The concentration of organochlorine pesticides（OCPs） in tissues and organs of silver carp（Hypophthalmichthys mofitrix） from Guanting Reservoir were investigated to evaluate the pollution potential and distribution of OCPs. A total of 16 OCPs were measured and the concentrations were in the range of 1.61-69.01 ng/g wet weight（ww） for total OCPs, 0.16- 0.75 ng/g ww for HCB. 0.75 -26.80 ng/g ww for SHCH（sum of α-,β-, γ- and δ-HCH） and 0.68-35.94 ng/g ww for SDDT（ sum of p, p＇-DDE, p, p＇-DDD, o, p＇-DDT and p, p＇- DDT）. The mean concentrations of total OCPs, HCB, ∑HCH, and ∑DDT were 18.04, 0.96, 7.14 and 9.28 ng/g ww, respectively. Among the organochlorine pesticides, β-HCH and p, p＇-DDE were the most dominant compounds in tissue and organ with the average concentrations of 4.42 and 8.14 ng/g, respectively. The results obtained in this study show that the levels of 16 OCP residues found in silver carps are low and pose no threat to human health and wildlife fed upon them on the basis of existing related quality guidelines. However, recent input of lindane and DDT might still exist in the area investigated and further investigation should be carried on.

Stall in compressors can cause performance degradation and even lead to *** unacceptable consequences can be avoided by timely monitoring stall inception and taking effective *** paper focused on the rotating stall warning in a low-speed axial contra-rotating ***,the stall disturbance characteristics under different speed configurations were *** results showed that as the speed ratio(RR)increased,the stall disturbance propagation speed based on the rear rotor speed gradually ***,the standard deviation(SD)method,the cross-correlation(CC)method,and the discrete wavelet transform(DWT)method were employed to obtain the stall initiation moments of three different speed *** was found that the SD and CC methods did not achieve significant stall warning results in all three speed ***,the stall initiation moment obtained by the DWT method at RR=1.125 was one period after the stall had fully developed,which was ***,a stall warning method was developed in the present work based on the long short-term memory(LSTM)regression *** applying the LSTM model,the predicted stall initiation moments of three speed configurations were at the 557th,518th,and 333rd revolution,which were44,2,and 74 revolutions ahead of stall onset moments,***,in scenarios where a minor disturbance preceded the stall,the stall warning effect of the LSTM was greatly improved in comparison with the aforementioned three *** contrast,when the pressure fluctuation before the stall was relatively small,the differences between the stall initiation moments predicted by these four methods were not significant.

An ultraviolet-infrared(UV-IR)dual-wavelength photodetector(PD)based on a monolayer(ML)graphene/GaN heterostructure has been successfully fabricated in this *** ML graphene was synthesized by chemical vapor deposition(CVD)and subsequently transferred onto GaN substrate using polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA).The morphological and optical properties of the as-prepared graphene and GaN were *** fabricated PD based on the graphene/GaN heterostructure exhibited excellent rectify behavior by measuring the current–voltage(I–V)characteristics under dark conditions,and the spectral response demonstrated that the device revealed an UV-IR dual-wavelength *** addition,the energy band structure and absorption properties of the ML graphene/GaN heterostructure were theoretically investigated based on density functional theory(DFT)to explore the underlying physical mechanism of the two-dimensional(2D)/three-dimensional(3D)hybrid heterostructure PD *** work paves the way for the development of innovative GaNbased dual-wavelength optoelectronic devices,offering a potential strategy for future applications in the field of advanced photodetection technology.

Framework for Preventive Control of Power Systems to Defend Against Extreme Events

Enhancing power system resilience against extreme events is becoming increasingly critical. This paper discusses a unified framework for preventive control of power systems to enhance system resilience, which includes three parts: resilience assessment, resilience grading, and resilience enhancement. First, the resilience assessment contains facility-level and system-level resilience assessment. The concept of fragility curve is used in the facility-level resilience assessment. Various resilience indices are developed in system-level resilience assessment to roundly depict the impacts of extreme events on power systems and determine the system resilience. On this basis, the resilience is divided into different levels by resilience grading strategy, which can efficiently quantify the severity of the impact of extreme events and provide decision-making for the resilience enhancement strategies. Then, control strategies for enhancing power system resilience are also divided according to different resilience levels. A controlled islanding based preventive control is proposed to enhance system resilience, which aims to strengthen the first defensive line of power systems to deal with extreme events. Finally, taking the typhoon disaster in extreme events as an example, two tests carried out with two typhoons demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method.

Clean air actions （CAAs） in China have been linked to considerable benefits in public ***,whether the beneficial effects of CAAs are equally distributed geographically is *** high-resolution maps of the distributions of major air pollutants (fine particulate matter[PM2.5]and ozone[O3]) and population,we aimed to track spatiotemporal changes in health impacts from,and geographic inequality embedded in,the reduced exposures to PM2.5and O3from 2013 to *** used a method established by the Global Burden of Diseases *** analyzing the changes in loss of life expectancy（LLE） attributable to PM2.5and O3,we calculated the gain of life expectancy （GLE） to quantify the health benefits of the air-quality ***,we assessed the geographic inequality embedded in the GLE using the Gini index （GI）.Based on risk assessments of PM2.5and O3,during the first stage of CAAs（2013 to 2017）,the mean GLE was 1.87 *** of the sum of the GLE was disproportionally distributed in about one quarter of the population exposed （GI 0.44）.During the second stage of CAAs（2017 to 2020）,the mean GLE increased to 3.94 months and geographic inequality decreased （GI 0.18）.According to our assessments,CAAs were enhanced,from the first to second stages,in terms of not only preventing premature mortality but also ameliorating health *** enhancements were related to increased sensitivity to the health effects of air pollution and synergic control of PM2.5and *** findings will contribute to optimizing future CAAs.

An inorganicDorganic hybrid crystalline material(SiMo_(12)O_(40))[Cu(2,2'-bipy)_(2)]_(2)·2H_(2)O(Complex 1,2,2'-bipy=2,2'-bipyridine)was synthesized for the first time by using 2,2'-bipy and transition metal copper to convert Waugh-type polyoxometalate[MnMo_(9)O_(3)_(2)]_(6-)into a Keggin polyoxometalate structure[SiMo_(12)O_(40)]^(4-)under hydrothermal conditions in glass *** crystal tests and a series of characterizations were carried out on Complex *** structure of Complex 1 is composed of[SiMo_(12)O_(40)]^(4-)and[Cu^(Ⅱ)(2,2'-bipy)_(2)]^(2+).The five-coordinated Cu is connected to two 2,2'-bipy through CuDN bonds,forming an approximately square ***,Complex 1 exhibited good photocatalytic performance for methylene blue degradation and electrocatalytic nitrite reduction properties simultaneously.

Three lanthanide ions and a rigid(1,1'-biphenyl)-2,4,6-tricarboxylic acid(H_(3)bptc) ligand led to the isostructural lanthanide metal-organic frameworks(Ln-MOFs) {[Ln(bptc)(H_(2)O)_(3)]·3H_(2)O}_n(Lnbptc, Ln = Eu,Tb, Gd, Eu_(x)Tb_(1—x), Eu_(x)Gd_(1-x), Tb_(x)Gd_(1-x), and Eu_(0.12)Tb_(0.52)Gd_(0.36)). The density functional theory(DFT) and time-dependent DFT calculation were expanded on H_3bptc, which point to the occurrence of “antenna effect”. The minor diameter samples of Eubptc, Tbbptc, and Gdbptc can also be attained via the microwave synthesis and employed for handwriting anticounterfeiting. Interestingly, the typical red emission of Eu^(3+) and green emission of Tb~(3+) could be fine-tuned by Gd^(3+) via chemical mixing to be full-color emissions bimetallic doped Eu_(x)Tb_(1-x)bptc, Eu_(x)Gd_(1-x)bptc, and Tb_(x)Gd_(1-x)bptc. The above synthetic bimetallic MOFs can be fixed in positioning boxes of quick response(QR) codes with diverse emission for anticounterfeiting. The message can be decoded under the irradiation of 365 nm ultraviolet lamp while invisible in the daylight. Notably, the trimetallic doped Eu_(0.12)Tb_(0.52)Gd_(0.36)bptc emits white light with the CIE color coordinate(0.34, 0.34). Furthermore, Tbbptc is demonstrated to be a sensitive probe toward nitrobenzene and acetone with multiple mechanisms.
