With an increasing demand for high-quality,eco-friendly food products and growing concerns over ecological conservation,the development of ecology-based alternatives for ruminant production in China is urgently needed.This review discusses the capabilities for integrating grassland grazing into existing livestock farming systems to meet the contemporary human needs for high-quality foods and ecologically stable environments.Additionally,this review provides a critical analysis of the challenges and future directions associated with grassland-based ruminant farming systems.Integrating nutritional manipulation with grazing manipulation is critical for improving the productivity of grassland-based ecosystems and natural ecological functions.Biodiversity is the primary determinant of grassland ecosystem functions,while the composition and function of rumen microbiomes determine ruminant production performance.Future studies should focus on the following aspects:1)how livestock grazing regulates grassland biodiversity and the mechanisms of grassland biodiversity maintenance,offering an important scientific basis for guiding grazing manipulation practices,including grazing intensity,livestock types,and grazing management practices;to 2)characterize the microbial ecology within the rumen of grazing ruminants to offer clarified instruction for the nutritional manipulation of grazing ruminants.Our recommendation includes creating a transdisciplinary system that integrates ecology,animal nutrition,and animal behavior to develop grassland-based ruminant farming systems sustainably,thereby achieving high-quality animal production and environmentally sustainable goals.

Hepatitis E virus(HEV)is the causative agent of hepatitis E.Globally,it is estimated that 20 milion HEV infections with 3.3 million symptomatic cases occur annully,and the mortality rate is 0.5%to 3%in general population.Although hepatitis E is commonly considered as an acute,self-limited disease,HEV_infection can be chronic in immunocompromised patients and related,with high mortality rate and poor pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women.

Surrogate models have shown to be effective in assisting evolutionary algorithms(EAs)for solving computationally expensive complex optimization problems.However,the effectiveness of the existing surrogate-assisted evolutionary algorithms still needs to be improved.A data-driven evolutionary sampling optimization(DESO)framework is proposed,where at each generation it randomly employs one of two evolutionary sampling strategies,surrogate screening and surrogate local search based on historical data,to effectively balance global and local search.In DESO,the radial basis function(RBF)is used as the surrogate model in the sampling strategy,and different degrees of the evolutionary process are used to sample candidate points.The sampled points by sampling strategies are evaluated,and then added into the database for the updating surrogate model and population in the next sampling.To get the insight of DESO,extensive experiments and analysis of DESO have been performed.The proposed algorithm presents superior computational efficiency and robustness compared with five state-of-the-art algorithms on benchmark problems from 20 to 200 dimensions.Besides,DESO is applied to an airfoil design problem to show its effectiveness.

多巴反应性肌张力障碍是一种以肌张力障碍或步态异常为首发症状的神经系统遗传性疾病,目前西医以左旋多巴为主要治疗手段,但存在需要终身治疗及部分患者无效的困惑。王松龄根据多巴反应性肌张力障碍的临床表现,认为该病属于中医学“痉病”范畴,提出久病重症多为诸虚百损、筋脉失养证,治疗重在补虚培元,方用薯蓣丸与瓜蒌桂枝汤化裁,新病急症多为痰湿瘀阻、邪袭经络证和阳明里实、热盛灼络证,治疗重在祛邪止痉、痰湿瘀阻、邪袭经络证方用二陈汤、葛根汤、止痉散化裁,阳明里实、热盛灼络证方用大承气汤、五虎追风散、芍药甘草汤化裁。

This paper delves into the current application, challenges, and demands of data governance in the oil and gas industry, as well as methods and implementation strategies to enhance data governance efficacy through the latest technologies such as large language models and algorithm optimization. Through the analysis of the current application status of large language models in intelligent data classification, data quality improvement, knowledge extraction and management, and intelligent search and information retrieval, the main challenges and demands faced by the petroleum and petrochemical industry in data governance have been revealed. A set of data governance optimization solutions tailored for the oil and gas industry has been proposed. These solutions aim to address the current data management challenges in the industry through advanced data processing technologies and algorithmic optimization, enhance the efficiency and quality of data governance, and thereby support the digital transformation and development of the oil and gas industry.

This paper addresses the open vehicle routing problem with time window(OVRPTW), where each vehicle does not need to return to the depot after completing the delivery task.The optimization objective is to minimize the total distance. This problem exists widely in real-life logistics distribution process.We propose a hybrid column generation algorithm(HCGA) for the OVRPTW, embedding both exact algorithm and metaheuristic. In HCGA, a label setting algorithm and an intelligent algorithm are designed to select columns from small and large subproblems, respectively. Moreover, a branch strategy is devised to generate the final feasible solution for the OVRPTW. The computational results show that the proposed algorithm has faster speed and can obtain the approximate optimal solution of the problem with 100 customers in a reasonable time.

Estimation of treatment effects is one of the crucial mainstays in economics and sociology studies.The problem will become more serious and complicated if the treatment variable is endogenous for the presence of unobserved confounding.The estimation and conclusion are likely to be biased and misleading if the endogeny of treatment variable is ignored.In this article,we propose the pseudo maximum likelihood method to estimate treatment effects in nonlinear models.The proposed method allows the unobserved confounding and random error terms to exist in an arbitrary relationship(such as,add or multiply),and the unobserved confounding have different influence directions on treatment variables and outcome variables.The proposed estimator is consistent and asymptotically normally distributed.Simulation studies show that the proposed estimator performs better than the special regression estimator,and the proposed method is stable for various distribution of error terms.Finally,the proposed method is applied to the real data that studies the influence of individuals have health insurance on an individual’s decision to visit a doctor.

BACKGROUND Acute myeloid leukemia is often associated with gene mutation or chromosome abnormality,which is an important factor affecting prognosis.The 5-year survival rate of patients with acute myeloid leukemia without hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is low.For patients who only received chemotherapy and whose first remission lasted>5 years,there are few reports of gene spectrum changes between relapse and initial diagnosis.CASE SUMMARY We report a 41-year-old woman who presented to our hospital with complaints of dizziness,poor appetite and wasting.She was diagnosed with acute myelomonocytic leukemia(M4b)with NPM1 mutation and only received chemotherapy.Her first remission lasted>5 years.New genetic variants were detected upon relapse that may have been related to relapse and chemotherapy resistance.CONCLUSION Mutations in WT1(R394fs/A387fs)/PTPN11 T73I/ETV6 S350P and JAK2 W659R may be related to relapse and chemotherapy resistance in acute myeloid leukemia.
