Climate Change and Its Influence on Crop Farming in xintai City

[Objective] The research aimed to study the variation characteristics of climate and its influence on the crop farming in xintai City.[Method] By using the yearly and monthly average temperature,rainfall,first and last frost dates,frost-free period,sunshine hours,*** xintai City during 1957-2009,the variation characteristics of climate and its influence on the crop farming in xintai City in recent 53 years were analyzed.[Result] The temperature rose in the fluctuation in xintai *** warm winter phenomenon was prominent,and ≥0℃ accumulated temperature increased *** recent 10 years,the first frost postponed,and the last frost *** growth season of crop *** annual rainfall decreased in the fluctuation,and the annual sunshine hours presented the decrease trend as a *** the accumulated temperature increased,and the frost-free period prolonged,the sowing date and farming system of main crops in xintai City *** rising of winter temperature was favorable for the development of industrialized agriculture,such as the warm house *** multiple-cropping index improved,and the characteristic planting advantage was *** climate warming made that the planting areas of yellow ginger and day lily enlarged,and the planting boundary moved *** sowing dates of wheat and peanut *** sowing date of yellow ginger advanced,and the growth period ***,the climate variation also made that the plant diseases and insect pests,spring frozen injury aggravated in *** influence of extreme weather induced by the increasing of extreme climate event on the yield and quality of fruit tree was *** planting risks of yellow ginger and day lily increased.[Conclusion] The research provided the scientific basis for promoting the sustainable development of economic society in xintai.

Tunable antiferroelectric-like polarization behavior and enhanced energy storage characteristics in symmetric BaTiO_(3)/BiFeO_(3)/BaTiO_(3) heterostructure

The excellent energy storage performances of dielectric materials,a high energy density and efficiency,the stability in a wide range of temperature,frequency and cycling time,are surely desirable for the energy storage devices.A trade-off relationship between polarization and breakdown strength,however,limits the enhancement of energy storage properties of dielectric *** effectively boost the energy density and efficiency of dielectric capacitors,by inserting a BiFeO3 layer into the BaTiO3 film in present case,the symmetric BaTiO3/BiFeO3/BaTiO3 tri-layer film heterostructure with antiferroelectric-like characteristics was constructed based on the dual-interlayer coupling effect,what's more,its antiferroelectric-like characteristics will evolve with electric *** the tunable polarization behavior endows it with an enhanced maximum polarization but a reduced remnant one,a delayed saturation of polarization and a high breakdown strength,which are synergistically accountable for a large energy density(Wrec∼109 J/cm^(3))and a high efficiency(η∼82.6%),together with the good thermal(TR∼200℃,ΔWrec10%)and frequency(50 Hz–10 kHz,ΔWrec13%)stabilities,particularly an outstanding cycling reliability(10^(9) cycles,both ΔWrec and Δη1%).hence these findings can provide some innovative ideas for enriching the performance tuning of ferroelectrics,especially in enhancing their energy storage characteristics.

To meet the expectation set by Moore’s law on transistors,the search for thickness-scalable high dielectric constant(k)gate layers has become an emergent research *** investigations have failed to solve the“polarizability–scalability–insulation robustness”*** this work,we show that this trilemma can be solved by using a gate layer of a high k ferroelectric oxide in its superparaelectric(SPE)*** the SPE,its polar order becomes local and is dispersed in an amorphous matrix with a crystalline size down to a few nanometers,leading to an excellent dimensional scalability and a good field-stability of the k *** an example,a stable high k value(37±3)is shown in ultrathin SPE films of(Ba_(0.95),Sr_(0.05))(Zr_(0.2),Ti_(0.8))O_(3)deposited on LaNiO_(3)-buffered Pt/Ti/SiO_(2)/(100)Si down to a 4 nm thickness,leading to a small equivalent oxide thickness of~0.46 *** aforementioned characteristic microstructure endows the SPE film a high breakdown strength(~10.5 MV·cm^(−1)for the 4 nm film),and hence ensures a low leakage current for the operation of the complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS)***,a high electrical fatigue resistance is displayed by the SPE *** results reveal a great potential of superparaelectric materials as gate dielectrics in the next-generation microelectronics.

Achieving an excellent energy storage performance,together with high cycling reliability,is desirable for expanding technological applications of ferroelectric ***,in well-crystallized ferroelectric materials,the concomitant high polarizability and low polarization saturation field have led to a square-shaped polarization–electric field loop,fatally impairing both recoverable energy density(W_(rec))and efficiency(η).Nanocrystalline ferroelectric films with a macroscopically amorphous structure have shown an improved W_(rec) andη,but their much lower polarizability demands an extremely high electric field to achieve such performances,which is undesirable from an economic ***,we propose a strategy to boost the energy storage performances and stability of ferroelectric capacitors simultaneously by constructing a tri-layer film in which a well-crystallized ferroelectric layer was sandwiched by two pseudo-linear dielectric layers with a dominant amorphous *** sol–gel-derived BaTiO_(3)/(Pb,La,Ca)TiO_(3)/BaTiO_(3)(BTO/PLCT/BTO)tri-layer films,we show that the above design is realized via rapid thermal annealing which fully crystallized the middle PLCT layer while left the top/bottom BTO cap layers in a poor crystallization *** sandwiched structure is endowed with an enhanced maximum polarization while a small remnant one and a much-delayed polarization saturation,which corresponds to large W_(rec)≈80 J/cm^(3) and highη≈86%.Furthermore,the film showed an outstanding cycling stability:its W_(rec) andηremain essentially unchanged after 10^(9) electric cycles(DW/Whese good energy storage characteristics have proved the effectiveness of our proposed strategy,paving a way for the utilization of sandwiched films in applications of electric power systems and advanced pulsed-discharge devices.

茶园经济是我国山区重要的支柱产业之一,但茶园生产所造成的水土流失与面源污染问题日益严峻,已成为制约山区生态文明建设和乡村振兴的突出瓶颈。本文基于文献调研,对我国山区茶园水土流失与面源污染现状进行分析,总结阐述了茶园水土流失与面源污染特征及其主要原因,从工程措施、植物措施、农业技术措施和管理措施等方面概述了山区茶园水土流失与面源污染的主要防控措施,提出了存在的主要问题,展望了今后应开展的研究重点,以期为我国山区茶园可持续发展和生态环境治理提供参考。

目的 :研究920型医院船医疗系统手术区的布局设计,为医院船的设计提供理论支撑。方法 :以防止感染和提高手术的效率和安全性为前提,从位置、组成、分区、流线、平面组合形式5个方面确定手术区的布局设计,根据医疗系统的层高要求及内部环境要求设计手术区。结果:在医院船01甲板舯部,采用复廊单列式组合形式设计出8间手术室及配套设施。结论:设计的手术区占用船舶空间资源少,伤病员手术救治效率高,适合应用于舰船平台,值得后续海上大型救治平台医疗系统设计借鉴。
