阿信的诗歌将西部地域的广阔和人类自我的渺小相统一,在人与自然的巨大反差中,形成独特的审美张力。在持续性的写作过程中,对主体的不断辩驳、追问与质疑,体现出诗人不屈不挠的超越精神和立体的审美感受。阿信的诗歌,充满对生命的敬畏和世俗的人性之美的赞叹。通过英美新批评的“张力论”分析,阿信诗歌中的多种元素产生的审美冲击使读者产生共鸣,获得灵魂的洗礼。阿信的诗歌审美建构,体现出诗人在寂静世界中通向神性写作的精神信仰,对研究阿信诗歌具有重要意义。

Backgroud in tumors the process of apoptosis occurs over an interval of time after chemotherapy, it is important to determine the best time for detecting apoptosis by in vivo imaging. In this study, we evaluated the dynamics and feasibility of imaging non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） apoptosis induced by paclitaxel treatment using a 99Tcm-labeled Annexin V recombinant with ten consecutive histidines （Hislo-Annexin V） in a mouse model. Methods 99Tcm-His10-Annexin V was prepared by one step direct labeling; radio-chemical purity （RCP） and radio-stability was tested. The binding of 99Tcm-His10-Annexin V to apoptotic cells was validated in vitro using camptothecin-induced Jurkat cells. In vivo bio-distribution was determined in mice by dissection. The human H460 NSCLC tumor cell line （H460） tumor-bearing mice were treated with intravenous paclitaxel 24, 48 and 72 hours later. 99Tcm-His10-Annexin V was injected intravenously, and planar images were acquired at 2, 4 and 6 hours post-injection on a dual-head gamma camera fitted with a pinhole collimator. Tumor-to-normal tissue ratios （T/NT） were calculated by ROI analysis and they reflected specific binding of 99Tcm-His10-Annexin V. Mice were sacrificed after imaging. Caspase-3, as the apoptosis detector, was determined by flow cytometry, and DNA fragmentation was analyzed by the terminal deoxynucleotidytransferase mediated dUTP nick-end labeling （TUNEL） assay. Nonspecific accumulation of protein was estimated using bovine serum albumin （BSA）. The imaging data were correlated with TUNEL-positive nuclei and caspase-3 activity. Results 99Tcm-His10-Annexin V had a RCP 〉98% and high stability 2 hours after radio-labeling, and it could bind to apoptotic cells with high affinity. Bio-distribution of 99Tcm-His10-Annexin V showed predominant uptake in kidney, relatively low uptake in myocardium, liver and gastrointestinal tract, and rapid clearance from blood and kidney was observed. A launching system with a filter cartridge structure was proposed to improve the muzzle velocity of the *** combustion chamber of the launching system is divided into two fixed chambers,one is located in the breech chamber,and the other is arranged in the *** breech chamber charge was ignited first,and the charges in the auxiliary chambers were ignited by the high-temperature,highpressure combustible gas trailing the *** this way,the combustible gas in the auxiliary chambers could compensate for the pressure drop caused by the movement of the *** proposed device features the advantage of launching a projectile with high muzzle velocity without exceeding the maximum pressure in the *** order to obtain some internal ballistic characteristics of the launch system,some critical structure,such as the length of the filter cartridge auxiliary charge,the combustion degree of the propellant in the chamber,and the length of the barrel,are *** experimental results show that with the increased auxiliary charge length,a pressure plateau or even a secondary peak pressure can be formed,which is less than the peak *** projectile velocity increased by 23.57%,14.64%,and 7.65%when the diaphragm thickness was 0 mm,1 mm,and2 mm,*** muzzle velocity of the projectile can be increased by 13.42%by increasing the length of the *** the same charge condition,with the increase of barrel length,the energy utilization rate of propellant increases by 28.64%.

目的:探讨原发性血小板增多症(ET)患者的突变基因与临床特征的关系。方法:对2018年10月至2022年3月69例ET患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。将患者按突变的驱动基因类型分为JAK2组、CALR组与三阴性组,对3组患者的性别、年龄、心血管危险因素、血栓、脾肿大、血常规、凝血状态进行分析。结果:69例ET患者中,46例伴随JAK2基因突变,14例伴随CALR基因突变,8例为三阴性,1例伴随MPL基因突变。3组患者的年龄、性别无显著差异(P>0.05)。JAK2组血栓率最高,为26.09%(12/46),三阴性组为12.5%(1/8),CALR组无血栓事件。JAK2组伴随脾肿大发生率最高,为34.78%(16/46),而三阴性组无脾肿大发生。JAK2组的白细胞数为(9.00±4.86)×10^(9)/L,显著高于CALR组的(6.03±2.32)×10^(9)/L(P<0.05)。JAK2组的血红蛋白含量为(148.43±18.79)g/L,显著高于三阴性组的(131.00±15.17)g/L(P<0.05)。JAK2组的红细胞压积为(0.44±0.06)%,亦显著高于三阴性组的(0.39±0.05)%(P<0.05)。JAK2组血小板数为(584.17±175.77)×10^(9)/L,显著低于CALR组的(703.07±225.60)×10^(9)/L(P<0.05)。JAK2组和三阴性组纤维蛋白原含量分别为(2.64±0.69)g/L和(3.05±0.77)g/L,均显著高于CALR组的(2.24±0.47)g/L(P<0.05,P<0.01)。三阴性组活化部分凝血活酶时间为(28.61±1.99)s,较CALR组的(31.45±3.35)s显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:不同驱动基因突变ET患者的血细胞计数与凝血状态存在差异。与CALR组相比,JAK2组血栓率、白细胞数和纤维蛋白原含量均显著升高,而血小板数显著降低;与三阴性组相比,JAK2组脾大发生率和红细胞压积显著升高;与CALR组相比,三阴性组的纤维蛋白原含量显著升高、活化部分凝血活酶时间显著降低。

电站锅炉高温受热面运行环境恶劣,电站锅炉壁温作为锅炉监测关键状态参数,其波动引起设备安全状态的一系列变化。通过对电站锅炉壁温关键参数的异常状态在线实时监测与趋势分析,实现超温实时状态管理。判断电站锅炉壁温是否处于异常,实现电站锅炉壁温异常的实时自动在线监测、分析及判别。协助运行人员掌握实时温度水平及温度场变化状态,指导设备管理及检修人员开展电站锅炉高温受热面安全状态评价。开展基于壁温大数据的锅炉受热面安全性预警评估系统研究,并研发提出电站锅炉壁温异常监测实时预警方法十分重要。

The New Methods for Characterization of Molecular Weight of Supramolecular Polymers

Supramolecular polymers, as a type of dynamic polymers, are subordinate to the interdisciplinary field of polymer chemistry and supramolecular chemistry, whose development has greatly promoted the prosperity of new materials. Notably, molecular weight is one of the most important parameters of supramolecular polymers, which affects the physical/chemical properties and processing applications of *** new methods for characterizing the molecular weight of supramolecular polymers is crucial for advancing the development of supramolecular polymers. In this review, we elaborate and summarize three strategies for characterizing the molecular weight of supramolecular polymers that recently reported by our research group according to the characteristics of supramolecular polymers, including (1) the molecular weight distinction corresponding to variable fluorescence colors,(2) matching different molecular weights with different fluorescence lifetime,(3) transforming supramolecular polymers into mechanically interlocked polymers or covalent polymers. Besides, we also discuss the limitations of current methods for characterizing supramolecular polymers. We hope that this review can promote the development of supramolecular polymers and significantly inspire to exploit new methods to characterizing molecular weight of supramolecular polymers.

An asymmetric isomerization/intramolecular coupling reaction of allylic alcohols to synthesize chiral dihydrocoumarins was successfully accomplished through ruthenium *** method demonstrates a wide substrate applicability,excellent tolerance for various functional groups,and good enantioselectivities(up to 90%ee).It provides a convenient pathway to produce a diverse range ofstructurallydistinct chiral dihydrocoumarins ingoodefficiency.
