1 Introduction The importance of reservoir has been widely recognized in the field of unconventional oil and gas r, esource（Zou Caineng et al., 2012）. The pore structure is the core problem of coal reservoir. One side, the pore structure influenced the adsorption ability of the coal pore structure; The other hand, the pore structure determines the coalbed methane output mode（Zou Caineng et al., 2013）. Hou QuanLin（2012） thinked that different deformation mechanisms, such as composition of the pore system and structure of coal are different, mainly in microstructure and pore structure and coal and chemical structure.

Solid-state electrolytes(SSEs)are widely considered the essential components for upcoming rechargeable lithium-ion batteries owing to the potential for great safety and energy density.Among them,polymer solid-state electrolytes(PSEs)are competitive candidates for replacing commercial liquid electrolytes due to their flexibility,shape versatility and easy machinability.Despite the rapid development of PSEs,their practical application still faces obstacles including poor ionic conductivity,narrow electrochemical stable window and inferior mechanical strength.Polymer/inorganic composite electrolytes(PIEs)formed by adding ceramic fillers in PSEs merge the benefits of PSEs and inorganic solid-state electrolytes(ISEs),exhibiting appreciable comprehensive properties due to the abundant interfaces with unique characteristics.Some PIEs are highly compatible with high-voltage cathode and lithium metal anode,which offer desirable access to obtaining lithium metal batteries with high energy density.This review elucidates the current issues and recent advances in PIEs.The performance of PIEs was remarkably influenced by the characteristics of the fillers including type,content,morphology,arrangement and surface groups.We focus on the molecular interaction between different components in the composite environment for designing high-performance PIEs.Finally,the obstacles and opportunities for creating high-performance PIEs are outlined.This review aims to provide some theoretical guidance and direction for the development of PIEs.

1 Introduction The coal, as a special reservoir, has a dual accumulating system of matrix pore and fracture. The pore is the main reservoir space of coalbed methane （CBM） in coal. Generally, pore structure is very complicated and irregularly so that it is hard to be described in the traditional geometry. The fractal theory plays an important role in describing the porous media of the seepage system in recent years. The studies by Pfeifer, Katz and Kroch show the pore distribution in such reservoirs as coal, sandstone, shale and carbonatite is according with the fractal theory.

Machining the Integral Impeller and Blisk of Aero-Engines:A Review of Surface Finishing and Strengthening Technologies

Tight gas reservoirs are widely developed in the Xujiahe Formation of the Sichuan Basin. Due to the strong heterogeneity of the reservoir, the gas-water relationship is complicated and the exploitation results are poor. The characteristics of the tight reservoir are systematically analysised in the Member2 of Xujiahe Formation of Yingshan area by thin sections and argon ion polishing scanning electron microscopy techniques. In combination with with X-ray diffraction, stable carbon and oxygen isotope, trace elements, the formation mechanism of heterogeneity of tight reservoir is analyzed and the matching relationship between gas accumulation and development of tight reservoir is discussed. The results show that the reservoirs of Member2 of Xujiahe Formation in Yingshan area are mainly composed of feldspar quartz sandstone, lithic feldspar sandstone, and feldspar lithic sandstone. The types of storage space are mainly intergranular pores and intragranular dissolved pores, with an average porosity of 9.47% and an average permeability of 0.14×10-3μm. They are low-porosity and low-permeability reservoirs. The study area experienced relatively strong mechanical compaction, which severely damaged the primary porosity of the reservoir, with an average decrease of 15.27%, which is the main reason for the overall densification of the Member2 of Xujiahe Formation. However, the change of the vertical physical properties of the Member2 of Xujiahe Formation is closely related to the calcite metasomatism and cementation. The tight layer usually appears in the middle of the thick sandstone, with a thickness of 2 to 4 m and a certain distribution range in the transverse direction. The cement and metabolites of calcite mainly form the Middle and Late Cretaceous. At this time, the formation temperature is 120～140℃, and the source rocks are at the peak period of hydrocarbon generation. Thus the high carbonate mineral composition in the source rock of Yingshan area, the organic acid-rich fluid discharged can carry more Ca2+ and HCO3-

The integral impeller and blisk of an aero-engine are high performance parts with complex structure and made of difficult-to-cut materials. The blade surfaces of the integral impeller and blisk are functional surfaces for power transmission, and their surface integrity has signif- icant effects on the aerodynamic efficiency and service life of an aero-engine. Thus, it is indispensable to finish and strengthen the blades before use. This paper presents a comprehensive literature review of studies on finishing and strengthening technologies for the impeller and blisk of aero-engines. The review includes independent and inte- grated finishing and strengthening technologies and dis- cusses advanced rotational abrasive flow machining with back-pressure used for finishing the integral impeller and blisk. A brief assessment of future research problems and directions is also presented.

Numerical study on falling film flowing characteristics of R113 inside vertical tube under different structural conditions

To develop an appropriate falling film evaporation device for organic fluid cogeneration, a numerical study on the gas–liquid two-phase counter-current flow characteristics of R113 inside a vertical tube under different structural conditions was conducted using the Fluent software. The effects of the tube length, tube diameter, and annular gap on the falling film flow characteristics were determined, respectively. The results indicated that under a certain spray density, the falling film thickness in the region of the steady section was almost constant with different structural parameters for the tube diameter, tube length, and annular gap. In addition, a smaller tube diameter resulted in a steadier film flow. When the tube diameter decreased to a specific value, the film thickness showed a uniform distribution along the wall surface. This indicated that a best falling tube diameter exists. Meanwhile, the film fluctuation was enhanced with an increase in the tube length. When the tube length was greater than 1.2 m, the falling film splashed and could not completely wet the wall surface. The film fluctuation was enhanced by decreasing the annular gap, and the film could not be formed when the annular gap was smaller than 1.2 mm.

There is an increasing concern that the continuous use of chemical fertilizers might lead to harmful effects on soil ecosystem.Accordingly, a biocompatible approach involving inoculation of beneficial microorganisms is presented to promote plant growth and simultaneously minimize the negative effect of chemical fertilizers. In this study, Rhodopseudomonas palustris, a plant growth-promoting rhizobacterium(PGPR), was inoculated into both fertilized and unfertilized soils to assess its influence on Stevia rebaudiana plant growth and microbial community in rhizosphere soils in a 122-d field experiment. Soil enzyme assays(dehydrogenase, urease, invertase, and phosphomonoesterase), real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-_qPCR), and a high-throughput sequencing technique were employed to determine the microbial activity and characterize the bacterial community. Results showed that the R.palustris inoculation did not significantly influence Stevia yields and root biomass in either the fertilized or unfertilized soil. Chemical fertilization had strong negative effects on soil bacterial community properties, especially on dehydrogenase and urease activities.However, R. palustris inoculation counteracted the effect of chemical fertilizer on dehydrogenase and urease activities, and increased the abundances of some bacterial lineages(including Bacteroidia, Nitrospirae, Planctomycetacia, Myxococcales, and Legionellales). In contrast, inoculation into the unfertilized soil did not significantly change the soil enzyme activities or the soil bacterial community structure. For both the fertilized and unfertilized soils, R. palustris inoculation decreased the relative abundances of some bacterial lineages possessing photosynthetic ability, such as Cyanobacteria, Rhodobacter, Sphingomonadales, and Burkholderiales. Taken together, our observations stress the potential utilization of R. palustris as PGPR in agriculture, which might further ameliorate the soil microbial properties in the long run.

Plant AT-rich sequence and zinc binding(PLATZ)transcription factors are a class of plant specific zincdependent DNA-binding proteins that function in abiotic stress response and plant development.In this study,31 GmPLATZ genes were identified in soybean.GmPLATZ17 was down-regulated by drought and exogenous abscisic acid.Transgenic Arabidopsis and soybean hairy roots overexpressing GmPLATZ17 showed drought sensitivity and inhibition of stress-associated gene transcription.In contrast,suppressed expression of GmPLATZ17 led to increased drought tolerance in transgenic soybean hairy roots.The GmPLATZ17 protein was verified to interact physically with the GmDREB5 transcription factor,and overexpression of GmDREB5 increased drought tolerance in soybean hairy roots.Interaction of GmPLATZ17 with GmDREB5 was shown to interfere with the DRE-binding activity of GmDREB5,suppressing downstream stress-associated gene expression.These results show that GmPLATZ17 inhibits drought tolerance by interacting with GmDREB5.This study sheds light on PLATZ transcription factors and the function of GmPLATZ17 in regulating drought sensitivity.

Cytokinins(CKs)function in plant development and during stress responses,but their role in drought tolerance in wheat is unknown.In the present study,24 isopentenyltransferase(IPT)genes,encoding ratelimiting enzymes in CK biosynthesis were identified in the wheat genome.The chromosomal locations and structures of the genes,protein properties,and phylogenetic relationships were characterized.ATP/ADP TaIPT genes showed tissue-specific expression.TaIPT2,TaIPT7,and TaIPT8 expression was rapidly induced by 0.5–1 h drought treatments,which decreased to low levels after 2 h drought treatment,as did most other TaIPT genes.TaIPT8-5a/5b/5d triple mutants showed decreased levels of tZtype CK under normal and drought conditions and reduced drought tolerance,which,however,did not manifest as phenotype alterations.By contrast,transgenic wheat plants with drought-induced TaIPT8showed increased drought tolerance.Our study provides a foundation for further investigation of TaIPT genes and novel insights into the role of CKs in the drought response of wheat.
