As a hydrolase,chymotrypsin(CHT)is involved in many physiological activities,and its abnormal activity is closely related to diabetes,pancreatic fibrosis,chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic *** this work,an innovative long-wavelength emission fluorescent probe TCF-CHT was designed and synthesized for the high specificity detection of CHT,which utilized TCF-OH and a mimetic peptide substrate 4-bromobutyryl as chromogenic group and recognition group,***-CHT exhibited excellent selectivity and eye-catching sensitivity(8.91 ng/m L)towards CHT,“off-on”long-wavelength emission at 670 nm and large Stokes shift(140 nm).Furthermore,the successful fulfillment and perfect performance in imaging endogenous CHT in complex organisms(P815 cells,HepG2 cells,zebrafish and tumor-bearing mice)verified its potential as a powerful tool for the recognition of CHT in complicated biological environments.

1 Research significance and study area geochemistry of organic matter in metallic ore deposits and the role of organic matter in metallogenesisare the hot subjects of research in the field of ore deposits and also a weak link in this field. Widespreadin the areas of Tongren, Danzhai, etc. in eastern Guizhou (simplified as southeastern Guizhou or Qiandongnan below) are large-sized Hg (dominant), Sb, and Au deposits, while in the areas of Qinglong,Xingren, Zhenfeng, Anlong, etc. In southwestern Guizhou (simplified as southwestern Guizhou orQianxinan below) are a number of large-sized and extremely large-sized microfine disseminated gold deposits and Sb and Hg deposits. Studies have shown that their ore-forming temperatures are estimated al<150℃ for Hg deposits, about 180℃ for Sb deposits and<200℃ for most Au deposits, respectively, allof them belonging to the typical low-temperature deposits. THE Kangdian region is a middle Proterozoic continental rift basin that extends between longitudes 101°3.’and 103.20’. There are a series of sedimentary strata, named Xiaoqingshan Formation, Yinmin Forma- tion, and Luoxue Formation. The strata were metamorphosed and deformed in Jinning tectonic event between approximately 850 and 750 Ma. There are many lode-copper deposits in the Kangdian region. Xiaoqingshan is a typical one among of them. The orebodies of the deposit occurs in veins and the hostrocks of the deposit are sericite-phyllite and sericite-slate. The deposit is characterized by large-scale pervasive sodium metasomatism （PSM）. It has been identified that albite replaced sericite and chlorite of the original rocks during the *** a result, the pelites were transformed into albitolite, which consists of albite totally. Pb, Hg and Cd will affect human health by vegetative chain. In recent years, people more and more are concerned about heavy metal pollution of the soil-plant system. Many researchers studied the effect of single heavy metal on growth, photosynthesis, respiration and quality of plants, but few systematicstudies of the effect of heavy metals on the scavenging system of activated oxygen of plants. Impedance spectra of hot, dry gabbro at high temperature and pressure

Impedance spectra of hot, dry gabbro have been studied at 1.0 - 2.0GPa and 593.1173.*** experimental results indicate that complex impedance depends on frequency of altering current. Impedance arcs representing grain interiors and grain boundaries conduction mechanism are displayed in the complex impedance plane. The impedance arc corresponding to grain interiors occurs over the range of 102-105 Hz, and the impedance arc corresponding to grain boundaries occurs over the range of 12 - 102 Hz. Each element of e-quivalent circuit corresponding to grain interiors is fit for complex nonlinear least square program. When garnet occurs in gabbro, the electrical conductivity of gabbro abruptly changes.

Volcanic rocks in the study area, including dacite, trachyandesite and mugearite, belong to the intermediate-acid, high-K calc-alkaline series, and possess the characteristics of adakite. The geochemistry of the rocks shows that the rocks are characterized by SiO2>59%, enrichment in A12O3.15.09-15.64%) and Na2O (>3.6%), high Sr (649-885 μg/g) and Sc, low Y contents (25, Sr/Y>40, MgO3. (Mg3.), weak Eu anomaly (Eu/Eu=0.84-0.94), and lack of the high field strength elements (HFSE) (Nb, Ta, Ti, etc.). The Nd and Sr isotope data (87Sr/86Sr=0.7062-0.7079, 143.d/144Nd=0.51166-0.51253. εNd= -18.61-0.02), show that the magma resulted from partial melting (10%-40%) of newly underplated basaltic lower crust under high pressure (1-4 GPa), and the petrogenesis is obviously affected by the crust’s assimilation and fractional crystallization (AFC). This research will give an insight into the uplift mechanism of the Tibetan plateau.

Proposal and prospects for the global Lower-Middle Cambrian boundary

In recent years paleontologists have been working on the global stratotype section and standard point (GSSP) for the Lower Middle Cambrian boundary in North America, China, Morocco, Spain and Russia. Continually, they suggest the potential first appearance datum (FAD) of the Middle Cambrian, such as Oryctocephalus indicus, Ovatoryctocara granulata, Acadoparadoxides mureroensis, Hupeolenus and Arthricocephalus chauveaui as being relevant to the potential stratotype section for the Lower Middle Cambrian boundary. There are only a few trilobites distributed widely enough in the Early to Middle Cambrian connection, so virtually no trilobite(s) can act as the FAD for the global Middle Cambrian. The easily identified Oryctocephalus indicus is widely distributed in three realms of the global Cambrian. Its first appearance position is linked to the extinction of old species coevolution of new ones. It appears to be a comparatively good FAD of Middle Cambrian. The continuous and unbroken Wuliu section (Balang, Taijiang County, Guizhou Province, China) includes O. indicus and co occurs with many benthic and nektonic trilobites. The evolution of acritarchs in the section, the changed characteristics of trace elements (REE and C isotopes) are generally consistent with the evolution of trilobites both above and below the boundary. Strata above the boundary yield the famous Kaili Biota. The Wuliu section is easily accessible from a main highway.

The strategic plan for the development of the unmanned chinese Lunar Exploration Program is characterized by three distinct stages: "orbiting around", "landing on" and "returning from" the Moon. The first chinese lunar probe, Chang'E-1, which was successfully launched on October 24th, 2007 at Xichang Satellite Launch Center, and guided to crash on the Moon on March 1st, 2009, at 52.3.°E, 1.50°S, in the north of Mare Fecunditatis, is the first step towards the "orbiting around" stage. The Chang'E-1 mission lasted 495 days, exceeding the expected life-span by about four months. A total of 1.3. TB raw data was received from Chang'E-1. It was then processed into 4 TB scientific data products at various levels. Many scientific results have been obtained by analyzing these data, including especially the "global lunar image from the first chinese lunar explora- tion mission". All scientific goals of Chang'E-1 have been achieved. It provides much useful materials for further advances of lunar {3. and planetary chemistry. Meanwhile, these results will serve as a firm basis for future chinese lunar missions.

Characteristics of rare earth elements in soils in Guizhou carbonate region

IN recent years, rare earth element (REE) being used in agriculture has gained greater progress and madeus reach some common views. The centent of REE (especially soluble REE) in soils has significantcorrelation with that of REE plant absorbed from soil. Therefore, it is very necessary to clarify contentvariation and background values of REE (especially soluble REE ) from the angles of relation of supplyand demand between soil and plants, for reasonably using REE and formulating relevant health standardin the region, avoiding excessive using REE and taking up soil environmental capacity of REE to result insoil or water-body polluted and sometime for researching rock weathering, soil-forming process and soilclassification in the region. This note deals with characteristics of content and distribution of REE andsoluble REE in soils of Guizhou carbonate region.
