The focusing modified Korteweg-de Vries(mKdV)equation with multiple high-order poles under the nonzero boundary conditions is first investigated via developing a Riemann-Hilbert(RH)*** begin with the asymptotic property,symmetry and analyticity of the Jost solutions,and successfully construct the RH problem of the focusing mKdV *** solve the RH problem when 1/S_(11)(k)has a single highorder pole and multiple high-order ***,we derive the soliton solutions of the focusing mKdV equation which corresponding with a single high-order pole and multiple high-order poles,***,the dynamics of one-and two-soliton solutions are graphically discussed.

An extensively drug-resistant(XDR)Escherichia coli strain 258E was isolated from an anal swab sample of a chicken farm of Anhui province in *** analyses indicated that the strain 258E harbors an incompatibility group N(IncN)plasmid pEC258-3,which co-produces bla_(CTX-M-3),bla_(KPC-2),bla_(TEM-1B),qnrS1,aac(6')-Ib-cr,dfrA14,arr-3,and aac(6')-*** genome arrangement analyses indicated that pEC258-3 is highly homologous with pCRKP-1-KPC discovered in Klebsiella pneumoniae from a ***,conjugation experiments proved that plasmid pEC258-3 can be transferred horizontally and may pose a significant potential threat in animals,community and hospital settings.

Digital aerial photograph(DAP)data is processed based on Structure from Motion(Sf M)algorithm and regional net adjustment method to generate digital surface discrete point clouds similar to Light Detection and Ranging(LiDAR)and digital orthophoto mosaic(DOM)similar to optical remote sensing *** this study,we obtained highresolution images of mature forests of Chinese fir by unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)flying through crossroute flight,and then reconstructed the threedimensional point clouds in the UAV aerial area by SfM *** point cloud segmentation(PCS)algorithm was used for the individual tree segmentation,and the F-score of the three sample plots were 0.91,0.94,and 0.94,*** tree biomass modeling was conducted using 155 mature Chinese fir forests which were correctly *** relative root mean squared error(rRMSE)values of random forest(RF),bagged tree(BT)and support vector regression(SVR)were 34.48%,35.74%and 40.93%,*** study demonstrated that DAP point clouds had great potential to extract forest vertical parameters and could be applied successfully in individual tree segmentation and individual tree biomass modeling.

An AlGaN-based deep ultraviolet laser diode with convex quantum wells structure is proposed. The advantage of using a convex quantum wells structure is that the radiation recombination is significantly improved. The improvement is attributed to the increase of the effective barrier height for electrons and the reduction of the effective barrier height for holes, which results in an increased hole injection efficiency and a decreased electron leakage into the p-type region. Particularly, comparisons with the convex quantum barriers structure and the reference structure show that the convex quantum wells structure has the best performance in all respects.

古代汉传佛教寺院的医疗照护活动是汉传佛教生命伦理思想的重要社会呈现方式。汉传佛教寺院从事医疗照护活动,根本原因在于佛教义理将医疗照护视为慈悲心的践行,外在原因在于具备僧医、药藏、药典等条件,且得到政府和社会力量的支持和参与。汉传佛教寺院的医疗照护活动可以分为对内和对外两种主要形式,对内医疗照护越来越规范化和制度化,对外医疗照护逐渐深入乡村和民众。汉传佛教寺院医疗照护活动的理论渊源、开展条件和主要类型都蕴含公共性的特征,对当今汉传佛教生命伦理思想的社会呈现依然具有启示意义。

Research on the properties of neutron stars with dark energy is a particularly interesting yet unresolved problem in *** analyze the influence of dark energy on the equation of state,the maximum mass,the surface gravitational redshift and the Keplerian frequency for the traditional neutron star and the hyperon star matter within the relativistic mean field theory,using the GM1 and TM1 parameter sets by considering the two flavor symmetries of SU(6)and SU(3)combined with the observations of PSR J1614-2230,PSR J0348+0432,PSR J0030+0451,RX J0720.4-3125,and 1E *** is found that the existence of dark energy leads to the softened equations of the state of the traditional neutron star and the hyperon *** radius of a fixed-mass traditional neutron star(or hyperon star)with dark energy becomes smaller,which leads to increased *** existence of dark energy can also enhance the surface gravitational redshift and the Keplerian frequency of traditional neutron stars and hyperon *** growth of the Keplerian frequency may cause the spin rate to speed up,which may provide a possible way to understand and explain the pulsar glitch ***,we infer that the mass and the surface gravitational redshift of PSR J1748-2446ad without dark energy for the GM1(TM1)parameter set are 1.141 M_(☉)(1.309 M_(☉))and 0.095(0.105),*** corresponding values for the GM1(TM1)parameter set are 0.901 M_(☉)(1.072M_(☉))and 0.079(0.091)if PSR J1748-2446ad contains dark energy withα=*** J1748-2446ad may be a low-mass pulsar with a lower surface gravitational redshift under our selected models.

The considerable hazard posed by periprosthetic joint infections underlines the urgent need for the rapid advancement of in-situ drug delivery systems within joint materials. However, the pursuit of sustained antibacterial efficacy remains a formidable challenge. In this context, we proposed a novel strategy that leverages swelling and erosion mechanisms to facilitate drug release of drug-loaded ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE), thereby ensuring its long-lasting antibacterial *** oxide(PEO), a hydrophilic polymer with fast hydrating ability and high swelling capacity, was incorporated in UHMWPE alongside the antibacterial tea polyphenol(epigallocatechin gallate,EGCG as representative). The swelling of PEO enhanced water infiltration into the matrix, while the erosion of PEO balanced the release of the encapsulated EGCG, resulting in a steady release. The behavior was supported by the EGCG release profiles and the corresponding fitted release kinetic *** demonstrated by segmented antibacterial assessments, the antibacterial efficiency was enhanced 2to 3 times in the PEO/EGCG/UHMWPE composite compared to that of EGCG/UHMWPE. Additionally, the PEO/EGCG/UHMWPE composite exhibited favorable biocompatibility and mechanical performance, making it a potential candidate for the development of drug-releasing joint implants to combat prosthetic bacterial infections.
