Esophageal cancer is an upper gastrointestinal malignancy with a bleak *** is still being explored in depth due to its complex molecular mechanisms of occurrence and *** play a crucial role in cells by participating in energy supply,biofilm formation,and signal transduction processes,and lipid metabolic reprogramming also constitutes a significant characteristic of malignant *** and more studies have found esophageal cancer has obvious lipid metabolism abnormalities throughout its beginning,progress,and treatment *** inhibition of tumor growth and the enhancement of antitumor therapy efficacy can be achieved through the regulation of lipid ***,we reviewed and analyzed the research results and latest findings for lipid metabolism and associated analysis techniques in esophageal cancer,and comprehensively proved the value of lipid metabolic reprogramming in the evolution and treatment resistance of esophageal cancer,as well as its significance in exploring potential therapeutic targets and biomarkers.

Owing to the utilization of lithium metal as anode with the ultrahigh theoretical capacity density of 3860 mA h g^(-1)and oxide-based ceramic solid-state electrolytes(SE),e.g.,garnet-type Li7La_(3)Zr_(2)O_(12)(LLZO),all-state-state lithium metal batteries(ASLMBs)have been widely accepted as the promising alternatives for providing the satisfactory energy density and ***,its applications are still challenged by plenty of technical and scientific *** this contribution,the co-sintering temperature at 500℃is proved as a compromise method to fabricate the composite cathode with structural integrity and declined capacity fading of LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_(2)(NCM).On the other hand,it tends to form weaker grain boundary(GB)inside polycrystalline LLZO at inadequate sintering temperature for LLZO,which can induce the intergranular failure of SE during the growth of Li filament inside the unavoidable defect on the interface of ***,increasing the strength of GB,refining the grain to 0.4μm,and precluding the interfacial defect are suggested to postpone the electro-chemo-mechanical failure of SE with weak ***,the advanced sintering techniques to lower the co-sintering temperature for both NCM-LLZO composite cathode and LLZO SE can be posted out to realize the viability of state-of-the-art ASLMBs with higher energy density as well as the guaranteed safety.

The relentless progress in the research of geographic spatial data models and their application scenarios is propelling an unprecedented rich Level of Detail (LoD) in realistic 3D representation and smart cities. This pursuit of rich details not only adds complexity to entity models but also poses significant computational challenges for model visualization and 3D GIS. This paper introduces a novel method for deriving multi-LOD models， which can enhance the efficiency of spatial computing in complex 3D building models. Firstly， we extract multiple facades from a 3D building model (LoD3) and convert them into individual semantic facade models. Through the utilization of the developed facade layout graph， each semantic facade model is then transformed into a parametric model. Furthermore， we explore the specification of geometric and semantic details in building facades and define three different LODs for facades， offering a unique expression. Finally， an innovative heuristic method is introduced to simplify the parameterized facade. Through rigorous experimentation and evaluation， the effectiveness of the proposed parameterization methodology in capturing complex geometric details， semantic richness， and topological relationships of 3D building models is demonstrated.

Caenogastropoda is a highly diverse group,containing~60%of all existing *** in this subclass predominantly inhabit marine environments and have a high ecological and economic *** to the increase in relevant phylogenetic studies,our understanding of between species relatedness in Caenogastropoda has ***,the biodiversity,taxonomic status,and phylogenetic relationships of this group remain *** the present study,we performed next-generation sequencing of four complete mitochondrial genomes from three families(Buccinidae,Columbellidae,and Cypraeidae)and the four mitogenomes were classical circular structures,with a length of 16177 bp in Volutharpa ampullacea,16244 bp in Mitrella albuginosa,16926bp in Mauritia arabica asiatica and 15422 bp in Erronea *** composition analysis indicated that whole sequences were biased toward A and *** compared them with 171 complete mitochondrial genomes of *** phylogenetic relationship of Caenogastropoda derived from Maximum Likelihood(ML)and Bayesian Inference(BI)trees constructed based on CDS sequences was consistent with the results of traditional morphological analysis,with all three families showing close *** study supported Caenogastropoda at the molecular level as a separate clade of *** to our divergence time estimations,Caenogastropoda was formed during the middle Triassic period(~247.2–237 Ma).Our novel mitochondrial genomes provide evidence for the speciation of Caenogastropoda in addition to elucidating the mitochondrial genomic evolution of this subclass.

This work studied the microstructure,mechanical properties and damping properties of Mg_(95.34)Ni_(2)Y_(2.66) and Mg_(95.34)Zn_(1)Ni_(1)Y_(2.66)alloys *** difference in the evolution of the long-period stacked ordered(LPSO)phase in the two alloys during heat treatment was the *** morphology of the as-cast Mg_(95.34)Ni_(2)Y_(2.66)presented a disordered *** heat treatment at 773 K for 2 hours,the eutectic phase was integrated into the matrix,and the LPSO phase maintained the 18R *** Zn partially replaced Ni,the crystal grains became rounded in the cast alloy,and lamellar LPSO phases and more solid solution atoms were contained in the matrix after heat treatment of the Mg_(95.34)Zn_(1)Ni_(1)Y_(2.66)*** Zn and the heat treatment had a significant effect on *** dislocation internal friction peaks and grain boundary internal friction peaks were found after temperature-dependent damping of the Mg_(95.34)Ni_(2)Y_(2.66)and Mg_(95.34)Zn_(1)Ni_(1)Y_(2.66)*** heat treatment,the dislocation peak was significantly increased,especially in the alloy Mg_(95.34)Ni_(2)Y_(2).*** annealed Mg_(95.34)Ni_(2)Y_(2.66)alloy with a rod-shaped LPSO phase exhibited a good damping performance of 0.14 atε=10^(−3),which was due to the difference between the second phase and solid solution atom *** factors also affected the dynamic modulus of the *** results of this study will help in further development of high-damping magnesium alloys.

Effects of organic fertilizers on organic carbon accumulation in alkalized saline soil and silage maize yield

To understand the combined effect of organic and chemical fertilizers on soil carbon emissions and carbon balance of a farmland ecosystem,this study investigated the organic fertilizer nitrogen replacing different proportions of chemical fertilizer *** results showed that,compared to F_(100),the O_(15)F_(85) treatment increased the yield and net ecosystem productivity carbon sequestration of silage maize under mild,moderate,and severe salinization levels,as well as the contents of soil organic carbon,microbial carbon,and humin carbon,while reducing plant carbon *** O_(15)F_(85) treatment did not significantly increase soil carbon emissions(CEC),but O_(30)F_(70),O_(45)F_(55) and O_(100) treatments significantly increased *** soil carbon balance analysis showed that the farmland ecosystem was a“sink”for atmospheric CO_(2) under each *** O_(15)F_(85) treatment produced an“excitation effect”to enhance the carbon sink effect of silage maize farmland under mild,moderate and severe salinization levels while maintaining stable production and *** the O_(100) treatment increased the carbon sink of farmland under different salinization levels,the yield was significantly reduced and did not represent practical production *** analysis showed that soil organic carbon components and ecosystem carbon balance were closely related to soil total salt,pH and bulk density,while soil dissolved organic carbon,humus carbon components and carbon emissions were closely related to soil moisture and ***,the purpose of improving the carbon sink of saline-alkali land can be achieved through soil salt inhibition,soil structure remodeling and water supplement and warming regulation,which provides technical and theoretical support for reducing carbon emissions,achieving carbon neutrality and alleviating global warming.

Gastric cancer(GC) is a major cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. GC is determined by multiple(epi)genetic and environmental factors; can occur at distinct anatomic positions of the stomach; and displays high heterogeneity, with different cellular origins and diverse histological and molecular features. This heterogeneity has hindered efforts to fully understand the pathology of GC and develop efficient therapeutics. In the past decade, great progress has been made in the study of GC, particularly in molecular subtyping, investigation of the immune microenvironment, and defining the evolutionary path and dynamics. Preclinical mouse models, particularly immunocompetent models that mimic the cellular and molecular features of human GC, in combination with organoid culture and clinical studies, have provided powerful tools for elucidating the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying GC pathology and immune evasion, and the development of novel therapeutic strategies. Herein, we first briefly introduce current progress and challenges in GC study and subsequently summarize immunocompetent GC mouse models, emphasizing the potential application of genetically engineered mouse models in antitumor immunity and immunotherapy studies.

High energy consumption is a serious issue associated with in situ thermal desorption(TD)remediation of sites contaminated by petroleum hydrocarbons(PHs).The knowledge on the thermophysical properties of contaminated soil can help predict accurately the transient temperature distribution in a remediation site,for the purpose of energy ***,such data are rarely reported for PH-contaminated *** this study,by taking diesel as a representative example for PHs,soil samples with constant dry bulk density but different diesel mass concentrations ranging from 0% to 20% were prepared,and the variations of their thermal conductivity,specific heat capacity and thermal diffusivity were measured and analyzed over a wide temperature range between 0℃ and 120℃.It was found that the effect of diesel concentration on the thermal conductivity of soil is negligible when it is below 1%.When diesel concentration is below 10%,the thermal conductivity of soil increases with raising the ***,when diesel concentration becomes above 10%,the change of the thermal conductivity of soil with temperature exhibits the opposite *** is mainly due to the competition between soil minerals and diesel,because the thermal conductivity of minerals increases with temperature,whereas the thermal conductivity of diesel decreases with *** analysis results showed that,compared with temperature,the diesel concentration has more significant effects on soil thermal *** of the diesel concentration,with the increase of temperature,the specific heat capacity of soil increases,while the thermal diffusivity of soil *** addition,the results of a control experiment exhibited that the relative differences of the thermal conductivity of the soil samples containing the same concentration of both diesel and a pure alkane are all below 10%,indicating that the results obtained with diesel in this study can be extended to the family of PHs.A theo
