Background:Cholangiocarcinoma(CCA)is a diverse group of malignancies arising from the intra-or extrahepatic biliary epithelium and characterized by its late diagnosis and fatal *** cholangiocarcinoma(ECC)accounts for 90%of ***,little is known about the comprehensive genomic alterations of ECC in Chinese population for providing clinical managements especially targeted ***:Comprehensive genomic profiling(CGP)was performed with next generation sequencing panel on paraffin-embedded tumor from a cohort of 80 Chinese ECC ***:The most frequently altered genes were TP53(68%),KRAS(46%),SMAD4(22%),ARID1A(20%)and CDKN2A(19%).Mutual exclusivity was observed between multiple genes including ARID1A:TP53,KRAS:LRP1B and NF2:*** alterations with potential therapeutic implications were identified in 43%of *** top three actionable alterations include CDKN2A(n=11),BRAF(n=5)and ERBB2(n=4).Potentially actionable alterations were mainly enriched in the G1-S transition,homologous recombination repair,MAPK/ERK ***:This is the largest data set of ECC cases providing a comprehensive view on genetic alterations in Chinese population which differs significantly from a US cohort,and indicates the potential clinical implications for targeted therapies.

Because of their strong proliferative capacity and multi-potency, placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cells have gained interest as a cell source in the field of nerve damage repair. In the present study, human placenta-derived mesenchymal stem ceils were induced to differentiate into neural stem cells, which were then transplanted into the spinal cord after local spinal cord injury in rats. The motor functional recovery and pathological changes in the injured spinal cord were observed for 3 successive weeks. The results showed that human placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cells can differentiate into neuron-like cells and that induced neural stem cells contribute to the restoration of injured spinal cord without causing transplant rejection. Thus, these cells promote the recovery of motor and sensory functions in a rat model of spinal cord injury. Therefore, human placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cells may be useful as seed cells during the repair of spinal cord injury.

This paper presents a novel non-singular fast terminal sliding mode control(NFTSMC)based on the deep flux weakening switching point tracking method in order to improve the control performance of permanent interior magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)drive *** mathematical model of flux weakening(FW)control is established,and the deep flux weakening switching point is calculated accurately by analyzing the relationship between the torque curve and voltage decline ***,a second-order NFTSMC is designed for the speed loop controller to ensure that the system converges to the equilibrium state in finite ***,an extended sliding mode disturbance observer(ESMDO)is designed to estimate the uncertainty of the ***,compared with both the PI control and sliding mode control(SMC)by simulations and experiments with different working conditions,the method proposed has the merits of accelerating convergence,improving steady-state accuracy,and minimizing the current and torque pulsation.

目的:分别测定葛根芩连汤煎剂和葛根单煎剂中葛根素(Puerarin)在家犬血清中的含量,分析不同煎煮方式对其体内药动学的影响。方法:通过测定不同时刻家犬体内葛根素浓度,计算药动学参数。结果:家犬灌服葛根芩连汤煎剂和葛根单煎剂后葛根素在家犬体内的Cmax分别(5.164±0.637)、(5.383±0.818)μg/mL;tmax分别为(1.10±0.374)和(1.25±0.274)h;AUC0～t分别为(25.76±5.48)、(27.97±7.16)μg/(mL.h)。结论:煎煮方式对葛根素家犬体内药动学有显著影响。

A daily sea ice concentration(siC)product in the Arctic,derived from the brightness temperature(TB)data of the Microwave Radiation Imager(MWRI)sensor aboard on the FY-3D satellite,is described in this *** MWRI TB raw swath data were first processed into daily gridded data and then corrected using the Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer 2(AMSR2)*** Asi algorithm,which uses daily dynamic tie points,was adopted to calculate daily siC at 12.5 km polar stereographic projection from January 2018 to june *** generated MWRI siC product was compared with the AMSR2 siC based on the Asi algorithm that uses fixed tie *** more detailed comparison,we then compared our MWRI siC with the siC from the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)*** mean bias between our MWRI siC and AMSR2 siC is 4.24%.The absolute values of biases between the daily MWRI siC and MODIS siC range from 0.14%to 10.76%,better than the MWRI siC product based on the NT2 algorithm published by the Chinese National Satellite Meteorological *** results show that our MWRI siC product has a good quality and can be used as a basic dataset for sea ice extent *** dataset is available at http://***/10.11922/sciencedb.00137.

Flexible and bio-integrated electronics have attracted great attention due to their enormous contributions to personalized medical *** sources,serving as one of the most important components,have been suffering from many problems,including deficient biocompatibility,poor stretchability,and unstable electrical outputs under deformed conditions,which limits the practical applications in flexible and bio-integrated ***,we reported a fully stretchable magnesium(Mg)–air battery based on dual-ions-conducting hydrogels(SDICH).The high-performance battery enables long-term operation with lighting 120 lighting emitting diodes(LEDs)for over 5 *** from the advanced materials and mechanical designs,the battery exhibits stability electrical outputs under stretching,which allows to operate ordinarily under various mechanical deformations without performance ***,the great biocompatibility of the battery offers great opportunity for biomedical applications,which is demonstrated by a self-adaption wound dressing *** in vitro and in vivo results prove that the self-adaption wound dressing can effectively prevent wound inflammation and promote wound *** exploiting thermal feedback mechanics,the system can adjust antibiotic release rate and dosage spontaneously according to the real-time wound *** proposed fully stretchable Mg-air battery and self-adaption wound dressing display great potential in skin-integrated electronics and personalized medicine.
