Tumor microenvironment(TME)-activatable probes have been proven to effectively increase signal-tobackground ratios(SBRs)and improve the success rate of complete tumor ***,many fluorescence probes have to be loaded into a nanocarrier for tumor targeted delivery,which consequently encounters poor drug loading,heterogeneous composition and non-encapsulated drug aggregates occurred during nanoformulation ***,a nitroreductase(NTR)-activated“OFF-ON”near-infrared fluorescence nanoprobe,named Nano Bodipy,was synthesized by the spontaneous self-assembling of NTRresponsive dye-polyethylene glycol(PEG)amphiphilic polymer in *** NTR-responsive dye acted as the hydrophobic segment in the amphiphilic polymer,yielding a homogeneous composition and a high loading of 12.2.wt%(according to calculation)in the synthesized Nano *** synthesized Nano Bodipy can efficiently accumulate in tumors via the enhanced permeability and retention(EPR)effect,enabling non-invasive tumor-targeted fluorescence imaging and guiding complete tumor *** the synthesized Nano Bodipy entered the tumor cells,they dissociated and were activated by overexpressed *** the real-time fluorescence guide of Nano Bodipy,complete tumor resection surgery was performed successfully.

In this study,a hybrid model,the convolutional neural network-support vector regression model,was adopted to achieve prediction of the NO_(2.profile in nanjing from January 2.19to March *** the sudden decline in NO_(2.in February 2.2.,the contribution of the Coronavirus Disease-19(COVID-19)lockdown,chinese New Year(CNY),and meteorologi cal conditions to the reduction of NO_(2.was ***_(2.vertical column densities(VCDs) from January to March 2.2. decreased by 59.05%and 32.81%,relative to the same period in 2.19 and 2.2.,*** the period of 2.2. COVID-19,the average NO_(2.VCDs were 50.50%and 2..96%lower than those during the pre-lockdown and post-lockdown pe riods,*** NO_(2.volume mi{2.g ratios(VMRs)during the 2.2. COVID-19 lock down significantly decreased below 400 *** NO_(2.VMRs under the different wind fields were significantly lower during the lockdown period than during the pre-lockdown period This phenomenon could be attributed to the 2.2. COVID-19 *** NO_(2.VMRs be fore and after the CNY were significantly lower in 2.2. than in 2.19 and 2.2. in the same period,which further proves that the decrease in NO_(2.in February 2.2. was attributed to the COVID-19 *** source analysis of an NO_(2.pollution episode during the lockdown period showed that the polluted air mass in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei was trans ported southwards under the action of the north wind,and the subsequent unfavorable meteorological conditions(local wind speed of2.0 m/sec)resulted in the accumulation o pollutants.

Although there are many reports of fossil Ephedraceae,whole plant fossil record remains *** to a lack of trust on partially preserved fossil materials,scholars working on molecular clock proposed a recent origin of Ephedra and cast doubt on the earlier origin time of *** better the understanding on this interesting group,here we report whole plants of Ephedra hongtaoi ***.(Ephedraceae,Gnetales) from the Yixian Formation (Early Cretaceous) in western Liaoning,*** whole plants of Ephedra demonstrate clearly the characters of Ephedra,including shrubby growth habit,decussate branching pattern,and terminal ovuliferous unit with micropylar *** whole-plant preservation of the fossils provides more convincing fossil evidence of Early Cretaceous Ephedra,helps to resolve the controversy over the origin time of Ephedra,and sheds light on the whole plant morphology,growth habit,ecology and evolution of Ephedraceae.

The strategic plan for the development of the unmanned chinese Lunar Exploration Program is characterized by three distinct stages: "orbiting around", "landing on" and "returning from" the Moon. The first chinese lunar probe, Chang'E-1, which was successfully launched on October 2.th, 2.07 at Xichang Satellite Launch Center, and guided to crash on the Moon on March 1st, 2.09, at 52.36°E, 1.50°S, in the north of Mare Fecunditatis, is the first step towards the "orbiting around" stage. The Chang'E-1 mission lasted 495 days, exceeding the expected life-span by about four months. A total of 1.37 TB raw data was received from Chang'E-1. It was then processed into 4 TB scientific data products at various levels. Many scientific results have been obtained by analyzing these data, including especially the "global lunar image from the first chinese lunar explora- tion mission". All scientific goals of Chang'E-1 have been achieved. It provides much useful materials for further advances of lunar sciences and planetary chemistry. Meanwhile, these results will serve as a firm basis for future chinese lunar missions.

The Space Advanced Technology demonstration satellite(SATech-01),a mission for low-cost space science and new technology experiments,organized by chinese academy of sciences(CAS),was successfully launched into a Sun-synchronous orbit at an altitude of~500 km on July 2.,2.2.,from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch *** as an experimental platform for space science exploration and the demonstration of advanced common technologies in orbit,SATech-01 is equipped with 16 experimental payloads,including the solar upper transition region imager(SUTRI),the lobster eye imager for astronomy(LEIA),the high energy burst searcher(HEBS),and a High Precision Magnetic Field Measurement System based on a CPT Magnetometer(CPT).It also incorporates an imager with freeform optics,an integrated thermal imaging sensor,and a multi-functional integrated imager,*** paper provides an overview of SATech-01,including a technical description of the satellite and its scientific payloads,along with their on-orbit performance.

Lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs) have already developed into one of the most promising new-generation high-energy density electrochemical energy storage systems with outstanding features including high-energy density, low cost, and environmental friendliness. However, the development and commercialization path of LSBs still presents significant limitations and challenges, particularly the notorious shuttle effect triggered by soluble longchain lithium polysulfides(LiPSs), which inevitably leads to low utilization of cathode active sulfur and high battery capacity degradation, short cycle life, etc. Substantial research efforts have been conducted to develop various sulfur host materials capable of effectively restricting the shuttle effect. This review firstly introduces the fundamental electrochemical aspects of LSBs, followed by a comprehensive analysis of the mechanism underlying the shuttle effect in Li–S batteries and its profound influence on various battery components as well as the overall battery performance. Subsequently, recent advances and strategies are systematically reviewed, including physical confinement, chemisorption, and catalytic conversion of sulfur hosts for restricting LiPSs shuttle effects. The interplay mechanisms of sulfur hosts and LiPSs are discussed in detail and the structural advantages of different host materials are highlighted. Furthermore, key insights for the rational design of advanced host materials for LSBs are provided, and the upcoming challenges and the prospects for sulfur host materials in lithium-sulfur batteries are also explored.

现代武器装备单平台集成的各频段雷达、通信等无线电设备数量越来越多,且发射信号均向高功率、超宽带等方向发展,使得雷达与其他设备之间的发射频谱交叠严重,进而导致不同设备之间存在严重的电磁干扰问题。文中针对不同无线电设备收发信号之间的电磁干扰问题进行了分析,重点讨论了数字T/R组件脉冲发射带外频谱分量的产生机理和改善方法,提出了针对性的频谱控制措施,并在某雷达数字T/R组件上开展了试验验证,证明了该频谱控制方法的有效性。

Although both protein arginine methylation(PRMT)and jasmonate(JA)signaling are crucial for regulating plant development,the relationship between these processes in the control of spikelet development remains *** this study,we used the CRISPR/Cas9 technology to generate two OsPRMT6a loss-of-function mutants that exhibit various abnormal spikelet ***,we found that OsPRMT6a can methylate arginine residues in JA signal repressors OsJAZ1 and *** showed that arginine methylation of OsJAZ1 enhances the binding affinity of OsJAZ1 with the JA receptors OsCOI1a and OsCOI1b in the presence of JAs,thereby promoting the ubiquitination of OsJAZ1 by the SCF^(OsCOI1a/OsCOI1b) complex and degradation via the 2.S *** process ultimately releases OsMYC2.a core transcriptional regulator in the JA signaling pathway,to activate or repress JA-responsive genes,thereby maintaining normal plant(spikelet)***,in the osprmt6a-1 mutant,reduced arginine methylation of OsJAZ1 impaires the interaction between OsJAZ1 and OsCOI1a/OsCOI1b in the presence of *** a result,OsJAZ1 proteins become more stable,repressing JA responses,thus causing the formation of abnormal spikelet ***,we discovered that JA signaling reduces the OsPRMT6a mRNA level in an OsMYC2.dependent manner,thereby establishing a negative feedback loop to balance JA *** further found that OsPRMT6a-mediated arginine methylation of OsJAZ1 likely serves as a switch to tune JA signaling to maintain normal spikelet development under harsh environmental conditions such as high ***,our study establishes a direct molecular link between arginine methylation and JA signaling in rice.
