功率预测是实现电能供需平衡、维持电网稳定运行的一项重要任务.随着分布式海上光伏系统的发展,光伏利用率不断提升,同时对光伏功率预测提出了更高的要求.针对机器学习方法在光伏功率时间序列预测中存在的样本数量不足、预测精度低以及隐私泄露等问题,提出一种基于联邦学习和变分模态分解的长短期记忆神经网络功率预测模型(long short-term memory neural network power forecasting model based on federated learning and variational mode decomposition, FL-VMD-LSTM).利用主成分分析法和三次样条插值对气象数据进行预处理,同时利用VMD将光伏功率时间序列分解为多个分量进行分步预测,降低光伏功率时间序列的非平稳性和复杂度.通过横向联邦学习的本地训练和参数聚合方法,实现在保证数据隐私安全情况下的光伏功率预测.通过4个算例进行仿真实验,验证结果表明FL-VMD-LSTM模型在光伏功率预测方面具有较高精度,与传统算法相比, RMSE和MAE分别降低了55.7%和55.5%.

The problem of track control is studied for a class of strict-feedback stochastic nonlinear systems in which unknown virtual control gain function is the main feature. First, the so-called stochastic LaSalle theory is extended to some extent, and accordingly, the results of global ultimate boundedness for stochastic nonlinear systems are developed. Next, a new design scheme of fuzzy adaptive control is proposed. The advantage of it is that it does not require priori knowledge of virtual control gain function sign, which is usually demanded in many designs. At the same time, the track performance of closed-loop systems is improved by adaptive modifying the estimated error upper bound. By theoretical analysis, the signals of closed-loop systems are globally ultimately bounded in probability and the track error converges to a small residual set around the origin in 4th-power expectation.

Telomeres form the ends of eukaryotic chromosomes and serve as protective caps that keep chromosomes structure independency and completeness. The first plant telomere DNA was isolated from Arabidopsis thaliana and was shown to have tandemly repeated sequence 5-TTTAGGG-3： The Arabidopsis-type telomere has been found in many plants, but several reports indicate that this sequence is absent in some plants. Up to now, no research has been conducted on the telomere of cotton. In this paper, the Arabidopsis-type telomere sequence was amplified and cloned using the primers designed based on the fragment containing telomere sequence in an Arabidopsis bacterial artificial chromosome （BAC）. Fluorescence in situ hybridization （FISH） with cotton metaphase chromosomes using the Arabidopsis-type telomere sequence as probes indicated that the signals were located at all chromosome ends of seven diploid and two tetraploid cotton species with different signal intensities among chromosome complements of different cotton species, even between long and short arms of the same chromosome. To identify the signals of FISH, the genome DNA of Xinhai 7, a cultivar of Gossypium barbadense, digested by BAL-31 nuclease was introduced in this study. The result of BAL-31 digestion indicated that the hybridization signals of FISH represent the outermost DNA sequence of each cotton chromosomes. So we first proved that the telomeric repeats of cotton cross-hybridize with that of Arabidopsis. The results of terminal restriction fragment （TRF） showed significant variation in telomere length among cotton species. The telomere length of cultivated cotton was close to 20 kb and was larger than those of wild cotton species whose telomere length rahged from 6 to 20 kb.

Gossypium hirsutum races are believed to be potential reservoirs of desirable traits, which can play crucial roles to overcome the existing narrow genetic base of modern Upland cotton cultivars. However, prior to utilizing the races in cotton improve- ment programs, understanding their genetic constitutions is needed. Thus, this study used molecular and morphological techniques to characterize 110 G. hirsutum germplasm including 109 semi-wild accessions and one Upland cotton cultivar, CRI12. In the study, 104 SSR markers detected 795 alleles, with an average of 7.64 alleles per marker, ranging from 3 to 14, and average polymorphism information content （PIC） value of 0.71. And 96 of the markers were found to be highly informative, with PIC value〉0.50. Pairwise genetic similarity coefficient across the accessions ranged from 0.19 to 1.00, with an average value of 0.46. Morphological characterization was done using fiber length, fiber strength, micronaire, fiber uniformity index, and fiber elongation. Pairwise taxonomic distance within the accessions ranged from 0.17 to 3.41, with a mean of 1.33. The SSR and fiber quality traits data set based unweighted pair group method of arithmetic mean （UPGMA） analysis grouped the accessions into 7 and 12 distinct clusters, respectively, that corresponds well with the results of prin- cipal component analysis （PCA）. Our study revealed the existence of vast molecular and morphological diversities within the accessions and provided valuable information on each semi-wild accession for quick and better informed germplasm utilization in cotton breeding programs.

Abnormal deposition of amyloid-p(Ap) peptides and formation of neuritic plaques are recognized as pathological processes in Alzheimer’s disease (AD) brain. By using amyloid precursor protein (APP) transfected cells, this study aims to investigate the effect of overproduction of Aβ on cell differentiation and cell viability. It was shown that after serum withdrawal, untransfected cell (N2a/Wt) and vector transfected cells (N2a/vector) extended long and branched cell processes, whereas no neurites was induced in wild type APP (N2a/APP695) and Swedish mutant APP (N2a/ APPswe) transfected N2a cells. After differentiation by serum withdrawal, the localization of APP/AP and neurofilament was extended to neurites, whereas those of APP-transfected cells were stillrestricted within the cell body. Levels of both APP and Aβ were significantly higher in N2a/APP695 and N2a/APPswe than in N2a/Wt, as determined by Western blot and Sandwich ELISA, respectively. 微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀(microbial induced calcium carbonate precipitation, MICP)技术是新兴的岩土工程绿色加固技术,在黄土边坡加固方面具有良好的应用前景。MICP加固黄土受多种因素影响,除了外界环境、材料特性和加固方式等因素外,钙源、胶结液浓度、养护龄期和养护方式等对微生物加固黄土也起着决定性作用。以陇西地区黄土为研究对象,采用巴氏芽孢杆菌诱导碳酸钙沉淀技术固化黄土试样,开展不同钙源、胶结液浓度、养护龄期和养护方式条件下MICP固化黄土试样抗剪强度对比试验研究。结果表明:钙源为氯化钙,胶结液浓度1.0 mol/L且试样养护7 d条件下,MICP技术对黄土试样的加固效果更好,与素黄土相比,黏聚力和内摩擦角分别提高了4.95和1.34倍。研究成果对黄土高原地区的路基加固和边坡治理等具有一定的参考价值。

The purpose of this research was to study the effect of hypoxia on the Ca^2＋ concentration in broiler＇s cardiac muscle cells （CMCs）. The concentration of Ca^2＋ in the CMC was observed using a laser scanning confocal microscope （LSCM）. The results showed that hypoxia could significantly increase intracellular Ca^2＋（normal oxygen, 99.3 ＋_ 13.1; hypoxia, 129.4 ＋_ 24.3, P 〈 0.01） in CMCs. The Ca^2＋ antagonist （nifedipine, verapamil） could significantly restrain the Ca^2＋ influx across the cell membrane of CMC treated by hypoxia （CMC： hypoxia ＋ verapamil, 100.9± 28.2; hypoxia ＋ nifedipine, 107.6± 27.7; P 〈 0.01）. The results showed hypoxia could increase intracellular Ca^2＋ concentration of CMC, and the Ca^2＋ antagonist could restrain the Ca^2＋ influx across the cell membrane of CMC treated by hypoxia.

Control of N-nitrosodimethylamine(NDMA)in drinking water could be achieved by removing its precursors as one practical ***,superfine powdered activated carbons with a diameter of about 1μm(SPACs)were successfully prepared by grinding powdered activated carbon(PAC,D50=24.3μm)and applied to remove model NDMA precursors,***(RAN)and nizatidine(NIZ).Results fromgrain diameter experiments demonstrated that the absorption velocity increased dramatically with decreasing particle size,and the maximum increase in k2 was 26.8-folds for RAN and 33.4-folds for ***,kinetic experiments explained that rapid absorption could be attributed to the acceleration of intraparticle diffusion due to the shortening of the diffusion ***,performance comparison experiments suggested that the removal of RAN and NIZ(C_(0)=0.5 mg/L)could reach 61.3%and 60%,respectively,within 5 min,when the dosage of SAPC-1.1(D_(50)=1.1μm)was merely 5 mg/L,while PAC-24.3 could only eliminate 17.5%and 18.6%.The adsorption isotherm was well defined by Langmuir isotherm model,indicating that the adsorption of RAN/NIZ was a monolayer coverage *** adsorption of RAN or NIZ by SAPC-1.1 and PAC-24.3 was strongly pH dependent,and high adsorption capacity could be observed under the condition of pH>pk_(a)+*** coexistence of humic acid(HA)had no significant effect on the adsorption performance because RAN/NIZ may be coupled with HA and removed *** coexistence of anions had little effect on the adsorption *** study is expected to provide an alternative strategy for drinking water safety triggered by NDMA.
