体外膜氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)作为体外生命支持(extracorporeal life support,ECLS)技术的一种,用于部分或完全替代患者心肺功能,目前已得到广泛应用。在该产品的研发过程中,由于血液保存时间限制等原因,需要通过动物试验进行必要的产品性能验证和安全性评估,为临床试验设计提供参考,也可进一步降低临床试验受试者及使用者的风险。为此本文参考相关监管机构发布的体外膜氧合产品动物试验研究的指南性文件、临床及非临床文献、临床操作共识等资料,给出针对ECMO产品进行动物试验研究的要点,以期为相关产品的开发、研制等提供参考。在对ECMO产品性能进行动物试验研究时,要考虑动物种类及模型、对照产品的选择、评价指标的选择、观察时间、样本量、操作要求等。对ECMO产品进行规范、科学、合理的动物试验验证可以通过尽可能少的成本获得更高质量的证据,更好地促进相关产品研制。

目的探讨自主设计的复位机器人系统在股骨转子间骨折中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2022年6月至2023年2月天津医科大学附属第四中心医院骨科收治的57例股骨转子间骨折患者资料。根据骨折复位方式分为机器人组(采用自主设计的复位机器人系统辅助复位髓内钉固定)和牵引床组(采用牵引床辅助复位髓内钉固定)。机器人组31例,男11例,女20例;年龄(78.7±9.3)岁;左侧16例,右侧15例;骨折AO/OTA分型:31-A1型17例,31-A2型12例,31-A3型2例。牵引床组26例,男12例,女14例;年龄(78.7±7.7)岁;左侧13例,右侧13例;骨折AO/OTA分型:31-A1型16例,31-A2型9例,31-A3型1例。比较两组患者的复位时间、手术时间、术中出血量、透视次数、复位质量及术前、术后1周、术后6个月疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和髋关节Harris评分等。结果两组患者术前一般资料比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。机器人组患者复位时间(4.4±2.2)min、手术时间(29.0±13.5)min、术中出血量(76.5±30.5)mL、透视次数(10.2±2.6)次、复位效果良好率80.6%(25/31)均优于牵引床组[(9.4±3.2)min、(49.3±13.3)min、(115.0±38.4)mL、(14.8±3.2)次、50.0%(13/26)],两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);术后1周机器人组和牵引床组疼痛VAS评分分别为(3.3±1.2)、(4.8±1.5)分,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);术后1周机器人组和牵引床组患者Harris评分分别为(57.3±3.7)、(46.7±2.8)分,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论自主设计的复位机器人系统辅助复位股骨转子间骨折能有效缩短复位和手术时间,减少出血量及透视次数,提高了解剖复位率。

Satellite networking communications in navigation satellite system and spacebased deep space exploration have the features of a long delay and high bit error rate （BER）. Through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the Consulta tive Committee for the Space Data System （CCSDS） file delivery protocol （CFDP）, a new improved repeated sending file delivery protocol （RSFDP） based on the adaptive repeated sending is put forward to build an efficient and reliable file transmission. According to the estimation of the BER of the transmission link, RSFDP repeatedly sends the lost protocol data units （PDUs） at the stage of the retransmission to improve the success rate and reduce time of the retransmission. Theoretical analyses and results of the Opnet simulation indicate that the performance of RSFDP has significant improvement gains over CFDP in the link with a long delay and high BER. The realizing results based on the space borne filed programmable gate array （FPGA） platform show the applicability of the proposed algorithm.

An appropriate acquisition configuration in terms of signal quality can optimize the acquisition performance. In view of this, a new approach of acquisition assisted by the control voltage of automatic gain control(AGC) is proposed. This approach judges the signal power according to the AGC control voltage and switches the working modes correspondingly and adaptively. Non-coherent accumulation times and the detection threshold are reconfigured according to the working mode. Theoretical derivation and verification by simulation in typical situations are provided, and the algorithm is shown to be superior in terms of the mean acquisition time, especially in strong signal scenarios compared with the conventional algorithm.

Global navigation satellite system(GNSS) receivers are highly susceptible to continuous wave(CW)interference because the received signals are extremely weak. Current interference mitigation techniques mainly use a notch filter or transform domain. This paper proposes a computationally effective algorithm based on a frequency-locked loop(FLL) to mitigate interference in GNSS receivers. The performance of the algorithm is validated through an analysis of the characteristics of the interference reduction filter and interference estimation precision. A Monte Carlo simulation is used to compare the proposed algorithm with various previous algorithms:the adaptive IIR notch filter, adaptive linear-phase FIR filter, and N-sigma DFT algorithm. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm exhibits excellent interference estimation precision and superior antijamming performance compared with the conventional algorithms.

Listwise approaches are an important class of learning to rank, which utilizes automatic learning techniques to discover useful information. Most previous research on listwise approaches has focused on optimizing ranking models using weights and has used imprecisely labeled training data; optimizing ranking models using features was largely ignored thus the continuous performance improvement of these approaches was hindered. To address the limitations of previous listwise work, we propose a quasi-KNN model to discover the ranking of features and employ rank addition rule to calculate the weight of combination. On the basis of this, we propose three listwise algorithms, FeatureRank, BL-FeatureRank, and DiffRank. The experimental results show that our proposed algorithms can be applied to a strict ordered ranking training set and gain better performance than state-of-the-art listwise algorithms.

The vector tracking algorithm uses a single extended Kalman filter(EKF) to predict the time-delays and the Doppler deviations of the GNSS signal, while also estimating the user's position, velocity, and clock state. In this paper, the effects of multipath on the tracking performance of the vector delay / frequency lock loop(VDFLL) is studied for better application in the multipath environment. The error expressions of the measurements are given in theory. The tracking error caused by multipath is reduced by VDFLL, which is proved by the tracking error of VDFLL through a new iterating method. The theoretical analysis is verified by the Monte Carlo simulation.

研究低温胁迫下2个枇杷幼果种胚生理指标变化及抗寒相关EjICE1基因的表达规律，为枇杷抗寒新材料的筛选及枇杷抗寒分子机理的解析提供理论依据。以洞庭枇杷（黄肉，DT）及洞庭枇杷突变型（白肉，DTM）挂果容器苗为材料，研究人工模拟低温对枇杷相对电导率(REC)、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及EjICE1基因的表达规律的影响。结果表明，低温胁迫下2个枇杷幼果种胚相对电导率REC均呈“S”型曲线变化，Logistic方程显示，洞庭枇杷和突变型(DTM)半致死温度LT50分别为-4.759、-2.811℃，突变型（白肉，DTM）幼果的抗寒能力强于洞庭枇杷；2个枇杷的SOD、POD及CAT活性及洞庭枇杷(DT)的MDA含量均呈现出先升后降的变化趋势，但达到最大阈值的时间点不同，而突变型(DTM)MDA含量则呈现缓慢上升趋势，洞庭枇杷SOD在1℃达到最大阈值，丙二醛(MDA)含量、POD及CAT活性在-1℃达到最大阈值；突变型(DTM)SOD、POD及CAT活性在-3℃达到最大阈值，丙二醛(MDA)含量则在-5℃达到最大阈值。EjICE1基因在2个枇杷中的表达呈先升后降的趋势，突变型(DTM)EjICE1基因的表达水平均高于同时期的洞庭枇杷，最大表达量出现在-3℃，洞庭枇杷EjICE1基因最大表达量出现在-1℃，在-5℃时2个枇杷中EjICE1基因的表达均被强烈抑制。突变型(DTM)幼果的抗寒能力强于亲本洞庭枇杷(DT)，低温胁迫下，突变型(DTM)具有较高的保护酶活性，能快速激活抗寒相关基因的表达，启动低温应答机制，进而抵御和适应低温伤害。
