the above features and is not fully understood. We designed and built a detection system that can measure 3-axis acceleration, 3-axis angular velocity,3-axis rotation angles, and vibration and temperature of multiple pebbles anywhere in the pebble bed. This system uses pebble-shaped detectors that can flow with other pebbles and does not disturb the pebble movement. We used new technologies to enable instant response, precise measurement, and simultaneous collection of data from a large number of detectors. Our tests show that the detection system has a negligible zero drift and the accuracy is better than the designed value. The residence time of the pebbles in a moving pebble bed was also measured using the system.

AIM: To study the clinical observation of removal of the necrotic corneal tissue combined with conjunctival flap covering surgery under the guidance of the AS-OCT in treatment of fungal keratitis. METHODS:A retrospective study was done to 10 patients (10 eyes) who had accepted removal of the necrotic corneal tissue combined with conjunctival flap covering surgery for fungal keratitis,the diagnosis by corneal scraping and smear examination or confocal microscopy check hyphae. Local and systemic antifungal therapy more than one week for all patients, corneal ulcer enlarge or no shrink. Slit lamp microscope examination the diameter of corneal ulcer about 2mm-4mm. Anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT)examine the depth of corneal ulcer between 1/3-1/2, infiltrate corneal stroma about 20um-80um,the diameter of corneal ulcer about ***-B ultrasonic exclusion endophthalmitis. Complete removal lesions until transparent of stoma, make conjunctival flap equal or greater than ulcer 1mm nearby conjunctiva. Continued antifungal therapy. The vision, fungal recurrence, conjunctival flap rollback or desquamate were analysed. ' RESULTS:Ten patients had success done this surgery, the corneal ulcer was not enlarge and healing afteroperation. 7 cases were bridging conjunctival flap and 3cases were single conjunctival flap. Preoperation vision above 0.1 had 8 cases,7 cases had vision above 0.1 one week after surgery, while 1 cases vision droped from 0.3 to *** was not recurrent for fungal,2 cases conjunctival flap rollback:1 case was bridging and 1case was single flap, no conjunctival flap desquamate. CONCLUSION: It is safe and effective to perform removal of the necrotic corneal tissue combined with conjunctival flap covering surgery under the guidance of the AS-OCT in treatment of fungal keratitis which werenot sensitive or aggravate for antifungal drugs.

Novel Chiral Polyoxometalate:First Arginine Based Anderson-type Complex

A novel chiral polyoxometalate（POM）, {[Na（Arg）2]NaH}[AIMo6（OH）6O18].6H2O（1,Arg=L-arginine）has been synthesized by the reaction between Na3[A1Mo6（OH）6O18].8H2O and Arg in aqueous solution and was structu- rally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses and UV-Vis spectrometry. Compound 1 was an example of Arg based Anderson-type complex. Photocatalytic analysis indicates that compound 1 presents cata- lytic activity for photodegradation of rhodamine-B（RhB） under UV irradiation.
