The supercritical carbon dioxide（sCO2） Brayton cycle system has become an emerging and highly promising method of thermal power conversion due to its efficiency advantage,system compactness,and excellent adaptability of the heat *** the low carbon sCO2Brayton cycle testbed with cycle output power approaching 3 MW,a relatively detailed dynamic simulation model of the entire system is constructed to explore the dynamic response characteristics of the system with different startup strategies and different buffer tank volumes during the startup *** simulation results indicate that the smaller the volume of the buffer tank,the more rapid and obvious the parameter fluctuation in the buffer tank during the *** the allowable relative deviation limit of density is 5%,then the ratio of the buffer tank volume to the volume of the entire closed loop should not be lower than 36.80%.The strategy of simultaneous temperature and speed increase during turbine bypass start can effectively reduce the fluctuation of compressor inlet parameters and reach the steady-state more *** paper provides the recommended matching table for the opening of the turbine bypass valve（TBV） and the main regulating valve（MGV） to reduce the parameter fluctuation during the bypass *** effectiveness of the proposed turbine bypass and bypass switching startup strategy is verified by simulation,which may be used as a reference for test bench's future debugging and operation.

With the application of hybrid wheat, lodging is becoming one of the major factors limiting high yield in its production. However,few studies have focused on combining ability and heterosis analysis of stem-related traits. In this study, 24 crosses were made according to NCII genetic design, using the three(photo-sensitive male sterile lines)×eight(restorer lines) incomplete diallel crosses. The length of basal second internode(LBSI) and breaking strength of basal second internode(BSBSI)as well as other stem-related traits were used to perform the principal component analysis(PCA), combining ability and heterosis analysis. The PCA results showed that the variables could be classified into two main factors, which were named as the positive factor(factor 1) and the negative factor(factor 2), and accounted for 52.3 and 33.2%, respectively, of the total variance in different variables, combined with the analysis for index weight indicated that the factor 1-related traits play positive roles in lodging resistance formation of hybrids. Combining ability variance analysis indicated that its genetic performance was mainly dominated by additive gene effects, and the hybrid combinations with higher lodging resistance can be selected by using of 14 GF6085(R1), 14 GF6343-2(R4), 14 GF6937(R6), 14 GF7433-1(R7), and BS1086(M3),which are with the features with lower general combining ability(GCA) effects of factor 2-related traits whereas higher GCA effects of factor 1-related traits. The heterosis analysis showed that the wide range of heterosis varied with the traits and combinations, and GCA or specific combining ability(SCA) effects of factor 1-related traits except wall thickness of basal second internode(WTBSI) were positively and closely related to the heterosis of lodging resistance. Generally, the correlation coefficients of heterosis to GCA effects of sterile lines(GCAm) of factor 1-related traits are significantly higher than that to GCA of restorer lines(GCAr) and SCA,

Because of the yield increase of 3.5-15%compared to conventional wheat,hybrid wheat is considered to be one of the main ways to greatly improve the wheat yield in the *** this study,we performed a principal component analysis(PCA)on two-line hybrids wheat and their parents using the grain weight(GW),the length of spike(LS),the kernel number of spike(KSN),and spike number(SPN)as *** results showed that the variables could be classifed into three main factors,the weight factor(factor 1),the quantity factor 1(factor 2)and the quantity factor 2(factor 3),which accounted for 37.1,22.6 and 18.5%,respectively of the total variance in different agronomic variables,suggesting that the GW is an important indicator for evaluating hybrid combinations,and the grain weight of restorer line(RGW)could be used as a reference for parents *** hybrid combination with a higher score in factor 1 direction and larger mid-parent heterosis(MPH)of the GW and its parents were used to carry out the analysis of grain fling,1-aminocylopropane-1-carboxylicacid(ACC)and polyamine synthesis related *** results suggested that the GW of superior grain was significantly higher than that of inferior grains in BS1453xJS1(H)and its *** grain types showed a weight of H between BS 1453(M)and JS1(R),and a larger MPH,which may be caused by their differences in the active fling stage and the grain fling *** ADP-glucose pyrophosphorylase(AGPase),granule bound starch synthase I(GBSS/),starch synthaseⅡ(SSS),and starch branching enzyme-Ⅰ(SBE-1)expression levels of H were intermediated between M and R,which might be closely related to MPH formation of the *** with R and H,the GW of M at maturity was the *** expression levels of spermidine synthase 2(Spd2),ornithine decarboxylase(ODC)and S adenosylmethionine decarboxylase(SAMDC)had significantly positive correlations with the grain flig rate(1=0.77,0.51,0.59"),suggesting their major roles in the grain flli

Background：When compared with conventional abdominoperineal resection （APR）,extralevator abdominoperineal excision （ELAPE） has been demonstrated to reduce the risk of local recurrence for the treatment of locally advanced low rectal *** with the laparoscopic technique,laparoscopic ELAPE （LELAPE） has the potential to reduce invasion and hasten postoperative *** this study,we aim to investigate the advantages of LELAPE in comparison with conventional ***：From October 2010 to February 2013,23 patients with low rectal cancer （T3-4N0-2M0） underwent LELAPE;while during the same period,25 patients were treated with conventional *** patient characteristics,intraoperative data,postoperative complications,and follow-up results were retrospectively compared and ***：The basic patient characteristics were similar;but the total operative time for the LELAPE was longer than that of the conventional APR group （P =0.014）.However,the operative time for the perineal portion was comparable between the two groups （P =0.328）.The LELAPE group had less intraoperative blood loss （P =0.022）,a lower bowel perforation rate （P =0.023）,and a positive circumferential margin （P =0.028）.Moreover,the patients,who received the LELAPE,had a lower postoperative Visual Analog Scale,quicker recovery of bowel function （P =0.001）,and a shorter hospital stay （P =0.047）.However,patients in the LELAPE group suffered more chronic perineal pain （P =0.002）,which may be related to the coccygectomy （P =0.033）.Although the metastasis rate and mortality rate were similar between the two groups,the local recurrence rate of the LELAPE group was statistically improved （P =0.047）.Conclusions：When compared with conventional APR,LELAPE has the potential to reduce the risk of local recurrence,and decreases operative invasion for the treatment of locally advanced low rectal cancer.

The pinion bracket-assembly(PBA) is a major part of three gorges project(TGP) ship lift drive system. The static strength,fatigue strength and stress distribution of hinge pin of PBA were analyzed by ANSYS, and the structure of PBA was optimized. The results show that after the optimization, the maximum comprehensive stress is 259.59 MPa, the maximum fatigue cumulative damage of weld joints is 0.94 and the maximum vertical deformation of hinge pin is 0.14 mm. The elastic deformation, hydropneumatic spring cylinder(HSC) load response and the vibration characteristics of PBA were studied by the bearing test when PBA bore the load caused by different water level errors. The results indicate that when the water level of ship chamber ranges from 3.4 m to 3.6 m,the vertical elastic deformation of the pinion shaft is between-8.58 and 10.50 mm. When upward outage-load(1580 k N) is imposed by the test-rack, the vertical elastic deformation of the pinion shaft is 13.42 and 14.07 mm and HSC load response is 795.80-800.80 k N. In the process of imposing load on the pinion by the test-rack, the maximum vibration amplitude and acceleration of PBA internal components are 0.37° and 2.67 rad/s2, respectively; the maximum impact on the pin caused by vibration is 19.89 k N; the pinion shaft vertical displacement and HSC load response do not fluctuate. There is a great difference between the frequency of meshing force of the pinion and the rack(1.06 Hz) and first-order natural frequency of PBA(8.41 Hz), thus PBA will not *** all above, PBA meets the static strength and fatigue strength requirements. The vibration of PBA internal components has no effect on the vertical displacement of the pinion shaft, HSC load response and smooth operation of PBA. There is a liner relationship in the ratio of 2:1 between the thrust imposed by the test-rack and HSC load, thus HSC can limit the load imposed on the pinion.

明人对杜诗的研究主要方式是评点和集解,两种方法贯穿于整个明代。明代对杜诗的评点主要有杨慎、徐渭、郑善夫、郭正域、郝敬等人,采取眉批、行批等形式,评语要言不烦,多贬抑性文字,表达了明人对杜诗的看法。明人对杜诗的集解在类型上分为杜诗全集笺注、杜诗选本赏评、杜诗研究专著三种,以单复《读杜诗愚得》、邵宝《杜少陵全集分类详注》、胡震亨《杜诗通》、王嗣奭《杜臆》、唐元竑《杜诗捃》等为代表,是明人选杜、评杜、学杜的主要形式。明代对杜诗的评点和集解,与明代特定的时代环境、文艺思潮、批评标准密切相关。既取得了丰硕的成绩,也留下了不少失误,总结这些成绩和失误,对进一步认识明代杜诗学不无意义。

晚唐诗人杜牧曾五次担任郎官,这在唐代诗坛是绝无仅有的。唐代诗人担任郎官现象比较突出,但多数人在郎官任上得到提拔,而杜牧十年之间从膳部员外郎到吏部员外郎,职级不动。杜牧的职官角色在郎官与刺史之间转变,五任郎官,四任刺史。长期的宦海生涯对他的思想与创作产生了较大的影响,由早期的壮志情怀逐渐转变为看淡仕途,甚至生发出退隐的思想。与此相应,其诗文创作的体裁与题材都有明显的变化,反映了他的真实心态。
