Abstract In this paper, we get the H^jek-R^nyi-type inequalities for a pairwise NQD sequence, an L^T （r 〉 1） mixingale and a linear process, which have the concrete coefficients. In addition, we obtain the strong law of large numbers, strong growth rate and the integrability of supremum for the above sequences, which generalize and improve Corollary 2 for L^T（r 〉 1） mixingale of Hansen.

In this paper, Kolmogorov-type inequality for negatively superadditive dependent （NSD） random variables is established. By using this inequality, we obtain the almost sure convergence for NSD sequences, which extends the corresponding results for independent sequences and negatively associated （NA） sequences. In addition, the strong stability for weighted sums of NSD random variables is studied.

In this paper, we obtain the hejek-Renyi-type inequality for a class of random variable sequences and give some applications for associated random variable sequences, strongly positive dependent stochastic sequences and martingale difference sequences which generalize and improve the results of Prakasa Rao and Soo published in Statist. Probab. Lett., 57（2002） and 78（2008）. Using this result, we get the integrability of supremum and the strong law of large numbers for a class of random variable sequences.

Objective: To summarize and critically assess the inhibitory effects of Chinese herbal medicine(CHM) on tumor volume and tumor weight for the treatment of osteosarcoma(OS) in mouse models. Methods:PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database(CNKI), Wanfang Database, VIP Database, and Chinese BioMedical(CBM) were searched since their inception dates to March10, 2016. Two reviewers independently selected the controlled studies estimating effects of CHM on mouse OS by administration in vivo. A pair-wise meta-analysis was performed. Twenty-five studies with adequate randomization were included in the systematic review. Results: CHM may signi?cantly inhibit OS growth in mice, as assessed using the tumor weight [20 studies, n=443; 290 for CHM and 153 for the control; pooled mean difference(MD)=–2.90; 95% confidence interval(CI): –3.50 to –2.31; Phe control; pooled MD =–2.57; 95% CI: –3.33 to –1.80; Phe growth of OS in mouse models,which might be supportive for the design of preclinical and clinical trials in future.

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)is the second most common liver *** remains the main therapeutic strategy for advanced ICC patients,but chemosensitivity varies ***,we applied cytometry by time-of-flight(CyTOF)to establish the immune profile of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)on the single-cell level at indicated time points before,during,and after *** immunofluorescence staining was applied to examine the spatial distribution of certain immune *** microarrays(TMAs)were used for prognostic evaluation.A total of 20 ICC patients treated with gemcitabine(GEM)were enrolled in our study,including eight cases with good response(R)and 12 cases with non-response(NR).Tremendous changes in PBMC composition,including an increased level of CD4/CD8 double-positive T cells(DPT),were observed after *** with higher level of CD4^(+)CD45RO^(+)CXCR3^(+)T cells before treatment had a favorable response to *** study identified a positive correlation between the percentage of T cell subpopulations and clinical response after chemotherapy,which suggests that it is practical to predict the potential response before treatment by evaluating the proportions of the cell population in PBMCs.

Swallowtail butterflies(Papilionidae)are a historically significant butterfly group due to their colorful wing patterns,extensive morphological diversity,and phylogenetically important position as a sister group to all other butterflies and have been widely studied regarding ecological adaption,phylogeny,genetics,and ***,they contain a unique class of pigments,i.e.,papiliochromes,which contribute to their color diversity and various biological functions such as predator avoidance and mate *** date,however,the genomic and genetic basis of their color diversity and papiliochrome origin in a phylogenetic and evolutionary context remain largely ***,we obtained high-quality reference genomes of 11 swallowtail butterfly species covering all tribes of Papilioninae and Parnassiinae using long-read sequencing *** with previously published butterfly genomes,we obtained robust phylogenetic relationships among tribes,overcoming the challenges of incomplete lineage sorting(ILS)and gene *** genomic analyses indicated that the evolution of Papilionidae-specific conserved non-exonic elements(PSCNEs)and transcription factor binding sites(TFBSs)of patterning and transporter/cofactor genes,together with the rapid evolution of transporters/cofactors,likely promoted the origin and evolution of *** findings not only provide novel insights into the genomic basis of color diversity,especially papiliochrome origin in swallowtail butterflies,but also provide important data resources for exploring the evolution,ecology,and conservation of butterflies.
