The space-borne fluxgate magnetometer(FGM)requires regular in-flight calibration to obtain its zero offset.Recently,wang GQ and Pan ZH(2021a)developed a new method for the zero offset calibration based on the properties of Alfvén waves.They found that an optimal offset line(OOL)exists in the offset cube for a pure Alfvén wave and that the zero offset can be determined by the intersection of at least two nonparallel OOLs.Because no pure Alfvén waves exist in the interplanetary magnetic field,calculation of the zero offset relies on the selection of highly Alfvénic fluctuation events.Here,we propose an automatic procedure to find highly Alfvénic fluctuations in the solar wind and calculate the zero offset.This procedure includes three parts:(1)selecting potential Alfvénic fluctuation events,(2)obtaining the OOL,and(3)determining the zero offset.We tested our automatic procedure by applying it to the magnetic field data measured by the FGM onboard the Venus Express.The tests revealed that our automatic procedure was able to achieve results as good as those determined by the Davis-Smith method.One advantage of our procedure is that the selection criteria and the process for selecting the highly Alfvénic fluctuation events are simpler.Our automatic procedure could also be applied to find fluctuation events for the Davis-Smith method.

Theoretical Study on the Kinetics for the Reactions of Heptyl Radicals with Methanol

Ab initio study of the reactions ofn-heptyl radicals（1-C7H15, 2-C7H15, 3-C7H15, and 4-C7H15） with metha- nol was conducted over the temperature range of 300--1500 K. Transition states for the reaction channels producing CTH15OH, CH3, C7H15OCH3, H, C7H16, CH2OH and CH30 were identified and the geometries of all stationary points were calculated at BB1K/MG3S level of theory. The potential barrier heights of the corresponding transition states were predicted by the CBS-QB3//BB1K and G4//BB1K methods, indicating that the eight H-abstraction channels are more kinetically favorable than the channels where OH transfers from CH3OH to C7H15 and where the CTHIsOCH3＋H products are given. Tile rate constants of H-abstraction channels were calculated with TST and TST/Eck. Both the forward and reverse rate constants have positive temperature dependence and the ttmneling effect is only important at the temperature lower than 700 K. For the reactions of H-atom abstraction from methyl in CH3OH by n-heptyl, a reverse and the corresponding forward rate constant are roughly equal. For the reactions of H-atom abstraction from OH in CH3OH by n-heptyl, a reverse rate constant is larger by several orders of magnitude thin1 the corresponding forward one.

As compared to conventional diesel heavy-duty vehicles,natural gas vehicles have been proved to be more eco-friendly due to their lower production of greenhouse gas and pollu-tant emissions,which are causing enormous adverse effects on global warming and air pol-lution.However,natural gas vehicles were rarely studied before,especially through on-road measurements.In this study,a portable emission measurement system(PEMS)was em-ployed to investigate the real-world emissions of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))(nitrogen monoxide(NO),nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2))),total hydrocarbons(THC),carbon monoxide(CO),and carbon dioxide(CO_(2))from two liquified natural gas(LNG)China V heavy-duty cleaning sanitation trucks with different weight.Associated with the more aggressive driving behaviors,the ve-hicle with lower weight exhibited higher CO_(2)(3%)but lower NO_(x)(48.3%)(NO_(2)(78.2%)and NO(29.4%)),CO(44.8%),and THC(3.7%)emission factors.Aggressive driving behaviors were also favorable to the production of THC,especially those in the medium-speed range but sig-nificantly negative to the production of CO and NO_(2),especially those in the low-speed range with high engine load.In particular,the emission rate ratio of NO_(2)/NO decreased with the increase of speed/scaled tractive power in different speed ranges.

Due to the complex natures of dietary food components,it is difficult to elucidate how the compounds affect host health.Dietary food often selectively presents its mechanism of action on different cell types,and participates in the modulation of targeted cells and their microenvironments within organs.However,the limitations of traditional in vitro assays or in vivo animal experiments cannot comprehensively examine cellular heterogeneity and the tissue-biased influences.Single-cell RNA sequencing(sc RNA-seq)has emerged as an indispensable methodology to decompose tissues into different cell types for the demonstration of transcriptional profiles of individual cells.Sc RNA-seq applications has been summarized on three typical organs(brain,liver,kidney),and two representative immune-and tumor related health problems.The everincreasing role of sc RNA-seq in dietary food research with further improvement can provide sub-cellular information and the coupling between other cellular modalities.In this review,we propose utilizing sc RNAseq to more effectively capture the subtle and complex effects of food chemicals,and how they may lead to health problems at single-cell resolution.This novel technique will be valuable to elucidate the underlying mechanism of both the health benefits of food nutrients and the detrimental consequences food toxicants at the cellular level.

Since 2014,PPP policy has been promoted rapidly in China.Based on the theory of policy innovation diffusion,this paper explores the formation mechanism of PPP spatial disequilibrium at the micro level using Chinese municipal-level panel data from 2014 to 2019.According to the research,the innovation diffusion of China’s PPP policy at the local-government level exhibits R-shaped non-progressive characteristics and is influenced by both internal and external factors.On the internal side,the debt pressure of local governments is an important determinant with an inverted U-shaped influence on PPP policy.On the external side,imitation and competition among neighboring local governments are the main external determinants.This spatial strategic interaction occurs not only in same-province regions with close proximity and similar economic development but also in different-province regions with close proximity.The above studies offer certain insights into optimizing the spatial distribution pattern of PPP and guarding against fiscal risks.

Over the past two years, India's Modi government has demonstrated the following features: focusing on the goals of becoming a great power and shaping India's South Asian dominance, expanding the scope of diplomatic strategy, emphasizing the role of soft power and focusing on self-development as well as external environment. Modi's great power strategy is deeply influenced by the Indian realistic international political outlook and, to a certain extent, reflects the governing philosophy of the Bharatiya Janata Party. The great power strategy is Modi's governing foundation and governing style, embedding Modi distinctive personal style. Under the influence of the great power strategy, China and India have increased their economic cooperation scope, widening the forms of public diplomacy, with an obvious geopolitical collision; India is taking more measures to check China.

Cross-scale Correlation of Macro-micro Evaluation Indexes for Asphalt Binder

In order to further study the reliability of macro evaluation indexes,molecular dynamics (MD) was applied to the evaluation of asphalt binder.Micro evaluation indexes (potential energy,surface free energy,solubility parameter and diffusion coefficient) of asphalt binder in different service phases (virgin,modified,aged and rejuvenated) were simulated.Combined with the variation characteristics of asphalt binder macro evaluation indexes (permeability,ductility,viscosity and softening point) in different service phases,the cross-scale correlation of macro-micro evaluation indexes was explored.The results show that the macro and micro evaluation indexes of asphalt binder have different characteristics in different service phases.The essence of the variation in the properties of asphalt binders is the difference in micro composition.In addition,there is a certain correlation between macro and micro evaluation indexes,which can be described by the gray relation theory.The cross-scale correlation of macro-micro evaluation indexes can provide a certain theoretical basis for the development of asphalt binder.

Pancreatic cancer(PC)is an aggressive malignant tumor with low rate of surgical resection and poor prognosis.Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)is a cytokine that has both protumor and antitumor activities,depending on tumor microenvironment.The interaction be-tween TGF-β signaling and the tumor microenvironment in PC is complex.Here,we reviewed the role of TGF-β in the tumor microenvironment of PC,highlighting producers of TGF-β and TGF-β responders in the tumor microenvironment of PC.
