构建一种军用航空器事故关键质量特性的数据挖掘模型,由2个主要需求牵引型功能板块和3个功能层次模块所组成,理顺数据传导路径,发挥算法分析效能,实现从事故数据到关键质量特性情报的精炼与转化,为航空维修管理的一线决策提供智力支持。以收集和整理的Y国空军坠机事件数据集为算例依据,使用所设计的数据挖掘模型,对数据集开展时间、空间、关联三大维度的数据挖掘,得到清晰、新颖、可信的数据挖掘结果,并整理为有效的关键质量特性情报。

Developing platinum-group-metal(PGM)catalysts possessing strong metal-support interaction and controllable PGM size is urgent for the sluggish oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)in proton-exchange membrane fuel ***,we propose an in-situ self-assembled reduction strategy to successfully induce highly-dispersed sub-3nm platinum nanoparticles(Pt NPs)to attach on resin-derived atomic Co coordinated by N-doped carbon substrate(Pt/Co_(SA)-N-C)for *** be specific,the interfacial electron interaction effect,along with a highly robust Co_(SA)-N-C support endow the as-fabricated Pt/Co_(SA)-N-C catalyst with significantly enhanced catalytic properties,i.e.,a mass activity(MA)of 0.719 A/mgPt at 0.9 ViR-free and a reduction of 24.2%in MA after a 20,000-cycles *** functional theory(DFT)calculations demonstrate that the enhanced electron interaction between Pt and Co_(SA)-N-C support decreases the dband center of Pt,which is in favor of lowering the desorption energy of ^(*)OH on Pt/Co_(SA)-N-C surface and accelerating the formation of H_(2)O,thus enhance the instinct activity of ***,the higher binding energy between Pt and Co_(SA)-N-C compared to Pt and C indicates that the migration of Pt has been suppressed,which theoretically explains the improved durability of Pt/Co_(SA)-*** work offers an enlightenment on constructing composite Pt-based catalysts with multiple active sites.

While somatosensory over-reactivity is a common feature of autism spectrum disorders such as fragile X syndrome(FXS),the thalamic mechanisms underlying this remain ***,we found that the developmental elimination of synapses formed between the principal nucleus of V(PrV)and the ventral posterior medial nucleus(VPm)of the somatosensory system was delayed in fragile X mental retardation 1 gene knockout(Fmr1 KO)mice,while the developmental strengthening of these synapses was *** showed excessive VGluT2 puncta in mutants at P12–13,but not at P7–8 or P15–16,confirming a delay in somatic pruning of PrV-VPm *** synaptic function was associated with a reduction in the frequency of quantal AMPA events,as well as developmental deficits in presynaptic vesicle size and *** results uncovered the developmental impairment of thalamic relay synapses in Fmr1 KO mice and suggest that a thalamic contribution to the somatosensory over-reactivity in FXS should be considered.

Coastal dune rock development and Holocene climate changes in South China

Coastal dune rocks in China are eolian sands cemented by calcium carbonate under subaerial conditions, widely distributing on the tropical and subtropical coasts of South China. Particular temperature and precipitation as well as local wave and landform conditions are required for the formation of the dune rocks. A correspondence was found between Holocene environmental changes and coastal dune rock development by comparing the features of the sea-level and climate changes in the Holocene period with the ages, scales, and cementation of the dune rocks on the South China coasts. The findings provide well grounded explanation for some problems unresolved in the past researches on the coastal dune rock in South China：（1） There were no dune rocks with ages older than 6000 years in South China because the dune rocks formed before 6000 a BP were covered by the sea water that rose in the later period; （2） the dune rocks with ages of around 3000 a BP were widely found in South China today because the coastal dunes were cumulated on a large scale at that time as a result of temperature falling after the end of Megathermal; （3） Medieval Warm Period was the main period for the eolian dunes to be cemented into the coastal dune rocks in South China; （4） lack of dune rocks of younger than 1000 a BP was accounted for by that the climate conditions in recent one thousand years were not suitable for the cementation.

Accurate detection of biomarkers is essential for disease *** the highly sensitive fluorescence probes are feasible for the above goal,it is typically interfered by the auto-fluorescence and light scattering of the biological *** afterglow system(consisting of photosensitizer,afterglow substrate and emitter)based on cascade photochemical reactions exhibits long-lived luminescence(seconds to hours),thus avoiding background *** the assistance of polymers,such as polystyrene microspheres,the photochemical afterglow systems have been transformed into homogeneous and water-soluble nanoparticles,and used for in-vitro biomarker ***,we summarized the principle,preparation and applications of these afterglow nanoparticles,and evaluated their performance in clinical sample testing by comparing with other nanoparticle-based ***,several problems and possible solutions of afterglow nanoparticle-based methods in biomarker determination were also mentioned.

Shear-thinning hydrogels have emerged for endoscopic submucosal dissection,while wound intervention after surgery has rarely been ***,a catechol-modified chitosa n hydrogel with shear-thinning property was developed for simultaneously facilitating endoscopic submucosal dissection and postoperative wound *** from the shear-thinning and self-healing characteristics,the asprepared hydrogel showed easily endoscopic *** also performed very well as submucosal cushion,which could remain above 70%after injection for 120 min in ex vivo porcine large intestine *** fact,the cushion height of normal saline dramatically decreased to 46%of the initial height at 30 *** nanoparticles encapsulated into the network endowed the hydrogel with almost reached 100%antibacterial effect against *** and *** hemolysis ratio of the hydrogel was calculated to be as low as 0.8%.Combined with good hemocompatibility and cytocompatibility,the as-prepared hydrogel displayed much higher in vivo wound closu re and healing efficacy than normal *** results demonstrated the superiority of the shear-thinning chitosan hydrogel in facilitating clinical endoscopic submucosal dissection surgery.

The on-demand food delivery(OFD)service has gained rapid development in the past decades but meanwhile encounters challenges for further improving operation *** order dispatching problem is one of the most concerning issues for the OFD platforms,which refer to dynamically dispatching a large number of orders to riders reasonably in very limited decision *** solve such a challenging combinatorial optimization problem,an effective matching algorithm is proposed by fusing the reinforcement learning technique and the optimization ***,to deal with the large-scale complexity,a decoupling method is designed by reducing the matching space between new orders and ***,to overcome the high dynamism and satisfy the stringent requirements on decision time,a reinforcement learning based dispatching heuristic is *** be specific,a sequence-to-sequence neural network is constructed based on the problem characteristic to generate an order priority ***,a training approach is specially designed to improve learning ***,a greedy heuristic is employed to effectively dispatch new orders according to the order priority *** real-world datasets,numerical experiments are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed *** results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively solve the problem by improving delivery efficiency and maintaining customer satisfaction.
