It has been found recently in experiments that diamond/lonsdaleite biphase could possess excellent thermal-mechanical properties,implying that the properties of carbon materials can be improved by reasonably designing their internal *** mechanism of the excellent performance arising from biphasic structure is still unknown and needs to be *** this paper,we established a series of possible diamond/lonsdaleite biphasic structures and revealed the optimization mechanism of the biphasic structure using first principles *** shows in our ab-initio molecular dynamics simulations that the lonsdaleite cannot exist stably at room temperature,which could explain why pure lonsdaleite can hardly be found or *** analysis shows that partial slip would occur in the lonsdaleite region if the applied strain is sufficiently large,leading to the transition from biphasic phase to cubic ***,further shear strain would be applied along the hard shear direction of the cubic structure,resulting in an ascent of *** results presented could offer an insight into the structural transformation at high temperature and large strain.

Objective:Emerging evidence shows the effectiveness of speech and language therapy(SLT);however,precise therapeutic parameters remain *** for the use of adjunctive transcranial direct current stimulation(t DCS)to treat post-stroke aphasia(PSA)is promising;however,the utility of combining t DCS and electroacupuncture(EA)has not yet been *** study assessed the therapeutic consequences of EA and t DCS coupled with SLT in subacute PSA patients who were also undergoing hyperbaric oxygen therapy(HBOT).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on subacute(<6 months)PSA patients who were divided into three groups:patients who received EA plus t DCS(acupuncture group),patients who underwent t DCS(t DCS group),and patients who experienced conventional therapy(HBOT+SLT).All subjects underwent 21 days of treatment and also received conventional *** aphasia battery of Chinese(ABC)was used to score pre-and post-intervention ***:The analysis comprised 238 *** infarction was the most frequent stroke type(137[57.6%]),while motor(66[27.7%])and global aphasia(60[25.2%])were the most common types of *** 21 days of intervention,the ABC scores of all patients were *** acupuncture group had the highest ABC scores,but only repetition,naming,and spontaneous speech were statistically improved(P<0.01).Post-hoc tests revealed significant improvement in word retrieval in the acupuncture and t DCS groups(P<0.01,P=0.037),while the acupuncture group had additional significant improvement in spontaneous conversation(P<0.01).Conclusion:Combining acupuncture and t DCS as an adjuvant therapy for subacute PSA led to significant spontaneous speech and word retrieval *** prospective,multi-ethnic,multi-center trials are warranted.

Improving the performance of generation,transport and injection of hot carriers within metal/semiconductor junctions is critical for promoting the hot-carrier ***,the conversion efficiency of hot carriers in the commonly used noble metals(e.g.,Au)is extremely ***,through a systematic study by first-principles calculation and Monte Carlo simulation,we show that TiN might be a promising plasmonic material for high-efficiency hot-carrier *** with Au,TiN shows obvious advantages in the generation(high density of low-energy hot electrons)and transport(long lifetime and mean free path)of hot *** further performed a device-oriented study,which reveals that high hotcarrier injection efficiency can be achieved in core/shell cylindrical TiN/TiO_(2)*** findings provide a deep insight into the intrinsic processes of hot-carrier generation,transport and injection,which is helpful for the development of hot-carrier devices and applications.

Neuronal apoptosis is one of the essential mechanisms of early brain injury after subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Recently,HLY78 has been shown to inhibit apoptosis in tumor cells and embryonic cells c aused by carbon ion radiation through activation of the Wnt/β-catenin *** study was designed to explore the anti-apoptotic role of HLY78 in experimental *** results demonstrated that HLY78 attenuated neuronal apoptosis and the neurological deficits after SAH through the activation of low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 6(LRP6),which subsequently increased the level of phosphorylated glycogen synthesis kinase 3 beta(p-GSK3β)(Ser9),β-catenin,and Bcl-2,accompanied by a decrease of p-β-catenin,Bax,and cleaved caspase *** LRP6 small-interfering ribonucleic acid reversed the effects of *** conclusion,HLY78 attenuates neuronal apoptosis and improves neurological deficits through the LRP6/GSK3β/β-catenin signaling pathway after SAH in ***78 is a promising therapeutic agent to attenuate early brain injury after SAH.

A high-accuracy flatness prediction model is the basis for realizing flatness *** flatness is typically reflected as the strain distribution,which is a ***,it is difficult to obtain ideal results if the real flatness is directly used as the output value of the flatness intelligent prediction ***,it is necessary to seek an abstract representation method of real *** this reason,two new intelligent flatness representation models were proposed based on the autoencoder of unsupervised learning theory:the flatness autoencoder representation(FAR)model and the flatness stacked sparse autoencoder representation(FSSAR)*** with the traditional Legendre fourth-order polynomial representation model,the representation accuracies of the FAR and FSSAR models are significantly improved,better representing the flatness defects,like the double tight *** optimal number of bottleneck layer neurons in the FAR and FSSAR models is 5,which means that five basic patterns can accurately represent real *** with the FAR model,the FSSAR model has higher representation accuracy,although the flatness basic pattern is more abstract,and the physical meaning is not clear ***,the accuracy of the FAR model is slightly lower than that of the FSSAR ***,it can automatically learn the flatness basic pattern with a very clear physical meaning for both the theoretical and real flatness,which is an optimal intelligent representation method for flatness.
