Chronic hepatitis B(CHB)infection remains a serious public health problem worldwide;however,the relationship between cholesterol levels and CHB remains *** isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells from healthy blood donors and CHB patients to analyze free cholesterol levels,lipid raft formation,and cholesterol metabolism-related *** B virus(HBV)-carrier mice were generated and used to confirm changes in cholesterol metabolism and cell-surface lipid raft formation in dendritic cells(DCs)in the context of ***,HBV-carrier mice were immunized with a recombinant HBV vaccine(rHBVvac)combined with lipophilic statins and evaluated for vaccine efficacy against *** samples were analyzed for HBsAg,anti-HBs,and alanine aminotransferase levels,and liver samples were evaluated for HBV DNA and RNA and *** reduced free cholesterol levels and suppressed lipid raft formation on DCs in patients with CHB and HBV-carrier mice,whereas administration of lipophilic statins promoted free cholesterol accumulation and restored lipid rafts on DCs accompanied by an enhanced antigen-presentation ability in vitro and in *** accumulation on DCs improved the rHBVvac-mediated elimination of serum HBV DNA and intrahepatic HBV DNA,HBV RNA,and HBcAg and promoted the rHBVvac-mediated generation and polyfunctionality of HBV-specific CD11a^(hi) CD8α^(lo) cells,induction of the development of memory responses against HBV reinfection,and seroconversion from HBsAg to *** results demonstrated the important role of cholesterol levels in DC dysfunction during CHB,suggesting that strategies to increase cholesterol accumulation on DCs might enhance therapeutic vaccine efficacy against HBV and support development toward clinical CHB treatment.

A reasonable heat treatment process for TC4 ELI titanium alloy is crucial to tune microstructures to improve its explosion ***,there is limited investigation on tuning microstructures of TC4 ELI to improve explosion ***,the current challenge is quantifying microstructural changes'effects on explosion resistance and incorporating microstructural changes into finite element *** work aims to tune microstructures to improve explosion resistance and elucidate their anti-explosion mechanism,and find a suitable method to incorporate microstructural changes into finite element *** this work,we systematically study the deformation and failure characteristics of TC4 ELI plates with varying microstructures using an air explosion test and LS-DYNA finite element *** Johnson-Cook(JC)constitutive parameters are used to quantify the effects of microstructural changes on explosion resistance and incorporate microstructural changes into finite element *** of the heat treatment,one plate has equiaxed microstructure and the other has bimodal *** convex of the plate after the explosion has a quadratic relationship with the charge mass,and the simulation results demonstrate high reliability,with the error less than 17.5%.Therefore,it is feasible to obtain corresponding JC constitutive parameters based on the differences in microstructures and mechanical properties and characterize the effects of microstructural changes on explosion *** bimodal target exhibits excellent deformation *** response of bimodal microstructure to the shock wave may be more intense under explosive *** well-coordinated structure of the bimodal target enhances its resistance to deformation.

The air conditioning(AC) system of electric vehicles(EVs) consumes a large part of electricity of on-board batteries and influences the continue voyage course seriously. The feasibility of sorption type AC for EVs has been verified theoretically to decrease this part of energy consumption. However, the choice of optimal working pairs based on local working conditions is not considered before, which can realize not only high efficiency but also the steady and reliable operation. Thus in this paper, different solid sorption working pairs used in sorption type AC under different temperature zones are studied. We utilized Rubotherm balance test unit to study the sorption properties of various working pairs(halide-ammonia) and selected candidate working pairs by Clapeyron equation and energy analysis. Results show that MnCl2 is the only choice for cold temperate zone(CTZ) and CaCl2 is optimal for warm temperate zone(WTZ), while the mixed double halide(MnCl2 and CaCl2) is recommended in other zones. In middle temperate zone(MTZ), the probability for performance dropping down is relatively large, thus the ratio(CaCl2:Mn Cl2) is recommended as 0.33–1 to take advantage of the stability property of MnCl2. While in Qinghai-Tibet plateau cold area(QTPCA, the special temperature zone in China), the ratio is chosen as 2–3 because only under the limiting condition reaction [Ca(NH3)8]Cl2 (←→) [Ca(NH3)4]Cl2 +4NH3 is invalid. Because the continued high environmental temperature will increase the probability of limiting condition, ratio of subtropical zone(STZ) is still selected as 2–3 while that of tropical Zone(TZ) is 1–2. Taking WTZ under summer condition as example, by using sorption type AC with CaCl2 as sorbent, the increment voyage course(IVC) over the practical voyage course with conventional compression AC system(PVC) ranges from 9.4% to 37.7% for different type of EVs, i.e. the continue voyage course is increased effectively. 建立一种高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法,对不同发育时期的万寿菊花、叶、茎、根中的8种黄酮成分进行测定。结果表明:(1)建立的高效液相色谱方法精密度、重复性及稳定性良好,可用于万寿菊中黄酮成分含量的测定。(2)万寿菊各部位的黄酮含量差异显著,总量对比为花>叶>茎>根。(3)槲皮万寿菊苷和槲皮万寿菊素是花的主要黄酮成分,而根、茎、叶的主要黄酮成分分别为槲皮万寿菊素、槲皮万寿菊苷和山奈苷。(4)随着生长发育,万寿菊花中总黄酮含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,在半开花蕾期最高;根、茎、叶中黄酮总量整体呈下降趋势,均在幼苗期最高。该研究建立了一种同时测定万寿菊中8种黄酮成分的HPLC检测方法,确定了万寿菊的主要黄酮成分为槲皮万寿菊素,且半开花蕾期的花中含量最高,适用于大量提取万寿菊黄酮。该结果为万寿菊的进一步合理开发与综合利用提供了参考依据。

目的观察高压氧治疗(HBOT)联合八段锦对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患者的疗效。方法60例老年T2DM合并MCI患者随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组予以常规控制血糖、健康教育和八段锦运动,八段锦每天1次,每周5次;观察组在对照组基础上加用HBOT,HBOT每周3次,隔天1次;所有治疗连续4周。治疗4周后采用华山版听觉词语学习测验(AVLT-H)及蒙特利尔认知评估(MoCA)量表评价两组患者认知功能,并检测治疗前后血清IL-10、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)和胰高糖素样肽1(GLP-1)水平。结果观察组治疗后AVLT-H短延迟记忆和长延迟记忆评分高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后MoCA量表中视空间与执行功能、延迟记忆、注意力评分和总分均高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后GLP-1水平高于治疗前,IL-10和hsCRP水平低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后GLP-1水平高于对照组,IL-10和hsCRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论HBOT联合八段锦可以有效改善老年T2DM合并MCI患者的认知功能,降低进展为老年痴呆的风险。

Community structure and activity potentials of archaeal communities in hadal sediments of the Mariana and Mussau trenches

Hadal trenches are the least explored marine habitat on earth. Archaea has been shown to be the dominant group in trench sediments. However, the activity potentials and detailed diversity of these communities as well as their inter-trench variations are still not known. In this study, we combined datasets from two pairs of primers to investigate at high resolution the structure and activity potentials of the archaeal communities in vertically sectioned sediment cores taken from the deepest points of the Mariana (10,853 m) and Mussau (7011 m) trenches. The compositions of the potentially active communities revealed, via 16S ribosomal RNA gene (rDNA) and RNA (rRNA), significant differences between samples. Marine Group I (MGI), with nine identified subgroups, was the most dominant class in the active archaeal communities of the two trenches. Significantly different species composition and vertical variations were observed between the two trenches. Vertical transitions from aerobic MGI α to anaerobic MGI η and υ subgroups were observed in MST but not in MT sediments, which might be related to the faster microbial oxygen consumption in MST. These results provide a better understanding on archaeal activity and diversity in trench sediments.
