With the increasing demand for power system stability and resilience,effective real-time tracking plays a crucial role in smart grid ***,most studies have focused on measurement noise,while they seldom think about the problem of measurement data loss in smart power grid *** solve this problem,a resilient fault-tolerant extended Kalman filter(RFTEKF)is proposed to track voltage amplitude,voltage phase angle and frequency ***,a threephase unbalanced network’s positive sequence fast estimation model is ***,the loss phenomenon of measurements occurs randomly,and the randomness of data loss’s randomness is defined by discrete interval distribution[0,1].Subsequently,a resilient fault-tolerant extended Kalman filter based on the real-time estimation framework is designed using the timestamp technique to acquire partial data loss ***,extensive simulation results manifest the proposed RFTEKF can synchronize the smart grid more effectively than the traditional extended Kalman filter(EKF).

This study employs advanced electrochemical and surface characterization techniques to investigate the impact of electrochemical hydrogen charging on the corrosion behavior and surface film of the Ti-6Al-4V *** findings revealed the formation ofγ-TiH andδ-TiH_(2. hydrides in the alloy after hydrogen *** hydrogen charging resulted in more significant degradation of the alloy microstructure,leading to deteriorated protectiveness of the surface *** trend was further confirmed by the electrochemical measurements,which showed that the corrosion resistance of the alloy progressively worsened as the hydrogen charging time was ***,this work provides valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying the corrosion of Ti-6Al-4V alloy under hydrogen charging conditions.

Hyperuricemia,a metabolic disorder related to uric acid metabolism dysregulation,has become a common metabolic disease worldwide,due to changes in lifestyle and dietary *** recent years,owing to their high activity and few adverse effects,food-derived active peptides used as functional foods against hyperuricemia have attracted increasing *** article aims to focus on the challenge associated with peptide-specific preparation methods development,functional components identification,action mechanism(s)clarification,and bioavailability *** current review proposed recent advances in producing the food-derived peptides with high anti-hyperuricemia activity by protein source screening and matched enzymatic hydrolysis condition adjusting,increased the knowledge about strategies to search antihyperuricemia peptides with definite structure,and emphasized the necessity of combining computer-aided approaches and activity *** addition,novel action mechanism mediated by gut microbiota was discussed,providing different insights from classical ***,considering that little attention was paid previously on the structure-activity relationships of anti-hyperuricemia peptides,we collected the sequences from published studies and make a preliminary summary about the structure-activity relationships,which in turn provided guides for enzymatic hydrolysis optimization and bioavailability ***,this article could promote the development,application and commercialization of food-derived anti-hyperuricemia peptides in the future.

V3O7·H2.（VO） is a high capacity cathode material in the field of aqueous zinc ion batteries（AZIBs）,but it is limited by slow ion migration and low electrical *** this paper,polypyridine（ppyd） intercalated VO with nanoribbon structure was prepared by a simple in-situ pre-intercalation,which is noted *** total density of states（TDOS） shows that after the pre-intercalation of ppyd,an intermediate energy level appears between the valence band and conduction band,which provides a step that can effectively reduce the band gap and enhance the electron ***,the density functional theory（DFT） results found that Zn2.is more easily de-intercalated from the V-O skeleton,which proves that the embeddedness of ppyd improves the diffusion kinetics of Zn2..Electrochemical studies have shown that VO-ppyd cathode materials exhibit excellent rate performance(high specific capacity of 465 and 192.mA h g-1at 0.2.and 10 A g-1,respectively) and long-term cycling performance（92.7%capacity retention rate after 5300 cycles）,due to their advantages in structure and *** importantly,the energy density of VO-ppyd//Zn at 581 and 5806 W kg-1is 375 and 2.7 W h kg-1,***-ppyd exhibits excellent electrochemical properties compared to previously reported vanadium based cathodes,which makes it highly competitive in the field of high-performance cathode materials of AZIBs.

Variation of karst spring discharge in the recent five decades as an indicator of global climate change: A case study at Shanxi, northern china

Karst in Shanxi province is representative of that in northern china, and karst water systems discharge in the form of springs that are among the most important sources for local water supply. Since the 1950s, attenuation has been the major trend of discharge variation of most karst springs at Shanxi. Based on the case study of 7 karst springs including Niangziguan, Xin’an, Guozhuang, Shentou, Jinci, Lancun, and Hongshan springs, the discharge variation process of karst springs was divided into natural fluctuation phase and anthropogenic impact phase. Discharge attenuation of the 7 karst springs was controlled mainly by climate and human activities, with their contributions being respectively about 60% and 40%. According to the dif-ference of the effect of climate and human activities for each spring, attenuation modes of spring discharge fall into three types: natural process dominated attenuation type, exploitation induced process dominated attenuation type, and mixed attenuation type. The total restored discharge variation of 7 karst springs matched well with the global air temperature change in 1956―2.00, clearly indicating the trend of global warming and aridity in the last several decades, and the analysis of discharge variation processes of karst springs can be used as a new tool for global change studies.

The TET family is well known for active DNA demethylation and plays important roles in regulating transcription,the epigenome and ***,previous studies using knockdown(KD)or knockout(KO)models to investigate the function of TET have faced challenges in distinguishing its enzymatic and nonenzymatic roles,as well as compensatory effects among TET family members,which has made the understanding of the enzymatic role of TET not accurate *** solve this problem,we successfully generated mice catalytically inactive for specific Tet members(Tetm/m).We observed that,compared with the reported KO mice,mutant mice exhibited distinct developmental defects,including growth retardation,sex imbalance,infertility,and perinatal ***,Tetm/mmouse embryonic stem cells(mESCs)were successfully established but entered an impaired developmental program,demonstrating extended pluripotency and defects in ectodermal differentiation caused by abnormal DNA ***,Tet3,traditionally considered less critical for m ESCs due to its lower expression level,had a significant impact on the global hydroxymethylation,gene expression,and differentiation potential of ***,there were common regulatory regions between Tet1 and Tet3 in pluripotency *** summary,our study provides a more accurate reference for the functional mechanism of Tet hydroxymethylase activity in mouse development and ESC pluripotency regulation.

plastic instability,including both the discontinuous yielding and stress serrations,has been frequently observed during the tensile deformation of medium-Mn steels(MMnS)and has been intensively studied in recent ***,research results are controversial,and no consensus has been achieved regarding the ***,we first summarize all the possible factors that affect the yielding and flow stress serrations in MMnS,including the morphology and stability of austenite,the feature of the phase interface,and the deformation ***,we propose a universal mechanism to explain the conflicting experimental *** conclude that the discontinuous yielding can be attributed to the lack of mobile dislocation before deformation and the rapid dislocation multiplication at the beginning of plastic ***,the results show that the stress serrations are formed due to the pinning and depinning between dislocations and interstitial atoms in ***-induced martensitic transformation,influenced by the mechanical stability of austenite grain and deformation parameters,should not be the intrinsic cause of plastic ***,it can intensify or weaken the discontinuous yielding and the stress serrations by affecting the mobility and density of dislocations,as well as the interaction between the interstitial atoms and dislocations in austenite grains.
