There is less than a decade left to accomplish the goal of ending global poverty by *** paper investigates global poverty dynamics and finds a shift in the world's poverty gravity center from South Asia to Africa in the period 1990–***-Saharan Africa has become the main battlefield for poverty reduction in the *** poverty reduction has been accompanied by political instability and local conflicts,economic marginalization,rural decline,and natural hazards as well as climate change which are jointly impacting the least developed areas and making the world's poverty reduction vulnerable to external ***"STAR"scheme,including maintaining political stability,promoting targeted poverty alleviation,implementing regular assessments of poverty reduction initiatives,and revitalizing rural and poverty-stricken areas,is proposed with specific measures to enhance the resilience capacity of poverty alleviation in the world.

A high performance heterojunction organic ultraviolet photodetector based on NPB and Bphen has been fabricated. A trans- parent conducting polymer PEDOT：PSS coated quartz substrate instead of ITO coated glass substrate as anode is propitious to detect shorter wavelength ultraviolet light. As a result, the device shows a low dark current density, a high responsivity of 502 mA/W and a detectivity of 2.67x1012 cm Hz1/Zfw which is illuminated by a 220 nm ultraviolet light with an intensity of 1.6 mW/cm2. Moreover, the performance of the PEDOT：PSS transparent electrode device is better than the semi-transparent A1 electrode device electrode because of the higher transmittance and electrode properties.

BACKGROUND： Basal cell lymphoma-extra large （bcl-xl） can inhibit neuronal apoptosis by stabilizing the mitochondrial membrane and suppressing cytochrome C release into the cytoplasm. OBJECTIVE： This study aimed to further investigate the cascade reaction pathway of cellular apoptosis. We established an ischemia/repcrfusion model by middle cerebral artery occlusion （MCAO） in transgenic and wild-type mice, and observed changes in the number and distribution of apoptotic neural cells, differences in cerebral infarct volume, in neurological function score, and in cytochrome C expression in the ischemic cerebral cortex, at different time points, DESIGN AND SETTING： The present gene engineering and cell biology experiment was performed at the Laboratory of Biology, Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences and at the Laboratory of Immunology, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. MATERIALS： Male bcl-xl over-expression Kunming mice aged 8 weeks and age-matched male wild-type mice were used for this study. Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase biotin-dUTP nick end labeling （TUNEL） kits were purchased from Boliman, France. Cytochrome C antibody and Bcl-x immunohistochemical kit were purchased from PharMingen, USA and Santa Cruz Biotechnology, USA, respectively. METHODS： Following MCAO and reperfusion, apoptosis in the ischemic cerebral cortex was detected by the TUNEL assay. Prior to MCAO and 3 hours after reperfusion, the Bcl-xl protein level in the ischemic cerebral cortex was measured by immunohistochemistry. At 3, 6, 12 and 24 hours after reperfusion, the level of cytochrome C in the ischemic cerebral cortex was examined by western blot analysis. Subsequent to MCAO, cerebral infarct volume measurement and neurological examination were performed. Fog computing is considered as a solution to accommodate the emergence of booming requirements from a large variety of resource-limited Internet of Things(IoT)*** ensure the security of private data,in this paper,we introduce a blockchain-enabled three-layer device-fog-cloud heterogeneous network.A reputation model is proposed to update the credibility of the fog nodes(FN),which is used to select blockchain nodes(BN)from FNs to participate in the consensus *** to the Rivest-Shamir-Adleman(RSA)encryption algorithm applied to the blockchain system,FNs could verify the identity of the node through its public key to avoid malicious ***,to reduce the computation complexity of the consensus algorithms and the network overhead,we propose a dynamic offloading and resource allocation(DORA)algorithm and a reputation-based democratic byzantine fault tolerant(R-DBFT)algorithm to optimize the offloading decisions and decrease the number of BNs in the consensus algorithm while ensuring the network *** results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm could efficiently reduce the network overhead,and obtain a considerable performance improvement compared to the related algorithms in the previous literature.

The reaction of anhydrous FeBr2 with two equivalents of anionic N-heterocyclic carbene (NaL1 and NaL2), which are generated in situ by the reaction of the corresponding salt [4-R-C6H4COCH2{CH- (NCHCHNiPr)}Br] (R = OCH3, H2L1Br, 1; R = F, H2L2Br, 2) with two equivalents of NaN(SiMe3)2, affords bis-ligand Fe(II) complexes of L12Fe (3) and L22Fe (4) in high yield, respectively. Attempt to synthesize mono-ligand Fe(II) bromide by the 1:1 molar ratio of NaL to FeBr2 is unsuccessful, and the same com- plexes of 3 and 4 were obtained. Both 3 and 4 have been depicted by elemental analysis and X-ray structure determination. Preliminary studies show that both 3 and 4 can be used as single-component catalyst for the ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone, and the catalytic activity of 3 is higher than that of 4.

Microcavity photon dynamics in curved space is an emerging interesting area at the crossing point of nanophotonics,chaotic science,and non-Euclidean *** report the sharp difference between the regular and chaotic motions of cavity photons subjected to the varying space *** the island modes of regular motion rise in the phase diagram in the curved space,the chaotic modes show special mechanisms to adapt to the space curvature,including the fast diffusion of ray dynamics,and the localization and hybridization of the Husimi wavepackets among different periodic *** observations are unique effects enabled by the combination of the chaotic trajectory,the wave nature of light,and the non-Euclidean orbital motion,and therefore make the system a versatile optical simulator for chaotic science under quantum mechanics in curved space-time.

On highways,vehicles that swerve out of their lane due to sideslip can pose a serious threat to the safety of autonomous *** ensure their safety,predicting the sideslip trajectories of such vehicles is ***,the scarcity of data on vehicle sideslip scenarios makes it challenging to apply data-driven methods for ***,this study uses a physical model-based approach to predict vehicle sideslip ***,the traditional physical model-based method relies on constant input assumption,making its long-term prediction accuracy *** address this challenge,this study presents the time-series analysis and interacting multiple model-based(IMM)sideslip trajectory prediction(TSIMMSTP)method,which encompasses time-series analysis and multi-physical model fusion,for the prediction of vehicle sideslip ***,we use the proposed adaptive quadratic exponential smoothing method with damping(AQESD)in the time-series analysis module to predict the input state sequence required by kinematic ***,we employ an IMM approach to fuse the prediction results of various physical *** implementation of these two methods allows us to significantly enhance the long-term predictive accuracy and reduce the uncertainty of sideslip *** proposed method is evaluated through numerical simulations in vehicle sideslip scenarios,and the results clearly demonstrate that it improves the long-term prediction accuracy and reduces the uncertainty compared to other model-based methods.

Genesis of the Hongzhen metamorphic core complex and its tectonic implications

The Hongzhen metamorphic core complex is situated in the Yangtze plate to the east of the Dabie oro- genic belt. Its ductile detachment zone in the foot wall overprints on the metamorphic complex of the Proterozoic Dongling Group. The present profile of the ductile shear zone with consistent SW-dipping mineral elongation lineation shows antiform and reversed S-shape from northeast to southwest respectively. Exposure structures, microstructures and quartz C-axis fabric all indicate top-to-SW movement for the ductile shear zone. Recrystallisation types of quartz and feldspar in the mylonites demonstrate that the shear zone was developed under the amphibolite facies condition and at mid-crust levels. The metamorphic core complex formed in the Early Cretaceous with a muscovite plateau age of 124.8±1.2 Ma. Regional NE-SW extension along a SW-dipping, gentle detachment zone was responsible for formation of the core complex. Intrusion of the Hongzhen granite with a biotite plateau age of 124.8±1.2 Ma rendered the ductile shear zone curved, uplifted and final localization of the core complex. The Hongzhen metamorphic core complex suggests that the Early Cretaceous magma- tism in this region took place under the condition of regional extension and the eastern Yangtze plate also experienced lithospheric thinning.
