Strand displacement reaction is a crucial component in the assembly of diverse DNA-based nanodevices,with the toehold-mediated strand displacement reaction representing the prevailing ***,the single-stranded Watson-Crick sticky region that serves as the trigger for strand displacement can also cause leakage reactions by introducing crosstalk in complex DNA ***,we proposed the toeless and reversible DNA strand displacement reaction based on the Hoogsteen-bond triplex,which is compatible with most of the existing DNA *** demonstrated that our proposed reaction can occur at pH 5 and can be reversed at pH *** also observed an approximately linear relationship between the degree of reaction and pH within the range of pH 5-6,providing the potential for precise regulation of the ***,by altering the sequence orientation,we have demonstrated that our proposed reaction can be initiated or regulated through the same toeless mechanism without the requirement for protonation in low pH *** on the proposed reaction principle,we further constructed a variety of DNA nanodevices,including two types of DNA logic gates that rely on pH 5/pH 9 changes for initiating and reversing:the AND gate and the OR *** also successfully constructed a DNA Walker based on our proposed reaction modes,which can move along a given track after the introduction of a programmable DNA sequence and complete a cycle after 4 *** findings suggest that this innovative approach will have broad utility in the development of DNA circuits,molecular sensors,and other complex biological systems.

Wave propagation in horizontally layered media is a classical problem in seismic-wave *** semi-infinite space,a nondispersive Rayleigh wave mode exists,and the eigendisplacement decays exponentially with *** a layered model with increasing layer velocity,the phase velocity of the Rayleigh wave varies between the S-wave velocity of the bottom half-space and that of the classical Rayleigh wave propagated in a supposed half-space formed by the parameters of the top *** the phase velocity is the same as the P-or S-wave velocity of the layer,which is called the critical mode or critical phase velocity of surface waves,the general solution of the wave equation is not a homogeneous(expressed by trigonometric functions)or inhomogeneous(expressed by exponential functions)plane wave,but one whose amplitude changes linearly with depth(expressed by a linear function).Theories based on a general solution containing only trigonometric or exponential functions do not apply to the critical mode,owing to the singularity at the critical phase *** this study,based on the classical framework of generalized reflection and transmission coefficients,the propagation of surface waves in horizontally layered media was studied by introducing a solution for the linear function at the critical phase ***,the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of the critical mode can be calculated by solving a singular *** eigendisplacement characteristics associated with the critical phase velocity were investigated for different layered *** contrast to the normal mode,the eigendisplacement associated with the critical phase velocity exhibits different *** the phase velocity is equal to the S-wave velocity in the bottom half-space,the eigendisplacement remains constant with increasing depth.

采用旋转喷涂法在低温下成功制备出结晶完整、无杂相的Co铁氧体纳米薄膜,并研究了反应温度、平台转速等实验参数对铁氧体薄膜制备及性能的影响。分别采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、振动样品磁强计和原子吸收光谱仪来表征样品的形貌、晶体结构、宏观磁性以及薄膜成分。实验发现,反应温度控制在90℃以上时,薄膜生长的反应才能进行完全,且适宜的平台转速为150r/min。在该条件下得到成分为Co0.6Fe2.4O4纳米薄膜的饱和磁化强度接近370kA/m,矩形比接近0.6,垂直膜面的矫顽力约为215kA/m。

Digital watermarking technology plays an essential role in the work of anti-counterfeiting and ***,image watermarking algorithms are weak against hybrid attacks,especially geometric attacks,such as cropping attacks,rotation attacks,*** propose a robust blind image watermarking algorithm that combines stable interest points and deep learning networks to improve the robustness of the watermarking algorithm ***,to extract more sparse and stable interest points,we use the Superpoint algorithm for generation and design two steps to perform the screening *** first keep the points with the highest possibility in a given region to ensure the sparsity of the points and then filter the robust interest points by hybrid attacks to ensure high *** message is embedded in sub-blocks centered on stable interest points using a deep learning-based *** kinds of attacks and simulated noise are added to the adversarial training to guarantee the robustness of embedded *** use the ConvNext network for watermark extraction and determine the division threshold based on the decoded values of the unembedded *** extensive experimental results,we demonstrate that our proposed algorithm can improve the accuracy of the network in extracting information while ensuring high invisibility between the embedded image and the original cover *** with previous SOTA work reveals that our algorithm can achieve better visual and numerical results on hybrid and geometric attacks.

自2013年起中国空气质量虽改善,但华北平原(NCP)重污染仍存在且二次污染加剧,而人们对其成因和变化了解有限.本研究利用2018-2022年数据,借助CMAQ模型探讨此污染响应.结果显示,在2018-2022年间,PM_(2.5)浓度显著下降31%-37%,O_(3)和NO_(2)的年下降速率分别为1%和0.5%SIA和SOA也显著减少,每年分别减少9%和6%PM_(2.5)主要因排放减少而下降,而O_(3)则受气象影响而波动.硫酸盐和铵下降的主因是减排,而硝酸盐对气象变化敏感排放和气象变化对SOA的总体减少同样重要,但人为SOA对排放控制敏感生物SOA易受气象变化影响.研究强调了控制人为排放对缓解NCP地区夏季二次污染的重要性.

Surface modification of microporous bone scaffolds using nanoparticles has been broadly studied in bone tissue *** at improving vascularized bone regeneration(VBR),zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8)was encapsulated with dimethyloxallyl glycine(DMOG)and the drug-carrying nanoparticles(D@Z)could be uniformly coated onto the surface of the bone *** osteogenic and angiogenic actions of D@Z are closely correlated with the amount of slowly released DMOG,and in general,exhibited a favorable ***,the D7.5@Z group,which showed the greatest capacity to induce in vitro osteogenesis-angiogenesis coupling,was utilized for surface modification of the bone *** processes including phosphate-containing compound metabolic process,cell differentiation,cell proliferation and cell motility might contribute to enhanced ability to induce VBR by the coated scaffold and signaling pathways such as Rap1,Ras,phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K-AKT)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)signaling pathways participated in these ***,as depicted by in vitro real time-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),Western blot(WB)and in vivo cranial bone defect model,the microporous scaffold coated with nano-D7.5@Z greatly promoted *** conclude,nano-D@Z has significant promise for practical application in modification of microporous bone scaffolds to enhance VBR,and DMOG loading quantity has a beneficial influence on D@Z to improve osteogenesis-angiogenesis coupling.

In the current study,tea saponin,identified as the primary bioactive constituent in seed pomace of Camellia oleifera Abel.,was meticulously extracted and hydrolyzed to yield five known sapogenins:16-O-tiglogycamelliagnin B(a),camelliagnin A(b),16-O-angeloybarringtogenol C(c),theasapogenol E(d),theasapogenol F(e).Subsequent biotransformation of compound a facilitated the isolation of six novel metabolites(a1−a6).The anti-inflammatory potential of these compounds was assessed using pathogenassociated molecular patterns(PAMPs)and damage-associated molecular patterns molecules(DAMPs)-mediated cellular inflammation ***,compounds b and a2 demonstrated significant inhibitory effects on both lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and high-mobility group box 1(HMGB1)-induced inflammation,surpassing the efficacy of the standard anti-inflammatory agent,***,compounds d,a3,and a6 selectivity targeted endogenous HMGB1-induced inflammation,showcasing a pronounced *** results underscore the therapeutic promise of *** seed pomace-derived compounds as potent agents for the management of inflammatory diseases triggered by infections and tissue damage.

The high specific capacity and low negative electrochemical potential of lithium metal anodes(LMAs),may allow the energy density threshold of Li metal batteries(LMBs)to be pushed ***,the existing detrimental issues,such as dendritic growth and volume expansion,have hindered the practical implementation of *** three-dimensional frameworks(e.g.,copper and nickel foam),have been regarded as one of the fundamental strategies to reduce the local current density,aiming to extend the Sand'***,the local environment far from the skeleton is almost the same as the typical plane Li,due to macroporous space of metal ***,we built a double-layered 3D current collector of Li alloy anchored on the metal foam,with micropores interconnected macropores,via a viable thermal infiltration and cooling *** to the excellent electronic and ionic conductivity coupled with favorable lithiophilicity,the Li alloy can effectively reduce the nucleation barrier and enhance the Li^(+)transportation rate,while the metal foam can role as the primary promotor to enlarge the surface area and buffer the dimensional ***,the Li composite anode with hierarchical structure of primary and secondary scaffolds realized the even deposition behavior and minimum volume expansion,outputting preeminent prolonged cycling performances under high rate.

Recent studies indicated that vitamin A(VA)might be involved in the pathology of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).This cross-sectional study was conducted to explore the association between circulating VA level and T2DM.A total of 1818 subjects aged 50 years old and above were recruited from the *** logistic regression and restricted cubic spline(RCS)were applied to analyze the association of plasma VA level with the risk of *** VA and lipid-adjusted VA levels of T2DM patients were significantly higher than that of non-T2DM subjects(P<0.05).The ratios of plasma VA/total cholesterol(TC),VA/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c)and VA/low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c)were positively associated with the risk of T2DM in the aging population(P<0.05).Compared with the Q1 level,subjects with Q2 to Q3 levels of plasma VA/triglyceride(TG)have decreased risk of T2DM(odds ratio(OR)Q2=0.68,P_(Q2)=0.021;ORQ3=0.59,P_(Q3)<0.01).Our results indicated that the imbalance of circulating lipids and VA might affect the relationship between VA and *** middle and aging subjects with higher ratios of plasma VA/TC,VA/HDL-c,and VA/LDL-c displayed increased risk for T2DM,but the moderate ratio of VA/TG might protect against risk of T2DM.
