The open-circuit fault is one of the most common faults of the automatic ramming drive system(ARDS),and it can be categorized into the open-phase faults of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)and the open-circuit faults of Voltage Source Inverter(VSI). The stator current serves as a common indicator for detecting open-circuit faults. Due to the identical changes of the stator current between the open-phase faults in the PMSM and failures of double switches within the same leg of the VSI, this paper utilizes the zero-sequence voltage component as an additional diagnostic criterion to differentiate *** the variable conditions and substantial noise of the ARDS, a novel Multi-resolution Network(Mr Net) is proposed, which can extract multi-resolution perceptual information and enhance robustness to the noise. Meanwhile, a feature weighted layer is introduced to allocate higher weights to characteristics situated near the feature frequency. Both simulation and experiment results validate that the proposed fault diagnosis method can diagnose 25 types of open-circuit faults and achieve more than98.28% diagnostic accuracy. In addition, the experiment results also demonstrate that Mr Net has the capability of diagnosing the fault types accurately under the interference of noise signals(Laplace noise and Gaussian noise).

Efficiently modulating the velocity distribution and flow pattern of non-Newtonian fluids is a critical challenge in the context of dual shaft eccentric mixers for process intensification,posing a significant barrier for the existing ***,this work reports a convenient strategy that changes the kinetic energy to controllably regulate the flow patterns from radial flow to axial *** showed that the desired velocity distribution and flow patterns could be effectively obtained by varying the number and structure of baffles to change kinetic energy,and a more uniform velocity distribution,which could not be reached normally in standard baffle dual shaft mixers,was easily ***,a comparative analysis of velocity and shear rate distributions is employed to elucidate the mechanism behind the generation of flow patterns in various dual-shaft eccentric ***,there is little difference in the power number of the laminar flow at the same Reynolds number,meaning that the baffle type has no effect on the power consumption,while the power number of both unbaffle and U-shaped baffle mixing systems decreases compared with the standard baffle mixing system in the transition ***,at the same rotational condition,the dimensionless mixing time of the U-shaped baffle mixing system is 15.3%and 7.9%shorter than that of the standard baffle and the unbaffle mixing system,respectively,which shows the advantage of the U-shaped baffle in stirring rate.

Fugitive emission from industrial sources may result in ozone formation and health risk,while the exact contribution of this source remains incompletely *** this study,emission characteristics,ozone formation potential(OFP)and health risk of fugitive VOCs in7 representative industries were *** material industry was the dominant contributor to VOCs of fugitive emission in comparison with other *** OFP of VOCs from fugitive emission was in the range of 1.45×10^(3)-3.98×10^(5)μg/m^(3),with a higher value than that of organized emission in seven industries except for the coking industry and the chemical material industry,suggesting that fugitive VOCs should be taken into account while developing control ***,m,p-xylene,n-nonane,ethylene,vinyl chloridethe and other high OFP-contributing species were the major reactive species that should be *** risk assessment investigated non-cancer and cancer risks of fugitive VOCs in 7 industries were all above safe level(HR>1 and LCR>1×10^(-4)),posing remarkable health threats to human *** were the main contributor to non-cancer risk,while halohydrocarbons and aromatics contributed most to cancer risks,posing remarkable health threat on human *** findings highlighted the contribution of fugitive VOCs on ozone formation and health risk was underestimated,indicating which should be considered in emission control strategies of industrial sources.

Pt single atoms catalysts with precise coordination environment and high stability are expected to achieve high performance of propane dehydrogenation(PDH).In this work,an innovative synthetic strategy is proposed to construct the S-1@0.1Pt9Zn@DPS-1 nanocomposite as a highly efficient PDH *** engineering is applied to induce the formation of defective porous silicalite-1(DPS-1),which is favorable for achieving the uniformly distributed ZnO *** ZnO nanoclusters were further served as anchoring sites to stabilize the isolated Pt *** structural characterization revealed that penta-O coordinated Pt single atom coupled with ZnO nanoclusters decorated on the ***,the atomically dispersed Pt atoms with the ideal coordination environment could act as the predominant active sites for PDH *** expected,the optimal S-1@0.1Pt9Zn@DPS-1 catalyst delivered an excellent PDH performance(propane conversion of 40.7%,propylene selectivity of 97.5%)and good cycling regeneration *** work provides a new way for improving the activity and stability of catalysts in the field of industrial catalysts.

As a type of new carbon-based nanomaterials,carbon dots(CDs)possess exceptional optical properties,making them highly desirable for use in fluorescent ***,the CDs with deep-red(DR)or near-infrared(NIR)emission have rarely been *** this work,we prepared deep-red emissive fluorine-doped carbon quantum dots(F-CDs)by introducing a precursor simultaneously containing fluorine and *** synergistic effect of nitrogen doping and D-π-A pattern production contributed to the maximum emission of F-CDs at 636 nm with an absolute quantum yield of 36.00%±0.68%.Moreover,we designed an F-CDs-based fluorescence assay to determine the content of hypochlorite(ClO^(-)),with a limit of detection(LOD)as low as 15.4 nmol/L,indicating the high sensitivity of F-CDs to ClO^(-).In real samples,the F-CDs-based fluorescent sensor exhibited excellent sensitivity and selectivity in the detection of ClO^(-),with an error below 2%,suggesting their great potential in daily *** cancer cell imaging,the F-CDs not only demonstrated high sensitivity to ClO^(-)but also exhibited excellent mitochondria targeting,as evidenced by the high Pearson's correlation coefficient(PCC)of 0.93 in colocalization *** work presented here suggests the great potential of replacing commercial dyes with F-CDs for highly specific mitochondria labeling and cell imaging.
