Spatial analysis is a multidisciplinary field that involves multiple influential factors, variation and uncertainty, and modeling of geospatial data is a complex procedure affected by spatial context, mechanism and assumptions. In order to make spatial modeling easier, some scholars have suggested a lot of knowledge from exploratory data analysis (EDA), specification of the model, fitness and diagnosis of the model, to interpretation of the model. Also an amount of software has improved some functionalities of spatial analysis, e. g. EDA by the dynamic link (GeoDa) and robust statistical calculation (R). However, there are few programs for spatial analysis that can automatically deal with unstructured declarative issues and uncertainty in machine modeling using the domain knowledge. Under this context, this paper suggests a prototype support system for spatial analysis that can automatically use experience and knowledge from the experts to deal with complexity and uncertainty in modeling. The knowledge base component, as the major contribution of the system, in support of the expert system shell, codes and stores declarative modeling knowledge, e.g. spatial context, mechanisms and prior knowledge to deal with declarative issues during the modeling procedure. With the open architecture, the system integrates functionalities of other components, e.g. GIS’ visualization, DBMS, and robust calculation in an interactive environment. An application case of spatial sampling, design and implementation of spatial modeling with such a system is demonstrated.

A series of conjugated copolymers of 9,9-dioctylfluorene and symmetrical pyrazine unit (BY) were synthesized by Suzuki copolymerization and were used as novel light-emitting materials in *** energy transfer was observed in both thin film and *** with the lowest occupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy level of the polyfluorenes homopolymer (PFO),the lower LUMO energy levels of copolymers indicated that the introduction of the BY unit would be benefit to electron *** turn-on voltages of their single-layer electroluminescent (EL) devices (ITO/PEDOT/polymer/LiF/Al) were at 6.1-4.0 V,which were much lower than that of PFO (7.0 V).The maximum brightness,current efficiency,and external quantum efficiency of all PFBY copolymers were higher than those of the PFO *** single-layer device of PFBY5 was the best one in the copolymers,with a maximum brightness of 485 cd/m2.a current efficiency of 0.2. cd/A,and an external quantum efficiency of 0.10%.The introduction of PVK and TPBI for the multilayer device of PFBY5 increased the device efficiencies,which showed a maximum brightness of 3012.cd/m2.a maximum current efficiency of 1.81 cd/A,and an external quantum efficiency of 0.66%.

The reward-related effects of addictive drugs primarily act via the dopamine system, which also plays an important role in sensorimotor gating. The mesolimbic dopamine system is the common pathway of drug addiction and sensorimotor gating. However, the way in which addictive drugs affect sensorimotor gating is currently unclear. In previous studies, we examined the effects of morphine treatment on sensory gating in the hippocampus. The present study investigated the effects of morphine on sensorimotor gating in rats during chronic morphine treatment and withdrawal. Rats were examined during treatment with morphine for 10 successive days, followed by a withdrawal period. Acoustic startle responses to a single startle stimulus (115 dB SPL) and prepulse inhibition responses were recorded. The results showed that acoustic startle responses were attenuated during morphine treatment, but not during withdrawal. PPI was impaired in the last 2.morphine treatment days, but returned to a normal level during withdrawal.

Based on continuous three-year measurements (from 2.04 to 2.07) of eddy covariance and related environmental factors, environmental controls on variation in soil respiration (Rs) during non-growing season were explored in a maize agroecosystem in Northeast china. Our results indicated that during non-growing seasons, daily Rs was 1.08-4.08 g CO2.m-2.d-1, and the lowest occurred in late November. The average Rs of non-growing season was 456.06 ± 2..01 g CO2.m-2. accounting for 11% of the gross primary production (GPP) of the growing season. Additionally, at monthly scale, the lowest value of Rs appeared in January or February. From the beginning to the end of non-growing season, daily Rs tended to decrease first, and then increase to the highest. There was a significant quadratic curve relationship between Rs and soil temperature at 10 cm depth when soil temperature was more than 0°C (P2.7%-11.8%. Rs in non-growing season can account for 2..4% of Rs in growing season, indicating that it plays a critical role in assessing the carbon budget in maize agroecosystem, Northeast china.

THE Pingba soil profile developed on the bedrock Triassic dolomitite and morphologically located in uplandin karst terrain in Central Guizhou, china was proven to be in-situ dolomitite weathering pedogeneticproduct. Continuous sampling method was used for taking samples from man-made excavated pit fromthe Pingba profile. REE for samples was measured on ELEMENT ICP-MS in the institute of {2., CAS. The standard reference samples GSR-6 and GSS-1,4,7 were used to monitor the precisionof REE measurement. The measurement error was less than ≤10%. For PB-T1 sample, the coefficientof variation (CV) of three analytical run precision is: La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Ho, Er≤10%; Sm, Eu, Dy,Tm≤15%; Y, Lu, Gd, Tb≤2.%.

The invasion of cytotrophoblast cells into the maternal endometrium during embryonic implantation is very similar to the metastasis of carcinoma cells. However, the significant difference is that the former is a highly controlled process. In this report, the effects of integnn αvβ3 on the secretion of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) were compared between normal cytotrophoblast cells and chorio-carcinoma cells by RT-PCR, gelatin zymography and immunocytochemistry. The results reveal that both normal cytotrophobiast cells and choriocarcinoma cells can express integrin αvβ3. The secretion of MMPs in normal cytotrophoblast cells is up-regulated by anti-αvβ3 antibody, whereas, decreased in choriocarcmoma cells. It was suggested that αvβ3 can modulate the expression of MMPs in trophoblasts, and this action is carried out through distinct mechanisms in normal and carcinoma cytotrophoblast cells.

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF NOVEL BIPOLAR PPV-BASED COPOLYMER CONTAINING TRIAZOLE AND CARBAZOLE UNITS

Two new blue light-emitting PPV-based conjugated copolymers containing both an electron-withdrawing unit (triazole-TAZ) and electron-rich moieties (carbazole-CAR and bicarbazole-BCAR) were prepared by Wittig condensation polymerization between the triazole diphosphonium salt and the corresponding dialdehyde monomers. Their structures and properties were characterized by FT-IR, TGA, DSC, UV-Vis, PL spectroscopy and electrochemical measurements. The resulting copolymers are soluble in common organic solvents and thermally stable with a T-g of 147degreesC for TAZ-CAR-PPV and of 157degreesC for TAZ-BCAR-PPV. The maximum photoluminescence wavelengths of TAZ-CAR-PPV and TAZ-BCAR-PPV film appear at 460 nm and 480 nm, respectively. Cyclic voltammetry measurement demonstrates that TAZ-BCAR-PPV has good electrochemical reversibility, while TAZ-CAR-PPV exhibits the irreversible redox process. The triazole unit was found to be an effective pi-conjugation interrupter and can play the rigid spacer role in determining the emission colour of the resulting copolymer.

Fatigue lives for the smooth and notched specimens of 8090 Al-Li alloy jn the different ageing conditions have been studied. For the smooth samples of 8090 alloy the artificial ageing results in an increase in fatigue life in comparison with natural ageing. On the contrary, the notched specimens of 8090 alloy in the naturally aged condition show higher fatigue life than in the peak-aged. The exposure to either the peak-aged or naturally aged leads to superior fatigue properties of Al-Li alloy to the traditional high strength aluminum alloys of 7075 and 2.2., especially in the latter aged condition. In all ageing conditions, i,e. naturally, under-, peak- and over-aged, the peak-aged 8090 alloy displays the highest fatigue life and the over-aged material has a minimum value at the same stress amplitude. The difference in fatigue life is mainly attributable to the size and distribution of strengthening precipitates as well as the wide of precipitate free zones (PFZ's) along grain boundaries.

The condensates are generally characterized by high maturity,low concentration of steranes and ter-panes biomarkers and low content of non-hydrocarbon fraction. In this case commonly used steranes,terpanes and carbazoles parameters cannot be effectively applied in the reservoir-filling tracing. The hydrogen bond formed by sulfur atom in the dibenzothiophenes (DBTs) results in molecule adsorption and fractionation during oil migration in reservoir. Like carbazoles,total DBTs content decreases with the increasing of oil migration distance. Therefore,a new parameter——total DBTs content is proposed to be used to trace the oil migration orientation and filling pathway. In present study,total DBTs con-tents of condensates and light oils are obtained by adding internal standard——eight deuterium atoms substituted DBT during Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry analysis of aromatic fraction. Except for a few samples with much lower content of non-hydrocarbon fraction,the total DBTs content shows a fine positive correlation with that of carbazoles. Large errors can be caused in the process of pyrrolic nitrogen compounds separation. The application of this new parameter in the Fushan Depression of Beibu Gulf Basin,South china Sea indicates that this parameter is a reliable one to trace filling pathway in condensate reservoirs. Combined with other DBTs-related parameters,such as 4-/1-methydibenzo-thiophene and 2.4-/1,4-dimethyldibenzothiophene,oil migration orientation and filling pathway of the Fushan Depression was determined. The accumulations of Huachang oil field in the Fushan Depres-sion are mainly migrated and charged from northeast to southeast along the Huachang uplift. It can be predicated that the light oil and condensates in the Huachang oil field should be sourced from the source kitchen at the Bailian Sag. It shows that total DBTs content is an effective parameter to tracing oil migration orientation and filling pathway.
