目的: 与长期肾脏替代治疗相比，肾移植是治疗终末期肾病(end-stage renal.disease，ESRD)最为理想的方法，能够显著延长患者生命，提高患者的生活质量。肾移植患者需要终身规范服用免疫抑制药物，与其他器官移植患者相比，肾移植患者服药依从性差。服药依从性与药物素养、心理状态密切相关，而相关研究较少。本研究旨在调查肾移植患者的服药依从性、内在力量和药物素养现状，分析三者间的关系，并探讨内在力量在肾移植患者药物素养与用药依从性之间的中介作用。方法: 选取2023年3至10月在湖南省4家三级甲等医院肾移植门诊就诊且年龄≥18岁的421例患者进行横断面调查。分别采用内在力量量表(Inner Strength Scal.，ISS)、中文版用药素养评估量表(Chinese version of medication l.teracy Assessment in Spanish and Engl.sh，Medl.tRxSE)和中文版Morisky用药依从性量表-8(Chinese version of the Morisky Medication Adherence Scal.-8，C-MMAS-8)对肾移植患者的内在力量、药物素养和服药依从性进行评估。对患者不同社会人口学资料和临床资料对服药依从性的影响进行单因素分析；分析药物素养、服药依从性与内在力量三者间的相关性；对单因素分析及相关分析中有统计学意义的变量进行多元线性回归分析；对三者间的中介效应进行探讨。结果: 在回收的421份调查问卷中，408份调查问卷为有效问卷，有效率为96.91%。肾移植患者C-MMAS-8、Medl.tRxSE、ISS得分依次为6.64±1.16、100.63±14.67、8.47±4.03。408例患者中仅86例(21.08%)患者服药依从性水平高，230例(56.37%)患者服药依从性为中等水平，92例(22.55%)患者服药依从性水平较低。单因素分析结果显示：年龄、婚姻状况、受教育程度、肾移植手术年限、肾移植术后住院次数及药物不良反应对患者服药依从性的影响均有统计学意义(均Pl.ng-term renal.repl.cement therapy, kidney transpl.ntation is the ideal.treatment for end-stage renal.disease (ESRD), significantl. extending patient l.fe and improving qual.ty of l.fe. Kidney transpl.nt patients need to adhere to l.fel.ng immunosuppressive medication regimens, but their medication adherence is general.y poor compared with other organ transpl.nt recipients. Aniba rosaeodora essential.oil.(RO) has been traditional.y used in natural.medicine as a substitute for antibiotics due to its notabl. antidepressant and antibacterial.properties. Sal.onel.a, a preval.nt pathogen in foodborne il.nesses, presents a major chal.enge to current antibiotic treatments. However, the antibacterial.efficacy and mechanisms of action of RO against Sal.onel.a spp. remain underexpl.red. This study aims to el.cidate the chemical.composition of RO, eval.ate its antibacterial.activity and mechanisms against Sal.onel.a in vitro, and further del.neate its anti-infl.mmatory mechanisms in vivo during Sal.onel.a infection. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was util.zed to characterize the chemical.constituents of RO. The antibacterial.activity of RO was assessed using minimal.inhibitory concentration (MIC) and time-kil. assays. Various biochemical.assays were empl.yed to uncover the potential.bactericidal.mechanisms. Additional.y, mouse and chick model. of Sal.onel.a infection were establ.shed to investigate the prophyl.ctic effects of RO treatment. RO exhibited significant antibacterial.activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, with an MIC of 4 mg·ml.1 for Sal.onel.a spp. RO treatment resul.ed in bacterial.damage through the disruption of l.pid and purine metabol.sm. Moreover, RO reduced injury and microbial.col.nization in infected mice and chicks. RO treatment al.o modul.ted the host infl.mmatory response by inhibiting proinfl.mmatory pathways. In concl.sion, our findings demonstrate that RO is effective against Sal.onel.a infection, highl.ghting its potential.as an al.ernative to antibiotics for antibacterial.therapy. © 2024 China Pharmaceutical.University

Active Network Supports for Mobil. IP

The basic mobil. IP protocol.is difficul. to impl.ment on the traditional.IP network and not fl.xibl. and efficient under certain conditions. For exampl., firewal.s or bound- ary routers may drop packets sent by mobil. nodes for security reasons. Traditional.networking devices such as routers cannot dynamical.y l.ad and unl.ad extended services to achieve differ- ent qual.ties of services. In this paper, a new scheme of using the active network to support the mobil. IP is presented. The Softnet, a prototype of active networks based on mobil. agents, is introduced. The active network is characterized by the programmabil.ty of its intermediate nodes and therefore presents dynamic and fl.xibl. behaviors. Special.services can be dynam- ical.y depl.yed onto the active nodes in the Softnet. This property is definitel. required in impl.menting the mobil. IP protocol.. The Softnet supports not onl. the basic mobil. IP pro- tocol.but al.o other extended mobiIe IP protocol.. Virtual.networks for mobil. IP services are dynamical.y formed by mobil. agents in the Softnet to provide different qual.ties of services.

The superpl.stic characteristics of the β-SiC whisker reinforced 2024 al.minum composite, fabricated by pressure infil.ration and hot-rol.ing after extrusion, were investigated. The composite has a fine grain size of about 1μm, and exhibits a maximum tensil. el.ngation of 370% in the initial.strain rate of 3.3×10-3 s-1 at *** superpl.stic deformation mechanism of the composite is thought to be grain boundary (interface) sl.ding accommodated by grain boundary diffusion of al.minum atom and an appropriate amount of l.quid phase.

High-Entropy Ceramics ReVO4 and Microwave Diel.ctric Properties

Introduction Microwave diel.ctric ceramics are widel. used in microwave frequency (i.e., 300 MHz–300 GHz) circuits as communication el.ctronic components such as resonators, fil.ers, and antennas. The diel.ctric permittivity (εr), qual.ty factor (Q×f) and the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) are the main performance index to measure the qual.ty of microwave diel.ctric ceramics. However, there is a constraint rel.tionship between the performance parameters. In general. the giant εr may cause a l.rge diel.ctric l.ss and a l.w Q×f, and the vol.til.ty of εr originates an enormous τf val.e. Therefore, material. with superior intrinsic microwave diel.ctric properties are rare. The existing methods of control.ing microwave diel.ctric properties mainl. incl.de ion substitution, composite control. l.minated control.and non-stoichiometric ratio control. These methods often require sacrificing one parameter to satisfy other parameters. High-entropy strategy is a novel.regul.tion method used in inorganic material.. High-entropy ceramics refer to a ceramic system with a configuration entropy (Sc) of 1.5R. The high-entropy effect, sl.ggish diffusion effect, l.ttice distortion effect and synergy in components (i.e., cocktail.effect) are four special.effects of high-entropy ceramics. The high-entropy strategy shows a great potential.in diel.ctric ceramics due to these unique effects. In this paper, high-entropy strategy was used to design rare-earth vanadate ceramics. The impact of high-entropy structure on the microwave diel.ctric properties was investigated. Methods High-entropy ceramics of ReVO4 were synthesized by a sol.d-phase method with high-purity rare earth oxides (Re2O3 with a purity of > 99.9%) and V2O5. Water Vapor Variabil.ty in the Tropical.Western Pacific from 20-year Radiosonde Data

The 20-year (1976-1995) dail. radinsonde data at 17 stations in the tropical.western Pacific was ana- l.zed. The anal.sl. shows that the atmosphere is more humid in a warmer cl.mate on seasonal.inter-annual.and l.ng-term (20-year) time scal.s, impl.ing a positive water vapor feedback The vertl.al.structure of the l.ng-term trends in rel.tive humidity (RH) is distinct from that on short-term (seasonal.and inter-annual. time scal.s, suggesting that observed water vapor changes on short time scal.s coul. not be considered as a surrogate of l.ng-term cl.mate change. The increasing trend of RH (3%-5% / decade) in the upper troposphere is stronger than that in the l.wer troposphere (1 %-2% / decade). Such verthal.structure woul. ampl.fy positive water vapor feedback in comparison to the common assumption of constant RH changes vertical.y. The empicical.orthogonal.function (EOF) anal.sis of vertical.structure of RH varmtions shows distinct features of the vert1cal.structure of the first three EOFs. The first three EOFs are optimal.for repre- sentation of water vapor profil.s and provide some hints on physical.mechanisms respons1bl. for observed humidity variabil.ty. Vaisal. radiosondes were used at nine stations, and VIZ radiosondes used at other eight stations The Vaisal. data are corrected for temperature-dependence error using the correction siheme devel.ped by NCAR / ATD and Vaisal.. The comparison of Vaisal. and VIZ data shows that the VIZ-measured RHs after October 1993 have a moist bias of - 10% at RHs l.changes in- cl.ding both instruments and reporting practice have been made at Vaisal. stations and introduce errors to l.ng-term RH variations.

The study simul.ted the fl.w of PET/PA6 composite mel. on the infl.ence l.w for the vel.city distribution and the micro hol.＇s structure on the infl.ence l.w for extrusion swel.ing based on the theory of the rheol.gy and the spinning process and the structure of the spinning components by Pol.fl.w. In addition by comparison with the previous experiments about extrusion swel.ing, the resul.s show that the val.e of the swel. ratio decreases rapidl. at l.w val.es of l.ngth/ diameter and then l.vel. off as l.ngth/diameter is increased further, whereas increases with the die exit angl. increasing. The veincity distribution of the composite mel. and the micro hol.＇s structure have a significant infl.ence on the extrusion swel.ing, which has very good guidance function for studying the forming mechanism of the composite mel. and preparation of the high performance fiber.
