Shear-thinning hydrogels have emerged for endoscopic submucosal dissection,while wound intervention after surgery has rarely been ***,a catechol-modified chitosa n hydrogel with shear-thinning property was developed for simultaneously facilitating endoscopic submucosal dissection and postoperative wound *** from the shear-thinning and self-healing characteristics,the asprepared hydrogel showed easily endoscopic *** also performed very well as submucosal cushion,which could remain above 70%after injection for 120 min in ex vivo porcine large intestine *** fact,the cushion height of normal saline dramatically decreased to 46%of the initial height at 30 *** nanoparticles encapsulated into the network endowed the hydrogel with almost reached 100%antibacterial effect against *** and *** hemolysis ratio of the hydrogel was calculated to be as low as 0.8%.Combined with good hemocompatibility and cytocompatibility,the as-prepared hydrogel displayed much higher in vivo wound closu re and healing efficacy than normal *** results demonstrated the superiority of the shear-thinning chitosan hydrogel in facilitating clinical endoscopic submucosal dissection surgery.

Herein,we disclose a novel copper-catalyzed C(sp)-H aryl amination of terminal alkynes with anthranils,enabling the rapid generation of highly reactive secondary N-aryl ynamines for the modular synthesis of structurally diverse C2-substituted quinolines and *** in-situ formed carbonyl-ynamines are prone to tautomerize to carbonyl-ketenimines,which can efficiently react with a series of nucleophiles,including amines,alcohols,phenols,thiols,thiophenols,active-methylene compounds,and even water to produce various quinoline derivatives with the generation of H_(2)O as a sole and green *** method also unlocks a practical route to create various quinoline-fused heterocycles and can be successfully applied to the late-stage modification of complex molecules and the concise synthesis of bioactive *** studies reveal a coppercatalyzed inner-sphere nitrene transfer process by using anthranils as novel aryl nitrene precursors.

Chinese medicine(CM)diagnosis intellectualization is one of the hotspots in the research of CM *** traditional CM intelligent diagnosis models transform the CM diagnosis issues into classification issues,however,it is difficult to solve the problems such as excessive or similar *** the development of natural language processing techniques,text generation technique has become increasingly *** this study,we aimed to establish the CM diagnosis generation model by transforming the CM diagnosis issues into text generation *** semantic context characteristic learning capacity was enhanced referring to Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(BILSTM)with Transformer as the backbone ***,the CM diagnosis generation model Knowledge Graph Enhanced Transformer(KGET)was established by introducing the knowledge in medical field to enhance the inferential *** KGET model was established based on 566 CM case texts,and was compared with the classic text generation models including Long Short-Term Memory sequence-to-sequence(LSTM-seq2seq),Bidirectional and Auto-Regression Transformer(BART),and Chinese Pre-trained Unbalanced Transformer(CPT),so as to analyze the model ***,the ablation experiments were performed to explore the influence of the optimized part on the KGET *** results of Bilingual Evaluation Understudy(BLEU),Recall-Oriented Understudy for Gisting Evaluation 1(ROUGE1),ROUGE2 and Edit distance of KGET model were 45.85,73.93,54.59 and 7.12,respectively in this *** with LSTM-seq2seq,BART and CPT models,the KGET model was higher in BLEU,ROUGE1 and ROUGE2 by 6.00–17.09,1.65–9.39 and 0.51–17.62,respectively,and lower in Edit distance by 0.47–*** ablation experiment results revealed that introduction of BILSTM model and prior knowledge could significantly increase the model ***,the manual assessment indicated that the CM diagnosis results of the KGET model used

Designing economical oxygen evolution reaction(OER) electrocatalysts with high activity and long-term stability is essential to promote the scale-up applications of proton exchange membrane water electrolyzer(PEMWE) for hydrogen production. Ruthenium(Ru)-based materials with high intrinsic activity are hailed as the most promising catalysts, but still infeasible for practical application considering their long unresolved poor stability(only dozens of lifespan). Thus, tremendous efforts have been devoted to uncovering the degradation mechanisms and developing stabilization strategies for the Ru-based catalysts. In this review, starting from summarizing the fundamental understanding of deactivation mechanisms, a picture of the stability issue of Ru-based catalysts is proposed, which is followed by a detailed discussion on the recently developed strategies and progress made on enhancing durability. Finally, insights on the prospects for the future development of stable and practical Rubased OER catalysts are provided.

Characteristics and stability of oxide+carbonitride in H13 steel at 1250℃

The morphology,size,quantity,and composition of complex oxide+carbonitride in H13 steel held at 1250℃for 5,10,and 15 h were *** results show that the ratio and number of complex carbonitrides with cores in H13 steel are gradually increased when holding at 1250℃compared with those in the original H13 steel,and the core size *** are one or more oxide cores in(Ti_(x),V_(1-x))(Cy,N_(1-y)),including xCaO·zAl_(2)O_(3),xCaO·yMgO·zAl_(2)O_(3),and CaO after holding at 1250℃,in addition to MgO·Al_(2)O_(3)and Al_(2)O_(3)in the original *** equilibrium temperature for(Ti_(x),V_(1-x))(Cy,N_(1-y))precipitation at the solidification front and decomposition in the solid state was theoretically analyzed,which was affected by the x value and the product of Ti and N contents in H13 ***,the composition of(Ti_(x),V_(1-x))(Cy,N_(1-y))is influenced by the oxide *** is convinced that(Ti_(x),V_(1-x))(Cy,N_(1-y))with oxide cores has a higher stability,especially for oxides with a high Al_(2)O_(3)*** treatment at high temperature facilitates a more reasonable analysis of oxide+carbonitride,and the generation mechanism of oxide+carbonitride was discussed.

Lithium-ion capacitors(LICs) of achieving high power and energy density have garnered significant attention. However, the kinetics unbalance between anode and cathode can impede the application of LICs. Vanadium nitride(VN) with a high theoretical specific capacity(~ 1200 m Ah·g^(-1)) is a better pseudocapacitive anode to match the response of cathode in LICs. However, the insertion/extraction of Li-ions in VN's operation results in significant volume expansion. Herein, the VN/N-r GO-5composite that three-dimentional(3D) dicyandiamidederived-carbon(DDC) tightly wrapped VN quantum dots(VN QDTs) on two-dimentional(2D) reduced graphene oxid(r GO) was prepared by a facile strategy. The VN QDTs can reduce ion diffusion length and improve charge transfer kinetics. The 2D r GO as a template provides support for nanoparticle dispersion and improves electrical conductivity. The 3D DDC tightly encapsulated with VN QDTs mitigates agglomeration of VN particles as well as volume expansion. Correspondingly, the LICs with VN/Nr GO-5 composite as anode and activated carbon(AC) as cathode were fabricated, which exhibits a high energy density and power density. Such strategy provides a perspective for improving the electrochemical properties of LIC anode materials by suppressing volume expansion and enhancing conductivity.

Sic-based composites are widely used as electromagnetic wave absorbers due to their excellent dielectric ***,the constraints associated with structural design and the intricacies of the preparation process hinder their broader *** this study,novel mullite anti-gyroid/SiC gyroid metastructures are designed to integrate the mechanical and electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorption properties of composite *** anti-gyroid/SiC gyroid composites are fabricated utilizing a combination of digital light processing(DLP)three-dimensional(3D)printing and precursor infiltration and pyrolysis(PiP)*** the modulation of structural units,the electromagnetic parameters can be effectively regulated,thus improving the impedance matching characteristics of the *** structural composites show outstanding EMW absorption properties,with a minimum reflection loss of-54 dB at a thickness of 1.9 mm and an effective absorption bandwidth of 3.20 GHz at a thickness of 2.2 ***,the PIP process significantly enhances the mechanical properties of the composites;compared with those of the mullite/SiC ceramics,the flexural strength of the composites is improved by 3.69-5.85 times(13.28±1.15 MPa vs.(49.05±1.07)-(77.78±3.72)MPa),and the compressive strength is improved by 4.59-13.58 times(8.55±0.90 MPa vs.(39.02±1.63)-(116.13±2.58)MPa).This approach offers a novel and effective method for fabricating structural composites with an expanded range of higher electromagnetic wave absorption properties and improved mechanical properties.

Mosquito-borne viruses(MBVs)are a large class of viruses transmitted mainly through mosquito bites,including dengue virus,Zika virus,Japanese encephalitis virus,West Nile virus,and chikungunya virus,which pose a major threat to the health of people around the *** global warming and extended human activities,the incidence of many MBVs has increased *** saliva contains a variety of bioactive protein *** not only enable blood feeding but also play a crucial role in regulating local infection at the bite site and the remote dissemination of MBVs as well as in remodeling the innate and adaptive immune responses of host ***,we review the physiological functions of mosquito salivary proteins(MSPs)in detail,the influence and the underlying mechanism of MSPs on the transmission of MBVs,and the current progress and issues that urgently need to be addressed in the research and development of MSP-based MBV transmission blocking vaccines.
