Recently, Worobey et al.(2022) published a report entitled ‘The Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market in Wuhan was the early epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic’ that succinctly summarizes their study [1]. A pre-print version of this study had earlier elicited a series of highprofile media coverages [2,3]. All these reports deliver a social-political message that the Huanan market is the epicenter of COVID-19.

Objective:As a popular complementary therapy,the safety of acupuncture must be *** case reports of adverse events(ACR-AEs)significantly contribute to the assessment of acupuncture ***,the reporting quality of ACR-AEs remains *** aimed to promote the application of the CARE(case report)guidelines and improve the reporting quality of ***:We systematically searched for ACR-AE from six databases:Medline,Embase,Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System,china National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data,and VIP,and collected published ACR-AEs from January 1,2016,to December 31,*** included only case reports of adverse events related to acupuncture *** retrieved case reports were screened and filtered by two reviewers ***,basic information extraction and CARE evaluation of the included ACR-AEs ***:A total of 56 ACR-AE were included,15 of which were from *** top two major diseases were nervous system diseases(28.6%)and infections(21.4%).For all ACR-AEs,seven of 30 CARE subordinate items were reported in 30%or less,seven items were reported in 30-60%,and only five items got reporting proportion over 90%.In Chinese ACR-AE,only three items,"the main concerns and symptoms of the patient(5b)","types of intervention(9a)"and"adverse and unanticipated events(1od)"were sufficiently *** English ACR-AE,item"the main concerns and symptoms of the patient(5b)"and item"the primary takeaway lessons(11d)"were also generally ***:Overall,the reporting quality of ACR-AE was unsatisfactory,and we believe that a special reporting guideline for clinical cases targeted at acupuncture should be extended in future studies.

目的:对维持性血液透析病人电子健康素养现状进行调查,并分析其影响因素。方法:2019年3-10月采用便利抽样抽取安徽省20家三甲医院符合纳入标准的维持性血液透析病人399例,采用一般资料问卷、电子健康素养量表、慢性病自我效能量表、血液透析病人自我管理行为量表对病人进行调查。采用单因素分析、Pearson相关分析及多元线性回归分析维持性血液透析病人电子健康素养的影响因素。结果:399例维持性血液透析病人中,电子健康素养得分为(22.05±7.24)分,67例病人得分>32分,合格率16.8%。性别、是否患有高血压、透析时是否上网查阅血液透析相关知识、透析时间4个因素对维持性血液透析病人电子健康素养的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05~P<0.01);Pearson相关分析表明,维持性血液透析病人电子健康素养得分与自我管理行为、慢性疾病自我效能得分之间呈正相关关系(r=0.452、0.146,P<0.01);多元线性回归分析结果表明,透析时上网查阅血液透析相关知识和男性电子健康素养评分较高(P<0.01),透析时间与维持性血液透析中病人电子健康素养评分呈正相关(B=0.804,P<0.01)。结论:维持性血液透析病人的电子健康素养水平相对较低,透析时上网查阅血液透析相关知识、性别、透析时间、慢性疾病自我效能、血液透析病人的自我管理行为均是维持性血液透析病人的电子健康素养水平的重要影响因素。

Fast radio bursts(FRBs) are highly dispersed millisecond-duration radio bursts,[1,2]of which the physical origin is still not fully understood. FRB 20201124A is one of the most actively repeating FRBs. In this paper, we present the collection of 1863 burst dynamic spectra of FRB 20201124A measured with the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST). The current collection, taken from the observation during the FRB active phase from April to June 2021, is the largest burst sample detected for any FRB so far. The standard PSRFITs format is adopted, including dynamic spectra of the burst, and the time information of the dynamic spectra, in addition, mask files help readers to identify the pulse positions are also provided. The dataset is available in science Data Bank, with the link https://***/10.57760/sciencedb.j00113.00076.
