NH_(3)-SCR was one of the most promising de NO_x technologies and it has been widely applied in industrial NO_x ***,with the further development of energy transformation in power generation sector,the development of NH_(3)-SCR catalysts is facing some new *** is becoming an urgent problem to solve low catalytic activity and stability of NH_(3)-SCR catalysts at the working condition of ultra-low temperature(≤200℃)and high concentrations of H_(2)O+SO_(2) due to the gradual deployment of new energy power ***,the traditional coal-fired power plants would need flexible operation with the increasing share of renewable energy *** NH_(3)-SCR catalysts which were applied in coal-fired power industry would be requested to work in a wide temperature window from 200℃ to 500℃ in the near ***,in this review,we summarized the progress of NH_(3)-SCR catalysts in solving these different industrial problems in recent *** the research directions which were deserved to be focused on the development of NH_(3)-SCR catalysts for the energy transition of power generation sector are proposed.

This study investigated the application of electrical resistance tomography(ERT)in characterizing the slurry spatial distribution in cemented granular materials(CGMs).For CGM formed by self-flow grouting,the voids in the accumulation are only partially filled and the bond strength is often limited,which results in difficulty in obtaining in situ samples for quality ***,it is usually infeasible to evaluate the grouting effect or monitor the slurry spatial distribution by a mechanical *** this research,the process of grouting cement paste into high alumina ceramic beads(HACB)accumulation is reliably monitored with *** shows that ERT results can be used to calculate the cement paste volume in the HACB accumulation,based on calibrating the saturation exponent n in Archie’s *** results support the feasibility of ERT as an imaging tool in CGM characterization and may provide guidance for engineering applications in the future.

As the promising catalysts for the water-gas shift(WGS)reaction,the activity of Au-CeO_(2) composites is susceptible to the aggregation size and electronic state of Au *** reports were extensively focused on the discrepancy between nonmetallic Au and metallic Au nanoparticles,whereas the understanding of the authentic role of the isolated Au atoms was ***,we investigated the catalytic behavior and structural information over two types of Au/CeO_(2) catalysts,in which the predominant conjunctions were isolated Au1-CeO_(2) and Aun-CeO_(2),*** on comprehensive characterizations,particularly by in-situ Raman and in-situ DRIFTS,we found that the isolated Au atoms were responsible for enhancing the reducibility of the CeO_(2) *** CO adsorption ability on the isolated Au sites was significantly inferior to clustered Au atoms,especially at relatively high temperatures(>200°C).As a result,the boosted O vacancy on the isolated Au1-CeO_(2) conjunctions could improve the H2O activation ability for the Au-CeO_(2) catalysts and demonstrate a comparable activity to the clustered Aun-CeO_(2) *** work might deepen understanding of the catalytic function for the isolated Au1 site within Au/CeO_(2) systems while catalyzing the WGS reaction.

Background The dairy cow’s postpartum period is characterized by dramatic physiological changes,therefore imposing severe challenges on the animal for maintaining health and milk *** dynamics of the ruminal microbiota are also tremendous and may play a crucial role in lactation *** aim to investigate the potential benefits of early microbial intervention by fresh rumen microbiota transplantation(RMT)and sterile RMT in postpartum dairy *** fistulated peak-lactation dairy cows were selected to be the donors for rumen fluid *** postpartum cows were divided into 3 groups as the transplantation receptors respectively receiving 10 L fresh rumen fluid(FR),10 L sterile rumen fluid(SR),or 10 L saline(CON)during 3 d after *** Production performance,plasma indices,plasma lipidome,ruminal microbiome,and liver transcriptome were *** fresh and sterile RMT,we found that the molar proportion of propionic acid was increased on d 7 in the FR and SR groups and the bacterial composition was also significantly changed when compared with the CON group.A similarity analysis showed that the similarities between the CON group and FR or SR group on d 7 were 48.40%or 47.85%,whereas the similarities between microbiota on d 7 and 21 in the FR and SR groups were 68.34%or 66.85%.Dry matter intake and feed efficiency were not affected by ***β-hydroxybutyrate concentration in the FR group was decreased and significantly different lipids mainly included phosphatidylcholine and lysophosphatidylcholine containing polyunsaturated fatty *** transcriptomics analysis indicated acutephase response pathways were upregulated in the SR *** Our study suggests that RMT can shorten the transition process of the ruminal microbiota of postpartum dairy cows with no benefit on dry matter intake or feed *** with rumen fluid may not be a useful approach to promote the recovery of postpartum dairy cows.

Covalent organic frameworks(COFs)-based nanoreactors have attracted broad interest in many fields due to their voidconfinement ***,the inherent drawback of conventional nanoreactors is the lack of internal active sites,which limits their widespread ***,we report the construction of hierarchical COF(EB-TFP)nanoreactor with pre-synthesized polyoxometalates(POM,[PV_(2)W_(10)O_(40)]^(5–)(PV_(2)W_(10)))clusters encapsulated inside of COF(POM@COF).PV_(2)W_(10)@EB-TFP anchors nucleophilic-group(Br–ions)and PV_(2)W_(10)anion cluster within the COF framework via electrostatic interactions,which not only simplifies the reaction system but also enhances catalytic *** reaction performance of the PV_(2)W_(10)@EB-TFP nanoreactor can be tuned to achieve excellent catalytic activity in CO_(2)cycloaddition reaction(CCR)for~97.63%conversion and~100%selectivity under visible light irradiation.A mechanistic study based on density functional theory(DFT)calculations and insitu characterization was also carried *** summary,we have reported a method for achieving the uniform dispersion of POM single clusters into COF nanoreactor,demonstrating the potential of POM@COF nanoreactor for synergistic photothermal catalytic CO_(2)cycloaddition.

In order to strike a balance between achieving desired velocities and minimizing energy consumption,legged animals have the ability to adopt the appropriate gait pattern and seamlessly transition to another if *** ability makes them more versatile and efficient when traversing natural terrains,and more suitable for long *** the same way,it is meaningful and important for quadruped robots to master this *** achieve this goal,we propose an effective gait-heuristic reinforcement learning framework in which multiple gait locomotion and smooth gait transitions automatically emerge to reach target velocities while minimizing energy *** incorporate a novel trajectory generator with explicit gait information as a memory mechanism into the deep reinforcement learning *** allows the quadruped robot to adopt reliable and distinct gait patterns while benefiting from a warm start provided by the trajectory ***,we investigate the key factors contributing to the emergence of multiple gait *** tested our framework on a closed-chain quadruped robot and demonstrated that the robot can change its gait patterns,such as standing,walking,and trotting,to adopt the most energy-efficient gait at a given ***,we deploy our learned controller to a quadruped robot and demonstrate the energy efficiency and robustness of our method.

Few studies have investigated the spatial patterns of the air temperature urban heat island(AUHI)and its controlling *** this study,the data generated by an urban climate model were used to investigate the spatial variations of the AUHI across China and the underlying climate and ecological drivers.A total of 355 urban clusters were *** performed an attribution analysis of the AUHI to elucidate the mechanisms underlying its *** results show that the midday AUHI is negatively correlated with climate wetness(humid:0.34 K;semi-humid:0.50 K;semi-arid:0.73 K).The annual mean midnight AUHI does not show discernible spatial patterns,but is generally stronger than the midday *** urban–rural difference in convection efficiency is the largest contributor to the midday AUHI in the humid(0.32±0.09 K)and the semi-arid(0.36±0.11 K)climate *** release of anthropogenic heat from urban land is the dominant contributor to the midnight AUHI in all three climate *** rural vegetation density is the most important driver of the daytime and nighttime AUHI spatial variations.A spatial covariance analysis revealed that this vegetation influence is manifested mainly through its regulation of heat storage in rural land.

The coupling effect of heat absorption and release exists in the thermal decomposition of a few chemical ***,the impact of the above coupling on thermal hazard assessment is not considered in the literature *** this work,nitroguanidine(NQ)and 1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazine(RDX)are selected as representative materials to explore the influence of the coupling effect on the thermal hazard assessment of chemical *** linear heating experiments of NQ and RDX are carried out by a microcalorimeter and synchronous thermal *** thermal decomposition curves are decoupled by advanced thermokinetics *** thermal decomposition and kinetic parameters before and after decoupling are *** results of TG experiment show that both NQ and RDX began to lose mass during the endothermic *** endothermic melting and exothermic decomposition of NQ and RDX are coupled within this *** coupling effect has different degrees of influence on its initial decomposition temperature and safety *** with the parameters in the coupling state,the initial decomposition temperature and adiabatic induction period after decoupling *** self-accelerating decomposition temperature increases,and internal thermal runaway time *** the thermal hazard assessment of chemical materials with coupling effects,the calculated parameters after decoupling should be taken as an important safety index。

Background:Alpha/beta hydrolase domain-containing protein 17C(ABHD17C)is a depalmitoylation enzyme that removes the S-palmitoylation of targeted *** hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)cells SNU449 and Hep3B use ABHD17C as an oncogene;however,the exact mechanism of this action is yet ***:The expression of ABHD17C in liver cancer tissues was analyzed by bioinformatics,and the expression of ABHD17C in clinical liver cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues was ***,the proliferative viability of HCC cells after overexpression or knockdown of ABHD17C was examined,and pyroptosis and apoptosis proteins were ***:ABHD17C was overexpressed in human HCC tissues as well as numerous HCC cell *** of ABHD17C caused reduced viability,cell cycle arrest,and defective invasion and migration in HCC cells,while overexpression of ABHD17C exhibited the opposite ***,we discovered that the knockdown of ABHD17C resulted in enhanced apoptotic and pyroptotic phenotypes of HCC cells,whereas overexpression of ABHD17C attenuated such ***:It suggests that ABHD17C contributes to HCC carcinogenesis,making it a promising target for medication treatment.
