For the standard Lagrangian in classical mechanics, which is defined as the kinetic energy of the system minus its potential energy, we study the rate of convergence of the corresponding Lax-Oleinik semigroup. Under the assumption that the unique global minimum point of the Lagrangian is a degenerate fixed point, we provide an upper bound estimate of the rate of convergence of the semigroup.

In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),diagnosis of pathology and choice of treatment prescriptions is based on a method of differentiation of signs and symptoms known as syndrome differentiation,or ZHENG The cornerstone of TCM,ZHENG relies on the gathering of clinical information through inspection,auscultation and olfaction,inquiry,and ***,the biomolecular basis of the ZHENG remains *** this study,we established mouse xenograft pancreatic cancer models with Shi-Re(Dampness-Heat),Pi-Xu(Spleen-Deficiency) or Xue-Yu (Blood-Stasis) ZHENG,which are regarded as the three major ZHENGs in pancreatic *** found that tumors of the different ZHENG models exhibited significantly altered cancer-associated fibroblast (CAF) proliferative activity and tumor-associated macrophage(TAM) infiltration,which led to altered levels of CAF- and TAM- derived secreted cytokines such as SDF-1.and *** ZHENG model type also significantly influenced tumor growth,and administration of herbal medicine to the ZHENG model modified the tumor ***,this study partially unveiled the molecular basis of TCM ZHENG in pancreatic cancer.

自201.年起中国空气质量虽改善,但华北平原(NCP)重污染仍存在且二次污染加剧,而人们对其成因和变化了解有限.本研究利用201.-2022年数据,借助CMAQ模型探讨此污染响应.结果显示,在201.-2022年间,PM_(2.5)浓度显著下降31.-37%,O_(3)和NO_(2)的年下降速率分别为1.和0.5%SIA和SOA也显著减少,每年分别减少9%和6%PM_(2.5)主要因排放减少而下降,而O_(3)则受气象影响而波动.硫酸盐和铵下降的主因是减排,而硝酸盐对气象变化敏感排放和气象变化对SOA的总体减少同样重要,但人为SOA对排放控制敏感生物SOA易受气象变化影响.研究强调了控制人为排放对缓解NCP地区夏季二次污染的重要性.

Objective To understand the genetic load in the Chinese population for improvement in diagnosis, prevention and rehabilitation of deafness. Methods DNA samples, immortalized cell lines as well as detailed clinical and audiometric data were collected through a national genetic resources collecting network. Two conventional genetic approaches were used in the studies. Linkage analysis in X chromosome and autosomes with microsatellite markers were performed in large families for gene mapping and positional cloning of novel genes. Candidate gene approach was used for screening the mtDNA 1.SrRNA, GJB2 and SLC26A4 mutations in population -based samples. Results A total of 2,572 Chinese hearing loss families or sporadic cases were characterized in the reported studies, including seven X-linked, one Y-linked, 28 large and multiplex autosomal dominant hearing loss families, 607 simplex autosomal recessive hereditary hearing loss families, 1.0 mitochondrial inheritance families, 1.7 GJB2 induced hearing loss cases, 230 cases with enlarged vestibular aqueduct (EVA) syndrome, 1.9 sporadic cases with auditory neuropathy, and 1.283 sporadic sensorineural hearing loss cases. Through linkage analysis or sequence analysis, two X-linked families were found transmitting two novel mutations in the POU3F4 gene, while another X -linked family was mapped onto a novel locus, nominated as AUNX1.(auditory neuropathy, X-linked locus 1.. The only Y-linked family was mapped onto the DFNY1.locus(Y-linked locus 1. DFNY1.. Eight of the 28 autosomal dominant families were linked to various autosomal loci. In population genetics studies, 2,567 familial cases and sporadic patients were subjected to mutation screening for three common hearing loss genes: mtDNA 1.S rRNA 1.55G, GJB2 and SLC26A4. The auditory neuropathy cases in our samples were screened for OTOF gene mutations. Conclusions These data show that the Chinese population has a genetic load on hereditary hearing loss. Aim:To test the effect of orexin-A(hypocretin-1.,a neuropeptide synthesized inthe lateral hypothalamus and the perifornical area,on the glycinergic inputs andthe GABAergic inputs of cardiac vagal neurons(CVN).Methods:The effects oforexin-A at three concentrations(20 nmol/L,1.0 nmol/L,500 nmol/L)on theglycinergic inputs and the GABAergic inputs were investigated by using retro-grade fluorescent labeling of cardiac neurons(CVN)in the nucleus ambiguus(NA)and the voltage patch-clamp ***:Orexin-A dose-depen-dently increased the frequency of both the glycinergic and the GABAergic spon-taneous inhibitory postsynaptic currents(sIPSC).However,at a lower concentra-tion(20 nmol/L)of orexin-A,although the frequency of the glycinergic sIPSC wassignificantly increased,the frequency of the GABAergic sIPSC was not signifi-cantly ***:The glycinergic inputs and the GABAergic inputshave different sensitivities to orexin-A,which suggests that the two kinds ofinhibitory inputs might play different roles in the synaptic control of cardiac vagalfunctions.

＜正＞Adult hippocampal neurogenesis has been demonstrated in several species and is regulated by both environmental and pharmacological *** exposure to stress is known to induce the reduction of neurogenesis in the dentate *** present study aimed at determining whether the clinically effective antidepressant clomipramine may influence hippocampal proliferation and neurogenesis in adult rats subjected to the chronic unpredictable stress（CUS） procedure,a model of depression with predictive *** administration of clomipramine（5 mg/kg i.p.） for 3 weeks,starting 2 weeks after the beginning of the stress procedure,significantly reversed the reduction of behavior measured by open field test and forced swimming ***,rats subjected to stress exhibited a 49.9%reduction of cell proliferation at the end of a 5- week stress period,an effect which was overcome by clomipramine *** results demonstrated that exposure to CUS,which results in a state of behavioral depression,decreases hippocampal cell proliferation and that these effects can be counteracted by chronic clomipramine treatment.

Penpulimab is an anti-programmed cell death-1.PD-1.IgG1.antibody with no Fc gamma receptor(FcγR)binding activity,and thus theoretically reduced immune-related adverse events(irAEs)while maintaining *** single-arm,phase II trial conducted across 20 tertiary care centers in china enrolled adult patients with metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)who had failed two or more lines of previous systemic *** received 200-mg penpulimab intravenously every 2 weeks(4 weeks per cycle)until disease progression or intolerable *** primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)per RECIST(version 1.1.,as assessed by an independent radiological review *** secondary endpoints included progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS).One hundred thirty patients were enrolled and 1.5 were efficacy *** the data cutoff date(September 28,2022),1.patient achieved complete response and 34 patients attained partial *** ORR was 28.0%(95%CI 20.3–36.7%).The response was durable,with 66.8%still in response at 9 ***-three patients(26.4%)were still on *** median PFS and OS were 3.6 months(95%CI=1.9–7.3 months)and 22.8 months(95%CI=1..1.months to not reached),***(7.6%)patients experienced grade 3 or higher *** has promising anti-tumor activities and acceptable toxicities in heavily pretreated metastatic NPC patients,supporting further clinical development as third-line treatment of metastatic NPC.
