组织内的知识共享有利于组织提高竞争优势,是组织知识管理的重要方面。企业导师制是促进员工间知识共享的重要方式之一,但相关研究还不够深入。以企业导师制为背景,采用实证研究方法探讨了徒弟寻求反馈行为对导师知识共享行为的影响,以及导师归因的调节作用和师徒关系质量的中介作用。研究发现:(1.徒弟寻求反馈行为与师徒关系质量正相关;(2)印象管理动机归因会减弱寻求反馈行为对师徒关系质量的正向影响,绩效提高动机归因会增强寻求反馈行为对师徒关系质量的正向影响;(3)徒弟寻求反馈行为与导师归因的交互作用通过师徒关系质量的中介影响导师知识共享行为。最后,指出了本文的贡献和不足,并提出未来研究方向。

Atrial fibrillation(AF)is a growing public health problem in the context of the epidemiologic transition from communicable to non-communicable diseases,and a high prevalence of AF was found in Chinese patients who died in hospital.[1.Indeed,most understanding of AF is based on findings from clinical trials and observational studies performed in North America and Western Europe,[2]and some studies have described the characteristics of patients with AF in other *** data have highlighted the important differences in the clinical characteristics and treatment of patients with AF in these regions.[3,4]However,few studies have investigated the characteristics of patients with AF in ***,the aim of this study was to investigate the clinical demographics,management,and outcomes of patients hospitalized for AF using data from a recently registered AF-specific nationwide cohort study in china,the real-world study of Chinese atrial fibrillation(RWS-CAF)*** RWS-CAF registry(registration number:ChiCTR1.00021.50)comprises a multicenter,observational,prospective cohort that includes consecutive patients requiring hospitalization with a diagnosis of AF made according to the Chinese AF guidelines,spanning from November 1.201.,to October 31.*** of the enrolled hospitals are grade A class three *** patients hospitalized with AF who were aged 1. years or older were recruited.

This study was designed to compare the approaches and efficacies of two different ways of neurosurgical management for spontaneous putaminal hemorrhage(SPH):computed tomographic-guided aspiration(CTGA)and the key-hole approach(KHA).The indications of the two approaches are also *** September 2001.to 2003,a total of 1.77 cases of SPH distributed in 1.5 hospitals all over the mainland of china were included for *** cases had three-month follow-up *** study was designed in a single-blinded manner to compare the efficacies of the different *** were 563 cases in the CTGA group,1.5 in the KHA group,and 21. cases in the conventional open craniotomy(COC)*** the CTGA and KHA groups,the mortalities at one month after operation(M1.)were 1..9% and 1..3%,respectively,while the mortalities at three months after operation(M3m)were 1..4% and 1..4%,respectively(P>0.05).The postoperative complications due to CTGA(23.7%)were not significantly different from those due to KHA(25.7%)(P=0.420).The M3m of patients with Glasgow coma scale(GCS)h8 was 3.45 and 4.0 times as much as those with GCS>8,*** M3m of patients with complications was 3.92 times as much as those without *** M3m of patients with hemorrhage volume ≥70 mL was 2.67 times as much as those50 mL.

Ⅰ.INTRODUCTION The direct detection of dark matter particles,especially the weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs),is being actively carried out by a couple of experiments worldwide[1..In recent years,the PandaX-Ⅱ experiment located in the china Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)[1.3],which uses the technology of dual phase liquid xenon time projection chambers(TPCs),has pushed the limits of the cross section between WIMPs and nucleons to a new level for most of the possible WIMP masses;other experiments of the same type are also being performed[4–1.].

本文利用多组态Dirac-Hartree-Fock方法计算了类铝等电子序列从Si^(+)到Kr^(23+)离子基组态3s^(2)3p^(2)P_(1.2,3/2)能级的超精细结构常数和朗德g因子.通过系统评估电子关联效应对Si^(+)和Co^(1.+)离子中所关心原子参数的影响,尤其是与内壳层电子相关的关联效应,构建了可靠精确的计算模型,除Si^(+)离子外,超精细结构常数和g因子的计算误差分别控制在1.左右和1.^(-5)的量级.此外,进一步分析了超精细结构常数中电子部分矩阵元和g因子随原子序数Z的变化规律,并拟合了这些物理量与Z的定量依赖关系,利用拟合公式可以快速计算类铝离子在1.≤Z≤54区间内任意同位素的超精细结构常数和g因子.
