对冷表面霜层生长过程进行了微观可视化研究,对结霜生长过程不同时期的霜晶演化特征进行了观测,同时从相变动力学的角度对冷表面霜层初始液滴成核过程进行了理论分析.试验研究发现,冷表面霜层生长阶段不同位置霜晶呈现不均匀生长,局部存在霜枝倒伏以及霜晶消融现象,且随着时间的推移,冷表面不同位置霜晶逐渐趋于均匀.研究结果表明,冷表面温度越低,湿空气中水蒸气过饱和度越大,相变驱动力越大,发生气液相变形成活化液核的可能性越大.霜晶体表面温度以及局部水蒸气分压力的联合效应是发生霜晶消融的根本原因.

Lipopolysaccharide-induced TNF-αfactor(LITAF),which participates in innateimmune response and regulates TNF-αtranscription,has been identified and characterized invarious *** a study to screen interacting cellular proteins with grass carp reovirus usingyeast two-hybrid system,a grass carp homologue of LITAF was identified to bind the NS26protein encoded by the S11 genomic fragment of Grass carp reovirus(GCRV).In this study,grasscarp LPS-induced TNF-αfactor gene(designated as CiLITAF)was cloned and sequenced fromthe cDNA library constructed for the yeast two-hybrid *** CiLITAF cDNA containedan open reading frame(ORF)of 483 bp encoding a polypeptide of 161 amino acids with anestimated molecular mass of 17.0 *** CIK cells infected with GCRV or treated with poly(I:C),transiently stimulated transcription of CiLITAF mRNA was noticed at 8 h post infection or poly(I:C)*** carp TNF-α(CiTNFα)transcriptional level was also transiently induced to ahigh level following the stimulation of CiLITAF in these in vitro *** vivo analysis furthershowed that,significantly up-regulated transcriptional expression of both CiLITAF and CiTNFαwere detected in the spleen tissue as early as 48 h post challenge with *** study thuscharacterized CiLITAF as an inducible gene responding to viral infection.

提出了一种基于电子产品编码(EPC)和自动身份识别(Auto-ID)的智能车间RFID标签有效识别方法。通过对智能车间中制造资源种类的详细划分,在EPC Global编码规范的基础上进一步细分类型和序列号两个自定义字段,得到了车间内部制造资源的RFID编码结构;根据在制品(WIP)的设计信息和生产数据形成工件制造逻辑,进而利用数据库技术实现制造资源信息在群属、空间、时间上的自动关联;最后对WIP的RFID标签和制造信息的自动关联进行了实验,以验证所提出的模型和方法的可行性及普遍性。

Bioinformatics Analysis of the Interaction between Coat Protein and Nuclear Shuttle Protein in <i>Babuvirus</i>

Protein and protein interactions play important roles in many biological processes and are responsible for carrying out the function of biological regulatory network in living organisms. Previous study indicated that Banana bunchy top virus (BBTV) coat protein (CP) interacted with BBTV nuclear shuttle protein (NSP). However, the protein and protein interaction and the binding affinity of CP and NSP in Babuvirus are remaining unclear. In this study, the CPs and NSPs proteins of BBTV, Abaca bunchy top virus (ABTV) and Cardamom bushy dwarf virus (CBDV) were used for bioinformatic analysis. The binding free energy and the dissociation constant of the possible interaction proteins were tested in PPA-Pred2, and the results confirmed CP interaction with NSP in Babuvirus. The study will help us to understand the interaction between viral protein and viral protein, and the pathogenesis mechanism of Babuvirus in host plants.

This registration study assessed clinical outcomes of TQ-B3525,the dual phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase(PI3K)α/δinhibitor,in relapsed and/or refractory follicular lymphoma(R/R FL).This phase II study(*** *** March 27,2020)comprised run-in stage and stage 2.R/R FL patients after≥2 lines therapies received oral 20 mg TQ-B3525 once daily in a 28-day cycle until intolerable toxicity or disease *** endpoint was independent review committee(IRC)-assessed objective response rate(ORR).Based on results(ORR,88.0%;duration of response[DOR],11.8 months;progression-free survival[PFS],12.0 months)in 25 patients at run-in stage,second stage study was initiated and included 82 patients for efficacy/safety *** received prior-line(median,3)therapies,with 56.1%refractory to previous last therapies;73.2%experienced POD24 at *** stage 2,ORR was 86.6%(71/82;95%CI,77.3-93.1%),with 28(34.2%)complete *** control rate was 95.1%due to 7(8.5%)stable *** time to response was 1.8 *** 71 responders,median DOR was not reached;18-month DOR rate was 51.6%.with median follow-up of 13.3 months,median PFS was 18.5(95%CI,10.2-not estimable)*** overall survival(OS)was not reached by cutoff date;24-month OS rate was estimated as 86.1%.Response rates and survival data were consistent across all *** 3 or higher treatment-related adverse events were observed in 63(76.8%)cases,with neutropenia(22.0%),hyperglycemia(19.5%),and diarrhea(13.4%)being ***-B3525 showed favorable efficacy and safety for R/R FL patients after≥2 lines prior therapies.

Clinical variations of serum levels of ferritin,folic acid and vitamin B_(12) in acute leukemia patients

Acute leukemia is one of the most common hematologic malignancies and its exact mechanism of development is unknown yet. In clinical, acute leukemia alw g12 acid are important components of blood cells ays In accompany with abnormal iron balance. Ferritin, folic acid and vitamin this study, we measured variations of serum levels of ferritin （SF）, folic and vitamin B^2 in the acute leukemia patients under different disease stages including first diagnosed stage complete remission （CR） stage and not remission （NR） or relapse stage. It demonstrated that serum SF levels in patients at the first diagnosed stage and NR or relapse stage were significantly higher than the CR stage in acute m leukemia （AML） patients and acute lymphoblastic leukemia （ALL） patients （P〈0.05）. The serum folic acid yelocy levels tic in patients at the first diagnosed stage and NR or relapse stage were significantly lower than the CR stage in AML patients and ALL patients （P〈0.001）. Whereas, serum vitamin B12 levels in AML patients were significantly higher at the first diagnosed stage and NR or relapse stage than the CR stage （P〈0.001）. And it was significantly higher in ALE patients at the NR or relapse stage than at the first diagnosed stage and CR stage （P〈0.05）. There are obvious variations of serum levels of SF, folic acid and vitamin and vitamin B12 and decreased levels B12 offo in acute leukemia patients under different stages. Increased serum levels of SF lic acid may correlate to the active degree of acute leukemia as well as tumor load
