Modal parameters can accurately characterize the structural dynamic properties and assess the physical state of the ***,it is particularly signiﬁcant to identify the structural modal parameters according to the monitoring data information in the structural health monitoring(SHM)system,so as to provide a scientiﬁc basis for structural damage identiﬁcation and dynamic model modiﬁ*** view of this,this paper reviews methods for identifying structural modal parameters under environmental excitation and brieﬂy describes how to identify structural damages based on the derived modal *** paper primarily introduces data-driven modal parameter recognition methods(e.g.,time-domain,frequency-domain,and time-frequency-domain methods,etc.),brieﬂy describes damage identiﬁcation methods based on the variations of modal parameters(e.g.,natural frequency,modal shapes,and curvature modal shapes,etc.)and modal validation methods(e.g.,Stability Diagram and Modal Assurance Criterion,etc.).The current status of the application of artiﬁcial intelligence(AI)methods in the direction of modal parameter recognition and damage identiﬁcation is further *** on the pre-vious analysis,the main development trends of structural modal parameter recognition and damage identiﬁcation methods are given to provide scientiﬁc references for the optimized design and functional upgrading of SHM systems.

Eco-driving has always been an ongoing topic. In urban driving conditions, traffic regulations, other vehicle behaviors, and special driving scenarios will have a major impact on the energy consumption of autonomous vehicles. As a representative algorithm of artificial intelligence, reinforcement learning has the ability to perform well under complex tasks. This paper uses deep reinforcement learning algorithms to design the economical driving strategies of autonomous vehicles in three driving scenarios: driving at signalized intersection under free traffic flow, car-following on ramps, and driving at signalized intersection considering queue effects. In the above three driving scenarios, the driving strategy proposed in this paper achieves economical driving performance while satisfying the driving scenario requirements.

Solar-driven overall conversion of CO_(2)and H_(2)O into fuels and chemicals shows an ultimate strategy for carbon neutrality yet remains a huge ***,an integrated photocatalytic redox architecture of Zn NPs/GaN Nanowires(NWs)/Si is explored for light-driven overall conversion of CO_(2)and H_(2)O into CH_(4)and H_(2)O_(2)simultaneously without any external sacrificial agents and *** as-designed architecture affords a benchmark CH_(4)activity of 189 mmol gcat^(-1)h^(-1)with a high selectivity of 93.6%,in the synchronized formation of H_(2)O_(2)at a considerable rate of 25 m g^(-1)h^(-1).Moreover,a considerable turnover number of 27,280 mol CH_(4)per mol Zn was achieved over a long-term operation of 80 *** operando spectroscopic characterizations,isotope experiments,and density functional theory calculations,it is unraveled that Zn sites are synergetic with GaN to drive CO_(2)-to-CH_(4)conversion with a lowered energy barrier of 0.27 eV while inhibiting hydrogen evolution reaction with a relatively high energy barrier of 0.93 ***,owing to the unique surface properties of GaN,water is split into*OH and*H,followed by the formation of H_(2)O_(2)because of the alleviated adsorption strength of*OH by Zn ***,the hierarchical architecture enables the achievement of high activity and high selectivity of CH_(4)from CO_(2)reduction in distilled water along with the generation of H_(2)O_(2).This work provides an integrated photocatalytic redox architecture for the synchronized production of CH_(4)and H_(2)O_(2)with the only inputs of CO_(2),distilled water,and light.

The activation of the sirtuin1(SIRT1)/nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)/heme oxygenase 1(HO-1) pathway has been shown to mitigate oxidative stress-induced apoptosis and mitochondrial damage by reducing reactive oxygen species(ROS) levels. Clinical trials have demonstrated that Zhongfeng Xingnao Liquid(ZFXN) ameliorates post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI). However, the underlying mechanism, particularly whether it involves protecting mitochondria and inhibiting apoptosis through the SIRT1/Nrf2/HO-1 pathway, remains unclear. This study employed an oxygen-glucose deprivation(OGD) cell model using SHSY5Y cells and induced PSCI in rats through modified bilateral carotid artery ligation(2VO).The effects of ZFXN on learning and memory, neuroprotective activity, mitochondrial function, oxidative stress, and the SIRT1/Nrf2/HO-1 pathway were evaluated both in vivo and in vitro. Results indicated that ZFXN significantly increased the B-cell lymphoma 2(Bcl2)/Bcl2-associated X(Bax) ratio, reduced terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated d UTP nickend-labeling(TUNEL)+ cells, and markedly improved cognition, synaptic plasticity, and neuronal function in the hippocampus and cortex. Furthermore, ZFXN exhibited potent antioxidant activity, evidenced by decreased ROS and malondialdehyde(MDA) content and increased superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), and glutathione(GSH) levels. ZFXN also demonstrated considerable enhancement of mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP), Tom 20 fluorescence intensity, adenosine triphosphate(ATP) and energy charge(EC) levels, and mitochondrial complex Ⅰ and Ⅲ activity, thereby inhibiting mitochondrial damage. Additionally,ZFXN significantly increased SIRT1 activity and elevated SIRT1, nuclear Nrf2, and HO-1 ***, these effects were substantially counteracted when SIRT1 was suppressed by the inhibitor EX-527 in vitro. BACKGROUND Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a progressive respiratory condition often associated with a high incidence of *** indicate that patients with COPD present with a significant decrease in bone mineral density(BMD),potentially related to inflammation and corticosteroid *** To investigate the relationship between BMD and lung function,mainly the forced expiratory volume in the forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)/forced vital capacity percentage(FVC%),in patients with COPD using quantitative computed tomography(QCT).METHODS This prospective cross-sectional study included 85 patients with COPD treated at Gansu Provincial People's *** variables included lung function parameter(FEV1/FVC%),age,sex,body mass index,smoking status,tea-drinking habits,and physical *** was measured using *** regression and generalized additive models were employed to analyze the relationship between exposure variables and *** Linear regression analysis revealed a significant positive relationship between BMD and FEV1/FVC%(β=0.1,95%confidence interval[CI]:0.1-0.1;P<0.0001).Non-linear analysis identified a unique BMD breakpoint of 128.08 mg/cm³.Before the breakpoint,BMD was significantly positively correlated with FEV1/FVC%(β=0.245;P=0.0019);while after the breakpoint,the relationship was negative and showed no statistical significance(β=-0.136;P=0.0753).This finding underscores the critical role of BMD in COPD management and highlights the importance of individualized clinical interventions in improvement of lung function and overall health status in *** There is a complex non-linear relationship between BMD and lung function in patients with COPD,highlighting the importance of monitoring change in bone density during the management of COPD.

Achieving color-tunable room-temperature phosphorescence(RTP),especially including blue RTP from a single-component polymer still faces a formidable ***,we wisely choose conformation-dependent phenothiazine with trifluoromethyl substituent as the side group of the phosphor monomer(Cz PT) and then copolymerize it with N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAM) through photopolymerization to obtain polymers PPCz ***-dependent color-tunable phosphorescence from unusual quasi-equatorial(eq) to quasi-axial(ax) conformers are obtained,and the RTP color changes from orange(550 nm) to blue(470 nm) with phosphorescence lifetime up to 0.96 *** theoretical calculations confirm that the quasi-axial conformer is the preferred structure that facilitates the formation of intramolecular hydrogen bonds on the trifluoromethyl *** EPR spectra illustrate that the persistent UV irradiation generates radical cations to induce the conformational transitions first,followed by photopolymerization immobilizing the ax conformation in PPCz *** of data encryption and anti-counterfeiting are fabricated to show prompt and delayed multicolor *** work affords a simple and feasible avenue for two-dimensional color tunable room temperature phosphorescence from a single-component polymer.

Osteoarthritis(OA)is the most prevalent joint disease and icariin is a promising drug for its ***,the clinical use of icariin is hindered by poor water solubility,low bioavailability,and nonspecific release and biological ***,sulfonated azocalix[4]arene(SAC4A)with enhanced water solubility,recognition capacity,and designed responsiveness was used to improve the efficiency of icariin for OA ***4A,a macrocycle with well-defined molecular weight and structure,could encapsulate and enhance water solubility of various *** addition,SAC4A enables hypoxia-responsive release of loaded *** with icariin treatment,supramolecular complex icariin@SAC4A significantly relieved OA symptoms of rats,including more regular bone morphology and structure,and lower degree of cartilage ***,the supramolecular formulation demonstrated various advantages,including easy preparation,hypoxia-triggered release,and small size that conducive to drug penetration.

西康省成立于1939年1月1日,省会康定。全省分为康属、宁属、雅属三个区域。三属的自然条件、人文环境各不相同,新闻事业各具特色。康属即今四川省甘孜藏族自治州,全境处于青藏高原,居民主要是藏族,信奉喇嘛教,宗教氛围浓厚,居住分散,生活贫困而封闭。属内实行政教合一的管理体制,喇嘛、头人是当地的统治者。在这样的社会里,人与人缺乏交流沟通,主客观都不具备产生新闻事业的条件。但康属在建省前后到1949年,却创办了55种报刊,发展出具有相当规模的新闻事业队伍和读者群,突显出其新闻事业产生、发展的个性。
