The daily sea surface temperature(SST)data from three kinds of different satellites of GMI,GOES and MODIS were applied to do the blend in the Southeast Pacific Ocean throughout the whole year of *** coverage rates of the SST of the blend result were improved highly and more stable throughout the whole year,compared with the result of the single satellite of GMI,GOES,and *** yearly average coverage rates of GMI,GOES,MODIS,and blend were 43%,48%,30%,and 76%,and their corresponding yearly average standard deviation(SD)were 4%,6%,7%,and 4%,*** the coverage rates of these three satellites were low from April to *** valid observation days calculated in the whole year over every grid were used to represent the spatial distribution patterns of the coverage *** spatial distribution patterns of coverage rates from GOES and MODIS were similar that their valid observation days were higher in the northwest area and lower in the south area,and those of GMI was contrary to the former *** ranges of valid observation day was from GOES,GMI,and MODIS were 0-364,6-254,and 9-231 d,*** the blend,all the observation day of every grid in the research region was enhanced(103-366 d).Especially the near shore and south area,and the minimum valid observation day increased largely from the single digits to hundreds digit.

Metal selenides owing to their high theoretical capacity and good conductivity are considered as one of the potential candidates for the anode materials of sodium-ion batteries(SIBs).However,their practical applications are greatly restricted by the poor cycling performances and complicated synthesis *** this work,a sandwich-like Sn Se2/reduced graphene oxide(r GO)composite with a small amount of r GO(7.3%)is synthesized by a simple one-pot solvothermal *** as-synthesized Sn Se2/r GO shows improved initial coulombic efficiency(ICE)of 73.7%,high capacity of 402.0 m Ah g-1 after 150 cycles at 0.1 A g-1 with a retention of 86.2%and outstanding rate *** abundant Sn-O-C bonds of synthesized material not only accelerate the charge transfer at the interface but also enhance the mechanical strength to accommodate volume variation and prevent active material loss during ***,the compact structure leads to thin solid electrolyte interface(SEI)so that high initial coulombic efficiency was ***,full cells are assembled to test its potential *** work offers a simple method to synthesize Sn Se2/r GO as a candidate anode for SIBs.

Due to its high accuracy and ease of calculation,synchrophasor-based linear state estimation(LSE)has attracted a lot of attention in the last decade and has formed the cornerstone of many wide area monitor system(WAMS)***,an increasing number of data quality concerns have been reported,among which bad data can significantly undermine the performance of LSE and many other WAMS applications it *** data filtering can be difficult in practice due to a variety of issues such as limited processing time,non-uniform and changing patterns,and *** pre-process phasor measurement unit(PMU)measurements for LSE,we propose an improved denoising autoencoder(DA)-aided bad data filtering strategy in this *** data is first identified by the classifier module of the proposed DA and then recovered by the autoencoder *** characteristics distinguish the proposed methodology:1)The approach is lightweight and can be implemented at individual PMU level to achieve maximum parallelism and high efficiency,making it suited for real-time processing;2)the system not only identifies bad data but also recovers it,especially for critical *** use numerical experiments employing both simulated and real-world phasor data to validate and illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Miniaturized lasers with on-demand color emission have immense potential in the development of integrated imaging sources. Random lasers(RLs) with cavity-free structures and low spatial coherence are promising candidates for multicolor imaging sources. However, the wide tuning range and high tuning accuracy of continuous and reversible random lasing color with a defined emissive direction remain challenging. Here, random lasing with on-demand color emission and defined emissive direction is realized in fiber-integrated microbelts through programmable pumping. Individual RL microbelts as RL units doped with blue(B)-, green(G)-, and red(R)-emissive dyes and titanium dioxide nanoparticles are assembled on an optical fiber, resulting in high-performance B/G/R lasing. The optical fiber functions as a waveguide that guides the multicolor RL to ensure a defined directional emission. By manipulating the combination of the B/G/R RL units on the waveguide, distinctive lasing colors covering the entire visible spectrum are obtained, including white-colored random lasing. To realize dynamically controllable lasing for on-demand color emission, a pumping strategy with programmable excitation is proposed by shaping the pump beams into different beam arrays for precisely pumping the RL unit combination. We envision that fiber-integrated RL sources can be implemented in various imaging applications, such as biomedical diagnosis, multiplexed communication, and optical sensing.

Hybrid manufacturing(HM)uses additive manufacturing(AM)techniques to prepare complex or fine structures on traditional processing parts,which can fully utilize the advantages of AM to form complex parts,and the high efficiency and low cost of conventional processing methods in manufacturing regular components.A bimetal material was produced by selective laser melting(SLM)of AlSi10Mg on the deformed Al6061 alloy substrate in this ***,the interface characteristics of the two alloys were *** results show that a metallurgical interface with a thickness of 100–200μm was formed as the result of the Marangoni convection during SLM *** detail,the circular flow in the melt pool at the interface led to the dilution of alloying elements and the change of ***,a suitable first-layer thickness can eff ectively suppress the hot cracks at the interfacial *** on the optimized results,the hybrid manufactured samples with diff erent SLM processed volume ratios(SLM-part)to the substrate were prepared to study the mechanical properties and the deformation behavior of hybrid *** results show that the volume ratio of the SLM-part to the substrate had an influence on the strength and the elasto-plastic behavior by aff ecting the distribution of plastic deformation.

Harvesting robots had difficulty extracting filament phenotypes for small,numerous filaments,heavy cross-obscuration,and similar phenotypic characteristics with *** experience difficulty in localizing under near-colored backgrounds and fuzzy contour *** cannot accurately harvest filaments for ***,a method for detecting and locating filament picking points based on an improved DeepLabv3+algorithm is proposed in this study.A lightweight network structure,ShuffIetNetV2,was used to replace the backbone network Xception of the traditional DeepLabv3+.Convolutional branches for 3 different sampling rates were added to extract information on the safflower features under the receptive *** block attention was incorporated into feature extraction at the coding and decoding layers to solve the interference problem of the near-color background in the feature-fusion ***,using the region of interest of the safflower branch obtained by the improved DeepLabv3+,an algorithm for filament picking-point localization was designed based on barycenter *** tests demonstrated that this method was capable of accurately localizing the *** mean pixel accuracy and mean intersection over union of the improved DeepLabv3+were 95.84%and 96.87%,*** detection rate and weights file size required were superior to those of other *** the localization test,the depth-measurement distance between the depth camera and target safflower filament was 450 to 510 mm,which minimized the visual-localization *** average localization and picking success rates were 92.50%and 90.83%,*** results show that the proposed localization method offers a viable approach for accurate harvesting localization.
