Electric power is widely used as the main energy source of ship integrated power system(SIPS), which contains power network and electric power network. SIPS network reconfiguration is a non-linear large-scale problem. The reconfiguration solution influences the safety and stable operation of the power system. According to the operational characteristics of SIPS, a simplified model of power network and a mathematical model for network reconfiguration are established. Based on these models, a multi-agent and ant colony optimization(MAACO) is proposed to solve the problem of network reconfiguration. The simulations are carried out to demonstrate that the optimization method can reconstruct the integrated power system network accurately and efficiently.

痛风是由于血尿酸超过其在血液或组织液中的饱和度,在关节局部形成单钠硝酸盐(MSU)结晶并沉积,所诱发的局部炎症反应和组织的破坏。苗医药将痛风归为“风湿类疾病(蒙冲静)”范畴。王政教授认为急性痛风性关节炎是由于患者体内毒邪壅盛,气机紊乱,毒邪溢出脉外,流滞经络从而形成本病,治疗以泄毒调乱为主。笔者有幸随诊于王政教授身旁,总结了王政教授运用苗药痛风酊联合放血疗法治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作的临证经验。

Mercury(Hg)enrichments in ancient sediments have been used as a proxy of volcanism,especially large igneous province(LIP)eruptions.However,considering the existence of other potential Hg sources besides volcanoes and the diverse factors(e.g.,organic matters,clay minerals,sulfide minerals and Fe oxides)that can affect Hg sequestration,there are considerable uncertainties to simply regard sedimentary Hg anomalies as signatures of volcanic activities.Mercury stable isotopes,a promising tool for tracing the origins and transformations of Hg,have been increasingly used for determining the causes of Hg spikes and understanding the geochemical behavior of Hg in the geologic record.To date,lots of researches have applied Hg concentrations and Hg isotopes to identify LIP volcanisms linking with significant geological events such as mass extinctions,ocean anoxic events and other environmental perturbations that mainly occurred in the Phanerozoic.However,the results in previous studies clearly show that not all Hg enrichments are derived from volcanic inputs,which emphasize the need for more caution in using Hg as a fingerprint of volcanism.With a better understanding of Hg isotopes in the future,there will be important implications for Hg isotopes to reconstruct volcanic activities in the rock records and their impacts on biological evolution.

Continuous glucose monitoring(CGM)systems play an increasingly vital role in the glycemic control of patients with diabetes mellitus.However,the immune responses triggered by the implantation of poorly biocompatible sensors have a significant impact on the accuracy and lifetime of CGM systems.In this review,research efforts over the past few years to mitigate the immune responses by enhancing the anti-biofouling ability of sensors are summarized.This review divided these works into active immune engaging strategy and passive immune escape strategy based on their respective mechanisms.In each strategy,the various biocompatible layers on the biosensor surface,such as drug-releasing membranes,hydrogels,hydrophilic membranes,anti-biofouling membranes based on zwitterionic polymers,and bio-mimicking membranes,are described in detail.This review,therefore,provides researchers working on implantable biosensors for CGM systems with vital information,which is likely to aid in the research and development of novel CGM systems with profound anti-biofouling properties.

Autophagy involves engulfment of cytosolic constituents in a de novo-synthesized double-membrane autophagosome and its subsequent delivery to the lysosome for degradation and recycling of sequestrated materials(Nakatogawa,2020;Zhao et al.,2021).In terms of the cargo enclosed by the autophagosome,autophagy can be nonselective,in which a portion of the cytosol is indiscriminately sequestered;or highly selective,in which specific cargoes such as protein aggregates,superfluous/damaged organelles,or invading pathogens are engulfed(Vargas et al.,2022).Selective autophagy can be classified into different types according to the cargo,such as aggrephagy(protein aggregates),ER-phagy(endoplasmic reticulum),mitophagy(mitochondria)and lysophagy(lysosomes)(Vargas et al.,2022).

The problems of online pricing with offline data,among other similar online decision making with offline data problems,aim at designing and evaluating online pricing policies in presence of a certain amount of existing offline data.To evaluate pricing policies when offline data are available,the decision maker can either position herself at the time point when the offline data are already observed and viewed as deterministic,or at the time point when the offline data are not yet generated and viewed as stochastic.We write a framework to discuss how and why these two different positions are relevant to online policy evaluations,from a worst-case perspective and from a Bayesian perspective.We then use a simple online pricing setting with offline data to illustrate the constructions of optimal policies for these two approaches and discuss their differences,especially whether we can decompose the searching for the optimal policy into independent subproblems and optimize separately,and whether there exists a deterministic optimal policy.

Leighton Chajnantor Telescope(LCT), i.e., the former Caltech Submillimeter Observatory telescope, will be refurbished at the new site in Chajnantor Plateau, Chile in 2023. The environment of LCT will change significantly after its relocation, and the telescope will be exposed to large wind disturbances directly because its enclosure will be completely open during observation. The wind disturbance is expected to be a challenge for LCT's pointing control since the existing control method cannot reject this disturbance very well. Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a new pointing control method with good capability of disturbance rejection. In this research, a disturbance observer—based composite position controller(DOB-CPC) is designed, in which an H∞feedback controller is employed to compress the disturbance, and a feedforward linear quadratic regulator is employed to compensate the disturbance precisely based on the estimated disturbance signal. Moreover, a controller switching policy is adopted, which applies the proportional controller to the transient process to achieve a quick response and applies the DOB-CPC to the steady state to achieve a small position error. Numerical experiments are conducted to verify the good performance of the proposed pointing controller(i.e., DOB-CPC) for rejecting the disturbance acting on LCT.
