Health management of industrial robots is paramount for maintaining effective operations,ensuring consistent performance,minimizing downtime,and ultimately enhancing the safety and productivity of robotic *** the invention of industrial robots,significant efforts have been dedicated to their health *** recent years,thanks to advances in condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technologies of industrial robots,robot health management has shifted from scheduled maintenance to condition-based *** paper aims to comprehensively review the evolution of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technologies that are critical for implementing condition-based maintenance of industrial robots.A brief introduction to robotic systems is given first to analyze the robot failure modes and their corresponding root ***,the data acquisition strategies and commonly used sensors of industrial robots are ***,the development of robot condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technologies are reviewed,with an emphasis on the remarkable achievements and challenges in model-based and data-driven ***,the paper summarizes the challenges facing this research field and provides potential avenues for future advancements.

A dual-protease-triggered chemiluminescent probe for precise tumor imaging

Imaging detection of interlinked dual proteases is imperative for precise tumor imaging, which remains challenging due to limited modification position of specific substrate and possible steric ***, we have developed a unimolecular chemiluminescent probe(LGP-CL) tandemly activated by two proteases interlinked with liver cancer to achieve precise tumor imaging. Probe LGP-CL consists of a phenoxy-dioxetane scaffold caged by a tripeptide substrate(LGP, leucine-glycine-proline) as the sensing layer, which can be cleaved sequentially by aminopeptidase N(APN) and dipeptidyl peptidase IV(DPPIV)to turn on a strong chemiluminescent signal, and silenced by specific inhibitor of each enzyme, which accounts for an integrated logic gate(AND, OR and INHIBIT). The successful cleavage of dual proteases on the metabolic site depends on the proper structure of the tripeptide substrate, as confirmed by two probes design. Probe LGP-CL(LGP as the substrate) enables the excellent “dual-lock-dual-key” fit with a382-fold enhancement of chemiluminescent emission while no obvious signal is observed by using GPLCL(GPL as the substrate). By virtue of its rapid response(several minutes), high sensitivity and good cell viability, probe LGP-CL has been utilized to evaluate upregulated levels of proteases in vitro and in living systems, especially to distinguish liver tumor cells(Hep G2) from others(LO2, MCF-7, MCF-10a and RAW264.7). Overall, the newly developed CL probe may facilitate rapid investigation into the role played by proteases in liver diseases, enabling timely selection appropriate treatment. Therefore, our work not only sheds light on the rational design of optical probes for dual protease imaging, but provides a promising tool for clinical diagnosis and even drug discovery.

数字技术深刻改变着儿童的生活。数字技术让儿童受益的同时也让众多儿童被围困其中。被数字围困的儿童面临重重数字风险,使其数字生活乱象层出不穷。主要体现为儿童被数字裹挟而逐渐失去主体性,被数字过度监视而让数字身份危机剧增,被数字假象误导而产生错误的数字观,被数字暴力诱导而沦为数字侵犯者。儿童数字生活风险的治理不仅要重视儿童个体的教育,更要激发家庭在数字教育中的权能意识。以家庭数字赋能为理论关怀重构儿童的数字生活,价值理念上要重申儿童的主体地位,过程上要培养儿童的数字能力,内容上要改善家庭数字素养结构以提升家庭数字素养,目标上要构建数字学习型家庭,以协助儿童免于被数字技术围困,并提高他们的数字素养及数字生活质量。

莱克维茨指认,在工业化现代和晚期现代之间已然发生了结构性断裂,晚期现代社会已不再是工业资本主义社会而是文化资本主义社会。在文化资本主义社会下,“认知—文化”资本逻辑实现了对工业资本逻辑的超越和替代。作为资本主义发展的最发达阶段,“认知—文化”资本已展现出超越经济领域的极强扩张性,逐渐呈现为以“独异性”为典型特征的社会模式。在独异性社会下,商品、市场、劳动力,甚至科技与文化都展现出新的结构特征及内在矛盾。辩证分析这些重要论断为考察晚期现代社会新变化提供了重要的参考和借鉴。然而,莱克维茨的分析视域仍局限于狭窄的表象层面,主要关注资本主义社会的自身内部机制,未能提升至人类历史发展的总体视域。从唯物史观角度考察,莱克维茨的文化资本逻辑仍属于资本逻辑,“独异性社会”依旧表现为物的依赖关系,人的独异性是对人的自由个性的遮蔽。

Aiming at the advantages in active safety control of in-wheel motor drive vehicles, the classified decision-control-execution is proposed to the lane departure assistance system under the premise of ensuring the stability of the vehicle. The dynamic extension boundaries which vary with vehicle speed, road curvature and road adhesion coefficient are designed in the decision layer by using the neural network algorithm, which divides different dangerous degrees into different decision *** active differential steering controller, the electronic differential controller and their coordinated control strategy are designed in the control layer, and the corresponding control is carried out among different decision regions. In order to avoid the dangerous situation of secondary deviation caused by the existence of drift angle when the vehicle is rectified to the lane centerline, the heading angle controller is then designed in the control layer. The different torque distribution modes are divided according to the current vehicle speed, road adhesion coefficient and lateral acceleration in the execution layer, and the economic distribution, stability distribution, joint distribution are correspondingly executed among different torque distribution modes. Finally, Carsim and Matlab/Simulink are used for simulation verification.

Shuffled Mutation Glowworm Swarm Optimization and Its Application

If the glowworm individual has no memory during its movement, and the decision of next direction is limited to its current position. It is precisely these reasons mentioned above that make the basic Glowworm Swarm Optimization easy to trap into the local optimum. In order to solve the problem, this paper suggests a Shuffled mutation glowworm swarm optimization(SMGSO), which combines the thought of Shuffled Frog Leaping with Glowworm Swarm Optimization. Making use of a grouping idea of Shuffled Mutation, the glowworm swarm is divided into several subgroups. The location updating of each individual is not only influenced by the brightest node in neighbour scope, but also by the brightest one in their local subgroup, meanwhile the locations of those isolated nodes are updated by the difference mutation of the global optimum and local optimal. In group shuffling stage, an orthogonal strategy can guide the whole population to generate their offspring. The performance of this proposed approach is examined by well-known10 benchmark functions, and its obtained results are compared with what other variants hold. The experimental analysis show that the Shuffled mutation glowworm swarm optimization is effective and outperforms other variants in terms of solving multi-modal function optimization problems, and the proposed approach can improve the positioning accuracy of the centroid localization.

The thermal insulation of a bedding system is one of the most critical factors affecting sleeping thermal *** study reported a mathematical model to evaluate both local and total thermal insulations of a bedding *** determine the geometric parameters in the model,the geometric model of the bedding system was developed using a 3D virtual simulation *** reliability was validated by comparing it with the 3D scanning *** predicted local and total thermal insulations of bedding systems were compared with those measured by the thermal manikin obtained in a previous *** bedding systems included six down quilts with different filling weights and involved three body *** results showed that the predicted thermal insulation values agreed well with the experimental *** predicted local and total thermal insulations were with acceptable accuracy,whose errors were within 20%and 10%,***,the research discussed the effects of two main parameters(i.e.,the proportions and partial thermal resistances of heat transfer parts)on bedding thermal insulations and provided practical suggestions for regulating bedding thermal *** study has important implications for evaluating the thermal comfort of the bedding system and contributes to improving the sleeping environment.
