We propose a scheme for generating the maximally entangled states of many superconducting quantum interference devices （SQUIDs） by using a quantized cavity field and classical microwave pulses in cavity. In the scheme, the maximally entangled states can be generated without requiring the measurement and individual addressing of the SQUIDs.

Brucite Mg(OH)_(2) is an archetypal hydrous mineral and it has attracted a great deal of ***,little is known about the evolution of hydroxyl groups in brucite with respect to subduction *** carried out Raman measurements up to 15.4 GPa and 874 K via an externally heated diamond anvil cell,investigating the stability of brucite under the conditions relevant to subducting *** hydroxyl vibration mode A_(1g)(I) of brucite is weakened under simultaneous high pressure-temperature ***,the presence of carbonated solution can destabilize the hydroxyl groups of brucite at low *** results suggest that brucite releases water when reacting with hydrogen carbonate ion to form magnesite MgCO_(3) in subduction *** implies that the global water cycle is largely coupled with the deep carbon cycle in Earth’s interior.

The origin of power-law distributions in self-organized criticality is investigated by treating the variation of the number of active sites in the system as a stochastic process. An avalanche is then regarded as a first-return random walk process in a one-dimensional lattice. We assume that the variation of the number of active sites has three possibilities in each update： to increase by 1 with probability f1, to decrease by 1 with probability f2, or remain unchanged with probability 1 - f1 - f2. This mimics the dynamics in the system. Power-law distributions of the lifetime are found when the random walk is unbiased with equal probability to move in opposite directions. This shows that power-law distributions in self-organized criticality may be caused by the balance of competitive interactions.

Background Bone morphogenetic proteins （BMPs）, which belong to the transforming growth factor beta superfamily, are powerful regulators of cartilage and bone formation. This study investigated the biological changes of NIH3T3 ceils incubated with secretive BMP2 that was induced by gene transfection through transwell.Methods Eukaryonic expression vector （pcDNA3. 1-B2 ） was transfered into NIH333 cells with Sofast^TM, a positive compound transfection agent. The positive cell clones were selected with G418. The cytoplasmic and extracellular expressions of BMP2 were determined by immunohistochemical stain and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. NIH333 ceils were co-cultured with hBMP2 gene transfecting ceils through transwell, and the ultrastructure, alkaline phosphatase activity and the expression of osteocalcin （the marker of osteogenetic differentiation） changes were observed.Results There were cytoplasmic and extracellular expressions of BMP2 in transfecting NIH3T3 ceils. The ultrastructural changes, the high activity of alkaline phosphatase and the positive stain of osteocalcin suggested the osteogenetic differentiation tendency of NIH3T3 cells co-cultured with transfecting NIH3T3 cells.Conclusion Secretive BMP2 that is induced by gene transfection could promote the osteogenetic differentiation of fibroblast ceils.

Analysis of post-operative endophthalmitis after pars plana vitrectomy： a 10-year experience at a single center

Background Endophthalmitis can be a devastating complication after pars plana vitrectomy. The incidence of post- vitrectomy endophthalmitis is significantly lower than that of endophthalmitis occurring after other intraocular operations. However, normal post-operative pain and inflammation may mask endophthalmitis and lead to delayed diagnosis and grave visual consequences. This study aimed to summarize the outcomes of cases that underwent pars plana vitrectomy over a 10-year period and to analyze the characteristics of post-vitrectomy endophthalmitis. Methods A retrospective observational case study was conducted on all the cases who underwent pars plana vitrectomy in the Beijing Tongren Hospital between January 1, 2002 and March 31, 2012. All cases of endophthalmitis that occurred during a period of 10 years and 3 months were reviewed, and the possible risk factors, clinical findings, causative organism（s）, and the sources of infection were analyzed. Results Within the 10-year observational period, 14 patients developed endophthalmitis after pars plana vitrectomy. The incidence of post-vitrectomy endophthalmitis （0.05%） was lower than that reported previously from the same center （0.12%）. Staphylococcus epidermidis （five patients, 35.71%） was the most common organism identified in aqueous or vitreous cultures. Eight patients （57.14%） had diabetes mellitus. There was no statistically significant difference （P 〉0.05） in the incidence of endophthalmitis between period 1 （with antibiotic pretreatment） and period 2 （without antibiotic pretreatment）. Surgical procedures for the treatment of endophthalmitis were performed in 10 patients （71.43%）. Conclusions This series of cases showed that the incidence of endophthalmitis after pars plana vitrectomy is lower than what was previously reported in our hospital. A variable degree of corneal edema with relatively normal or mildly increased intraocular pressure was one of the commonly observed characteristics of post-vitrecto

Helicenes have attracted more and more attention in the field of photoelectric materials and asymmetric catalysis for their unique Tr-conjugated screw-shaped structures and excellent chiroptical properties. However, further study and application of helicenes are based on novel idea, delicate design, and efficient synthetic methods Recent development of helicenes has witness various smart designs and approaches. In order to obtain a systematical and vivid introduction of latest development of helicenes, the idea of multidimensional construction is proposed in this review, which concludes the construction of multi- dimensions from length, extent, and height. We hope that this idea could be helpful to forecast the trend of helicene chemistry and provide the design inspiration of novel helicenes.

肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是全球高发的恶性肿瘤。程序性死亡蛋白-1(programmed death protein-1,PD-1)/程序性死亡蛋白配体-1(programmed death protein ligand-1,PD-L1)抑制剂可通过阻断T细胞负调节信号,抑制肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸途径,重新激活抗肿瘤免疫应答过程,成为晚期HCC治疗的新手段。然而,长期临床结果显示,采用PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂单药治疗晚期HCC的病人仍存在较高的复发率和转移率。免疫联合疗法是目前针对晚期HCC患者的新的治疗策略,其中PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂联合抗血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)药物在晚期HCC治疗中显示出了良好的疗效和安全性。PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂联合抗VEGF药物可通过参与癌症免疫循环途径抑制肝癌细胞的生长。该文就PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂联合抗VEGF药物在晚期HCC治疗中的临床研究作一综述。

In order to study the dynamic response of the rail embankment under different speeds and moving load of following vehicles,a model experiment with a ratio of 1:10 is established to test the time history of acceleration and the earth pressure of the embankment at various train *** the ABAQUS finite element calculation software,a train load is applied through the FORTRAN subroutine,thereby establishing a three-dimensional finite element model with the same size as the model *** data and conclusions of the finite element method model are verified by the model *** model also makes some supplements to the model *** experimental results show that with the increase of speed,the peak acceleration and earth pressure of the embankment also *** analyzing the experimental data,it can also be found that the vertical acceleration of the embankment is much greater than the axial acceleration and the lateral *** addition,the elastic modulus of the soil and the sleeper pitch also have some influence on the acceleration.

The electric power enterprise is an important basic energy industry for national development,and it is also the first basic industry of the national *** the continuous expansion of State Grid,the progressively complex operating conditions,and the increasing scope and frequency of data collection,how to make reasonable use of electrical big data,improve utilization,and provide a theoretical basis for the reliability of State Grid operation,has become a new research hot *** electrical data has the characteristics of large volume,multiple types,low-value density,and fast processing speed,it is a challenge to mine and analyze it deeply,extract valuable information efficiently,and serve for the actual *** to the features of these data,this paper uses artificial intelligence methods such as time series and support vector regression to establish a data mining network model for standard cost prediction through transfer *** experimental results show that the model in this paper obtains better prediction results on a small sample data set,which verifies the feasibility of the deep transfer *** with activity-based costing and the traditional prediction method,the average absolute error of the proposed method is reduced by 10%,which is effective and superior.
