AIM:To evaluate the role of reactive oxygen speciesendoplasmic reticulum stress(ROS-ERS)in the cellular protection of G protein-coupled receptor 120(GPR120/FFAR4)against high glucose(HG)induced human retinal vascular endothelial cell(HRVEC)injury and its underlying ***:HRVECs were divided into the control group,GW9508(an agonist of GPR120)group,HG group,and HG+GW9508 *** cell proliferation and apoptosis were assessed by cell counting kit-8 and annexin V-FITC/PI apoptosis detection kit,*** blotting analysis was performed to assess the protein expressions of Bax,Bcl-2,activating transcription factor 6(ATF6),PKRlike endoplasmic reticulum kinase(PERK),and inositolrequiring enzyme 1(IRE1).The ROS assay kit was used for the detection of ROS *** the cells were transfected with siRNA of GPR120 and the ROS level and protein levels of ATF6,PERK,and IER1 were ***:GW9508 promoted the proliferation of HRVECs,which was significantly reduced by the stimulation of ***9508 remarkably reduced the apoptosis rate of HRVECs under HG and the expression of proapoptotic protein Bax,while increased the expression of antiapoptotic protein *** HG condition,a significant increase of ROS production was noticed in HRVECs,and GW9508 treatment greatly decreased *** over-expressions of ERS-related proteins ATF6,PERK,and IER1 under HG were down-regulated by GW9508 *** successfully transfected with siGPR120,the effects of GW9508 on the production of ROS as well as the expressions of ATF6,PERK,and IER1 were ***:GPR120 protects HRVECs against HG induced apoptosis,and suppressing ROS-ERS pathway is one of the mechanisms *** of GPR120 may be considered as a potential therapeutic target for diabetic retinopathy.

Laser shock peening(LSP)was used to enhance the high-temperature oxidation resistance of laser melting deposited Ti45Al8Nb *** microstructure and high-temperature oxidation behavior of the as-deposited Ti45Al8Nb alloy before and after LSP were investigated by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,and electron backscatter *** results indicated that the rate of mass gain in the as-deposited sample after LSP exhibited a decrease when exposed to an oxidation temperature of 900℃,implying that LSP-treated samples exhibited superior oxidation resistance at high temperatures.A gradient structure with a fine-grain layer,a deformed-grain layer,and a coarse-grain layer was formed in the LSP-treated sample,which facilitated the diffusion of the Al atom during oxidation,leading to the formation of a dense Al_(2)O_(3)layer on the *** mechanism of improvement in the oxidation resistance of the as-deposited Ti45Al8Nb alloy via LSP was discussed.

Considering the uncertainty of grid connection of electric vehicle charging stations and the uncertainty of new energy and residential electricity load,a spatio-temporal decoupling strategy of dynamic reactive power optimization based on clustering-local relaxation-correction is ***,the k-medoids clustering algorithm is used to divide the reduced power scene into ***,the discrete variables and continuous variables are optimized in the same period of ***,the number of input groups of parallel capacitor banks(CB)in multiple periods is fixed,and then the secondary static reactive power optimization correction is carried out by using the continuous reactive power output device based on the static reactive power compensation device(SVC),the new energy grid-connected inverter,and the electric vehicle charging *** to the characteristics of the model,a hybrid optimization algorithm with a cross-feedback mechanism is used to solve different types of variables,and an improved artificial hummingbird algorithm based on tent chaotic mapping and adaptive mutation is proposed to improve the solution *** simulation results show that the proposed decoupling strategy can obtain satisfactory optimization resultswhile strictly guaranteeing the dynamic constraints of discrete variables,and the hybrid algorithm can effectively solve the mixed integer nonlinear optimization problem.

This paper evaluates a representation of winter stratospheric circulation in the Antarctic that is based on CRA-40, a 40-year global reanalysis dataset released by the China Meteorological Administration, and compares it with representations based on two other state-of-the-art reanalysis datasets: the fifth-generation atmospheric reanalysis provided by the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts(ERA-5) and the Modern-Era Retrospective analysis for Research and Applications, version 2(MERRA-2). In terms of climatology, we find that CRA-40 portrays a stronger and colder polar vortex in the middle and lower stratosphere than ERA-5, but a weaker and warmer one than MERRA-2. However, disagreement among the three reanalyses is confined mainly to the period before1999, and is largely reduced after that time. On the interannual timescale, portrayals of the intensity and area of the 10-hPa polar vortex are quite consistent among the three reanalyses, with correlation coefficients greater than 0.9 between each pair of reanalyses. In addition, the central dates of most sudden stratospheric deceleration(SSD) events at 10 hPa in the three reanalyses differ by less than one day, indicating that CRA-40 is also highly consistent with the other two reanalysis datasets regarding daily evolution. Our analyses suggest that CRA-40 performs comparably to ERA-5 and MERRA-2 in characterizing winter circulation in the Antarctic middle and lower stratosphere.

Acute necrotizing pancreatitis(ANP)is a critical type of acute pancreatitis(AP)[1,2].ANP has high mortality,long-term hospitalization,high cost,and potential morbidity[3,4].Infected or symptomatic necrosis continually requires debridement as the mainstay of treatment when percutaneous drainage fails[5].With the advent of minimally invasive approaches in recent decades,surgical management of pancreatic necrosis has been *** recommend using a step-up approach instead of direct open pancreatic necrosectomy(OPN)[6].Endoscopic drainage and necrosectomy are appropriate for walled-offnecrosis(WON)near the stomach or duodenum[7].Minimal access retroperitoneal pancreatic necrosectomy(MARPN)is a good approach for laterally located WON that is distant from the stomach or duodenum[8].However,these minimally invasive approaches are still not *** repeatedly debridement itself causes ***,large pieces of necrosis are not easy to clear,and blood vessels are difficult to *** of bleeding,gastrointestinal fistula,and pancreatic fistula are still inevitable.

Perovskites have garnered significant attention in recent years. However, the presence of La atoms at the B-site in ABX_(3) structures has not yet been observed. Under high pressure, perovskites exhibit unexpected phase transitions. In this study, we report the discovery of SbLaO_(3) under ambient pressure, with a space group of R3m. Mechanical property calculations indicate that it is a brittle material, and it possesses a band gap of 4.0266 e V, classifying it as an *** also investigate the phase at 300 GPa, where the space group shifts to P2_(1/m). Additionally, the P2_(1/m) phase of LaInO_(3) under 300 GPa is explored. Ab initio molecular dynamics calculations reveal that the melting point of SbLaO_(3) is exceptionally high. The inclusion of Sb alters the electronic structure compared with LaInO_(3), and the Vickers hardness(H_(v)) is estimated to reach 20.97 GPa. This research provides insights into the phase transitions of perovskites under high pressure.

在中国城市存量更新背景下，实施老旧社区微更新对城市高质量发展和国家治理能力现代化具有重要战略意义。通过开展对多中心治理理论的本土化探索，以中国语境下的多中心治理为分析视角，选取南京市秦淮区重点微更新项目为研究对象，探索了当前中国老旧社区微更新的多方共治机制。研究发现：多方共治机制是由区政府、国资企业、规划团队、社区基层组织和居民等多元主体共同参与的更新协作机制，其中政府的角色转换和对社会力量的有效整合是多方共治机制构成的关键；多元主体的互动关系随着更新阶段的推进不断发生变化；建立多元主体能够有效交流和理性互动的平台是推动老旧社区微更新持续发展的关键；微更新可以为老旧社区物质空间、社会空间、经济发展、历史资源创造持续的生产效益。

试验以碳酸钠、氯化钠、黄原胶作为面条改良剂,探求青稞面条品质改良的最佳工艺参数。以青稞粉和标准小麦粉为主要原料,青稞粉添加量为40%,并加入5.4%谷朊粉以补充青稞粉中缺失的面筋蛋白。通过对成品面条蒸煮特性、质构特性的测定及感官品质的评定,最终确定添加0.3%碳酸钠、1.0%氯化钠、0.3%黄原胶时的青稞面条品质最佳。
