Breast cancer is the most prevalent cancer worldwide,and metastasis is the leading cause of death in cancer *** monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1/CCL2)was isolated from the culture supernatants of not only mitogen-activated peripheral blood mononuclear leukocytes but also malignant glioma cells based on its in vitro chemotactic activity toward human ***-1 was subsequently found to be identical to a previously described tumor cell-derived chemotactic factor thought to be responsible for the accumulation of tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs),and it became a candidate target of clinical intervention;however,the role of TAMs in cancer development was still controversial at the time of the discovery of *** in vivo role of MCP-1 in cancer progression was first evaluated by examining human cancer tissues,including breast *** correlations between the level of MCP-1 production in tumors and the degree of TAM infiltration and cancer progression were *** contribution of MCP-1 to the growth of primary tumors and metastasis to the lung,bone,and brain was examined in mouse breast cancer *** results of these studies strongly suggested that MCP-1 is a promoter of breast cancer metastasis to the lung and brain but not *** mechanisms of MCP-1 production in the breast cancer microenvironment have also been *** the present manuscript,we review studies in which the role of MCP-1 in breast cancer development and progression and the mechanisms of its production were examined and attempt to draw a consensus and discuss the potential use of MCP-1 as a biomarker for diagnosis.

Settlement behaviors of high-food-waste-content(HFWC) and low-food-waste-content(LFWC) municipal solid wastes(MSWs) respectively from developing and developed countries were characterized and compared based on a great number of experimental datasets from references. Fresh HFWC-MSW generally has larger primary compression ratio compared to fresh LFWC-MSW, due to the release of a large amount of intra-particle water contained in food waste under additional stresses. The slopes of strain-logarithmic time curves with respect to the three secondary compression phases are characterized as "slightsteep-slight" for LFWC-MSWand "moderate-moderate-slight" for HFWC-MSW. It is difficult to distinguish the first two phases of the secondary compression in strain-logarithmic time curves for HFWC-MSW. The entropy method was built to evaluate the performance and applicability of nine published settlement models based on the settlement datasets of four large-scale experiments. The computational simplicity, the fitting performance, the prediction performance and the parametric stability were taken as the four criterions in the entropy method. Based on the evaluation results, the models proposed by Sowers et al.(1973)and Gourc et al.(2010) are recommended for predicting settlement at LFWC-MSW landfills, while the hyperbolic model and the Chen et al.(2010) model are recommended for HFWC-MSW landfills.

Bacteria-related wound infection and healing have been a major issue for patients and health-care systems for *** rise and evolution of effective treatment will result in significant benefits to human *** ad-dition to standard antibacterial drugs,a combination of nanoparticles(NPs)and biological membranes is widely applied as a novel antibacterial agent against infectious *** this paper,the red blood cell membrane-encapsulated selenium nanoparticles(R-SeNPs)were fabricated for infectious wound *** stability,the immune evading capability,and the internal circulation time of the R-SeNPs were notably enhanced compared with those of bare selenium nanoparticles(SeNPs).Moreover,in vivo studies demonstrated the outstanding per-formance of the R-SeNPs in infectious wound *** biomimetic selenium nanosystem demonstrated the benefits of the combination of nanotechnology and bionics design and will contribute to wound healing in the future.

Microelectrodes are a type of electrode with microscopic dimension, and due to their rapid diffusing rates, high electrical current densities and signal-to-noise ratios, they can help improve the detection sensitivity for various analytes [1]. Investigations on the fabrication and the application of microelectrodes are highly relevant. Fiber-type microelectrodes with one-dimensional (ID) microstructures that possess ID diffusion, particularly carbon fiber microelectrodes, have been widely fabricated and used in many different types of sensors due to their low cost, small volume, portability, and good biocompatibility [1,2]. However, poor electrocatalytic activity and low response currents preclude the applications of carbon fiber microelectrodes in sensors.

Research on the Optimization Interval of State-owned Shareholding Proportion from the Perspective of Enterprise Innovation

Based on the relevant panel data of listed companies with the proportion of state-owned shareholding over 0% in SSE from 2013 to 2016(excluding samples of listed companies from ST and the financial industry), this paper conducts empirical analysis by panel threshold regression model from the perspective of enterprise innovation. The results show that innovation performance increases with the proportion of shareholdings among enterprises with a proportion of less than 0.5%. After subdividing the different types of state-owned shares, the study further find that under the premise of improving the innovation performance, the mixed ownership enterprises with stateowned shares but not controlled by them have such an optimal range of state-owned shareholding proportion as(0, 0.6%]. The mixed ownership enterprises relatively controlled by state-owned stocks have such an optimal range of state-owned shareholding proportion as(20%, 32.8%). However, there is no corresponding optimization interval for the mixed ownership enterprises absolutely controlled by state-owned stocks.

I-IBV life cycle is restricted in mouse hepatocytes .~xpressing human NTCP

Recent studies have revealed that human sodium taurocholate cotransporting polypeptide （SLC10A1 or NTCP） is a functional cellular receptor for hepatitis B virus （HBV）. However, whether human NTCP can support HBV infection in mouse hepatocyte cell lines has not been clarified. Because an HBV-permissible mouse model would be helpful for the study of HBV pathogenesis, it is necessary to investigate whether human NTCP supports the susceptibility of mouse hepatocyte cell lines to HBV. The results show that exogenous human NTCP expression can render non-susceptible HepG2 （human）, Huh7 （human）, Hepal-6 （mouse）, AML-12 （mouse） cell lines and primary mouse hepatocyte （PMH） cells susceptible to hepatitis D virus （HDV） which employs HBV envelope proteins. However, human NTCP could only introduce HBV susceptibility in human-derived HepG2 and Huh7 cells, but not in mouse-derived Hepal-6, AML-12 or PMH cells. These data suggest that although human NTCP is a functional receptor that mediates HBV infection in human cells, it cannot support HBV infection in mouse hepatocytes. Our study indicated that the restriction of HBV in mouse hepatocytes likely occurs after viral entry but prior to viral transcription. We have excluded the role of mouse hepatocyte nuclear factors in the restriction of the HBV life cycle and showed that knockdown or inhibition of Sting, TBK1, IRF3 or IRF7, the components of the anti-viral signaling pathways, had no effect on HBV infection in mouse hepatocytes. Therefore, murine restriction factors that limit HBV infection need to be identified before a HBV-permissible mouse line can be created.

In recent years, due to the open access to raw GNSS measurements, it is possible to study other PVT algorithms to improve the positioning accuracy on smartphones. In this paper, we first give the analysis of the characteristics of the smartphone observations and measurement error sources, then focus on the continuous cycle slip of carrier phase with duty cycle mode. Then, we propose an improved Hatch filtering algorithm in order to use the carrier phase observations which have continuous loss of cycles to reduce the measurement noise of pseudoranges. Finally, we give a comparison of several pseudorange positioning algorithms, the model of pseudorange double difference algorithm and the parameter selection principle of Kalman filter. Experiments based on a real smartphone in the open sky environment and the post-processing of the collected data is discussed in detail later. The results show that the proposed carrier smoothing algorithm can effectively reduce the noise of pseudorange observations and the positioning accuracy of the pseudorange double difference algorithm with carrier smoothing technique is less than 5 m, which shows obvious improvement compared with the positioning accuracy of the traditional positioning method on smartphones.
