The Assessment and Utilization of Straw resources in china

The study was undertaken to evaluate the collectable and usable volume of existing straw resources, its suitability for different ways of utilization and fully reorganization of its development potential in china. Based on the results on the stubble heights of major crops in the Huang-Huai-Hai area （the area along the Yellow river, Huai river, and Hai river）, the evaluation of the collectable and usable coefficients, and the collectable and usable volumes of various straw resources in china were worked out during 2005. The respective collectable and usable volumes of straw resources were worked out on the basis of suitability as fuel, feed, fertilizer, and base material for edible mushrooms. The total collectable and utilizable quantity of straw in china was 685 950 000 t, and the mean collection coefficient was 0.81 during 2005. The quantity of straw residue and wasted straw accounted for 19%. The collectable and utilizable quantities of grain, cash crop, and other crop straw were 492 310 000, 162 610 000, and 31 030 000 t which accounted for 71.77, 23.71, and 4.52%, respectively of the total collectable and utilizable quantity of straw. The quantity of straw which could be used as fuel was 635 000 000 t, which accounted for 92.63% of total quantity of the straw in the country during 2005. Among the total quantity of collectable and utilizable straw in china during 2005, the quantities of straw suitable and unsuitable for being processed as feedstuff were 587 640 000 and 98 310 000 t, which accounted for 85.67 and 14.33%, respectively. The quantity of straw residue returned to the field and collectable and utilizable straw for direct field restoration was 616 000 000 t, which accounted for about three-fourths of the total straw yield, while the quantity of straw for cultivation of edible mushrooms and industrial processing was about 587 000 000 t, which accounted for more than 85% of the total collectable and utilizable straw. 研究紫云英-水稻制度下,稻秸还田和硝化抑制剂对水稻生长和镉(Cd)吸收的影响,为湖南双季稻田基于绿肥的稻米安全生产措施提供理论支撑。池栽微区试验设4个处理:紫云英(GM)、紫云英+化肥(GF)、紫云英+稻秸+化肥(GrF)、紫云英+稻秸+化肥+硝化抑制剂(GrFD)。分析了不同措施下的水稻产量与养分积累、稻米Cd吸收、土壤肥力及土壤Cd有效性和形态。相比GrF处理,GrFD处理早稻籽粒和稻秸产量分别增加7.0%和12.2%。GrFD处理下,早稻籽粒氮、磷、钾养分累积量较GrF处理分别增加5.5%、10.1%、6.8%。GF、GrF、GrFD处理早稻籽粒Cd含量较GM处理分别降低64.8%、67.3%、66.8%。GrFD处理早稻可溶性有机碳和可溶性有机氮含量,相比GrF处理分别降低41.2%和8.0%。GrFD处理早稻和晚稻土壤有效态Cd含量,相比GrF处理分别降低70.9%和66.0%,相比GF处理分别降低80.2%和61.4%;GrFD处理晚稻土壤可氧化态Cd含量相比GrF处理增加了52.6%,表明紫云英-稻秸-硝化抑制剂联合利用通过将土壤Cd转变为难以被水稻吸收的形态而降低其有效性。随机森林与相关性表明,早、晚稻速效钾与有效磷在限制水稻吸收Cd中均起到了关键作用。在紫云英-稻秸联合还田条件下,配施硝化抑制剂可提高水稻产量、促进水稻养分吸收,同时通过增加土壤速效钾和有效磷含量,进而减少水稻对Cd的吸收。

The effects of co-utilizing green manure and rice straw on soil aggregates and soil carbon stability in a paddy soil in southern china

The co-utilization of green manure (GM) and rice straw (rS) in paddy fields has been widely applied as an effective practice in southern ***,its effects on soil aggregate and soil organic carbon (SOC) stability remain *** the present study,the effect of GM,rS,and co-utilization of GM and rS on particle size distribution of soil aggregates and SOC density fractions were measured in a field *** experiment included six treatments,i.e.,winter fallow (WF) without rS return (Ctrl),WF with 50%rS return (1/2rS),WF with 100%rS return (rS),GM without rS return (GM),GM with 50%rS return (GM1/2rS) and GM with 100%rS return (GMrS).The results showed that the proportion of small macro-aggregates (0.25–2 mm) and the mean weight diameter (MWD) of aggregates in the GMrS treatment was greater (by 18.9 and 3.41%,respectively) than in the rS treatment,while the proportion of silt+clay particles (r (by 14.4%).The concentration of SOC in microaggregates (0.053–0.25 mm)and silt+clay particles was higher in the GMrS treatment than in GM and rS treatments *** concentration and proportion of free light organic carbon (fLOC) in aggregates of various particle sizes and bulk soil was greater in the GMrS treatment than the rS treatment,whereas the concentration and proportion of mineral-associated organic carbon in small macroaggregates,microaggregates,and bulk was lower in the GMrS treatment than in the rS *** proportion of intra-aggregate particulate organic carbon (ipOC) was greater in the GMrS treatment than in GM *** GMrS treatment had strong positive effects on ipOC in small macroaggregates,suggesting that SOC was transferred from fLOC to *** conclusion,co-utilizing green manure and rice straw cultivated the SOC pool by increasing the concentration of fLOC and improved soil carbon stability by promoting the sequestration of organic carbon in ipOC as a form of physical protection.

对沼肥不同处理方式的秸秆沼气集中供气系统进行能值分析,评价其生态经济性和可持续发展能力。以河北省沧州市青县耿官屯秸秆沼气集中供气工程为例,按照沼肥不同利用方式,设定为常规情景(情景1)、现实情景(情景2)和假设情景(情景3),进而对3种不同情景的沼气工程能值投入、产出及其能值评价指标进行比较分析。结果表明:情景1、情景2和情景3的能值产出率分别为1.0023、1.0020和1.0029,能值投资率分别为441.45、497.93和341.61,能值可持续发展指数分别为1.08、0.80和0.61;秸秆沼气工程在能源生产、农作物秸秆处理方面均具有一定生态经济效益;随着有机肥生产规模的扩大,工程对购买能值资源的依赖性加强,可持续性下降;系统的经济再生产特性不断加强,向高投入、高产出的方向发展。

Although taste is an important aspect of fruit quality, an understanding of its genetic control remains elusive in apple and other fruit crops. In this study, we conducted genomic sequence analysis of 497 Malus accessions and revealed erosion of genetic diversity caused by apple breeding and possible independent domestication events of dessert and cider apples. Signatures of selection for fruit acidity and size, but not for fruit sugar content, were detected during the processes of both domestication and improvement. Furthermore, we found that single mutations in major genes affecting fruit taste, including Ma1, MdTDT, and MdSOT2, dramatically decrease malate, citrate, and sorbitol accumulation, respectively, and correspond to important domestication events. Interestingly, Ma1 was identified to have pleiotropic effects on both organic acid content and sugar:acid ratio, suggesting that it plays a vital role in determining fruit taste. Fruit taste is unlikely to have been negatively affected by linkage drag associated with selection for larger fruit that resulted from the pyramiding of multiple genes with minor effects on fruit size. Collectively, our study provides new insights into the genetic basis of fruit quality and its evolutionary roadmap during apple domestication, pinpointing several candidate genes for genetic manipulation of fruit taste in apple.

干旱胁迫是限制玉米生长发育和产量形成的主要非生物胁迫因素之一。解析玉米响应干旱的分子机制、挖掘优异的耐旱基因资源,对玉米耐旱种质改良和品种培育具有重要的意义。本研究前期利用耐旱性极端差异的2个玉米自交系,开展了不同水分处理下叶片和根系的转录组测序,通过基因共表达网络分析获得了一个与玉米耐旱相关的重要节点调控基因Zmhdz6,该基因编码一个HD-Zip转录因子。在此基础上,本研究对Zmhdz6的功能进行进一步的研究。在玉米基因组中共有60个HD-Zip转录因子基因,分为4个亚家族;Zmhdz6属于第I亚家族,并与Zmhdz4的序列同源关系较近,Zmhdz4已被报道具有增强耐旱性的功能。干旱和ABA处理下的基因表达分析表明,Zmhdz6的表达受到干旱胁迫和外施ABA处理的诱导,在玉米的叶片和根系中均呈现上调表达。对耐旱性极端差异玉米自交系中Zmhdz6的编码区序列进行测序分析,发现编码区存在5个SNp变异位点,导致编码蛋白中3个氨基酸的差异,但是均不存在于HD或LZ结构域中。Zmhdz6的过表达转基因拟南芥具有显著增强的耐旱性,在干旱胁迫下的存活率高于野生型对照;此外Zmhdz6的过表达转基因拟南芥在正常水分处理下的植株大小显著低于野生型。因此,本研究的结果表明,Zmhdz6是一个重要且有潜力的耐旱基因资源,进一步创制干旱诱导表达Zmhdz6的转基因玉米并评估其育种利用价值,对玉米耐旱改良和分子育种具有重要的意义。

研究于2020-2021年使用Simrad EY60鱼探仪对鄱阳湖进行了秋季、春季和冬季共3次的水声学调查,并同步开展渔获物调查作为补充,分析鄱阳湖鱼类资源时空分布变化特征。结果表明:在季节分布上,鱼类目标强度和密度值都存在显著差异(p春季[(–52.10±4.59)dB]>秋季[(–52.71±9.95)dB],在鱼类密度上表现为冬季(54.61 ind./1000 m3)>秋季(46.10 ind./1000 m3)>春季(18.54 ind./1000 m3);在水平分布上,鱼类资源空间分布不均且不同湖区间有显著差异(p中层>表层,春季表现为表层>中层>底层。综合来看,鄱阳湖鱼类时空分布与鱼类的生活习性如产卵、育肥和越冬等因素密切相关。研究结果为从宏观空间尺度分析区域鱼类时空变动特征提供参考,也为鄱阳湖禁捕效果评估及生物完整性评价提供数据支撑。

刈割对草甸草原土壤微生物化学计量特征的影响

以内蒙古呼伦贝尔草甸草原作为研究对象,探讨土壤微生物化学计量特征在不同刈割频次处理下的变化规律,以期为草原资源的可持续利用提供理论依据。试验设有6个处理,对照区(CK)、1年1割(M1)、2年1割(M2)、3年1割(M3)、6年1割(M6)和12年1割(M12),每个刈割处理设置3个重复。2018年8月中旬在样地内随机设置3个样方,在样方内随机设置3个取样点,分别按0~10、10~20、20~30 cm土层进行均一采样,将土样按层次充分混合并带回实验室,采用氯仿熏蒸法对样品进行处理后,进行土壤微生物生物量碳(MBC)、氮(MBN)、磷(MBp)含量的测定。研究结果表明:刈割没有显著影响MBC、MBN、MBp含量及其化学计量比,表明刈割处理下微生物系统具有相对的稳定性。从6个处理的平均值整体来看,MBC、MBN、MBp含量以及微生物生物量C∶N、C∶p(MBC∶N、MBC∶p)随刈割间隔延长呈现先升高后下降的趋势,并在M2和M3处最高;本研究区各处理梯度MBC∶p平均值大于30,比值较高,微生物生物量N∶p(MBN∶p)低于全球平均水平(6.9或5.6)。由于刈割一般在生长季后期进行,对草原生态系的影响比传统刈割要小得多,因此对MBC、MBN、MBp含量及其化学计量比的影响不明显,但适当的刈割不仅利于微生物的繁殖和根系的生长,而且对草原生态系统生产力以及植被群落产生积极影响,进而影响草地生态系统的结构和功能,因此应进行适宜的刈割。

发展秸秆沼气工程可有效地减少农业温室气体排放,科学核算温室气体减排量为管理和监督温室气体排放状况提供数据支撑。该文以河北省沧州市耿官屯大型秸秆沼气集中供气工程为研究对象,参考和借鉴了自愿减排项目方法学、CDM方法学,构建了大型秸秆沼气集中供气工程温室气体减排计量方法,包括项目边界、基准线排放量、项目排放量、泄漏量、减排量5个方面,计算了2014年耿官屯大型秸秆沼气集中供气工程温室气体减排量。研究结果表明:项目基准排放量包括秸秆处理产生的温室气体排放、未建秸秆沼气工程情况下农村居民生活用能及农田施用化肥生产耗能产生的温室气体排放。项目排放量包括秸秆与沼肥运输过程耗能排放、工程运行过程耗能排放及沼气处理温室气体排放,项目泄漏量即沼气生产、储存、管网供气和利用过程中产生的因物理泄漏所造成的排放。2014年耿官屯大型秸秆沼气集中供气工程基准线CO2排放量为5 776.15 t,项目排放量为57.53 t,泄漏量为136.59 t,减排量为5 582.03 t,约相当于2 100 t标准煤CO2排放量,每消耗1 t(干质量)秸秆可净减排3.56 t,每利用1 m3沼气可净减排11.50 kg。同时,在工程设计、管道设计、工程管理、工艺技术改良升级等方面提出了提升大型秸秆沼气工程温室气体减排能力的策略。
