目的分析心宝丸联合美托洛尔缓释片治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者效果及对左心室重塑的影响。方法回顾性选取2019年4月至2023年4月滁州市中西医结合医院收治的70例CHF患者进行研究,依据治疗方法不同将其分为3组,美托洛尔缓释片组(n=20)、心宝丸组(n=20)和联合组(n=30)。美托洛尔缓释片组给予单纯美托洛尔缓释片治疗,心宝丸组给予单纯心宝丸治疗,联合组给予心宝丸+美托洛尔缓释片治疗。记录3组患者的临床疗效,分别在治疗前和治疗4周后检测与比较3组患者的左心室重塑[左室内舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESd)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]、心脏相关指标[血清心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)、脑钠肽]、血清学指标[血清内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)],并比较3组的不良反应。结果联合组总有效率为93.33%,高于美托洛尔缓释片组(65.00%)、心宝丸组(70.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论心宝丸联合美托洛尔缓释片联合治疗CHF,可帮助患者逆转左心室重塑,并改善其心功能,同时促进心肌细胞修复,有利于进一步提高患者的临床治疗效果。

Mechanical ventilation （MV） may aggravate lung injury induced by a variety of injuries, including intratracheal hydrochloric acid instillation, intratracheal lipopolysaccharide （LPS） instillation with or without concurrent saline lavage, intravenous LPS, or intravenous oleic acid. However, the mechanism for this detrimental effect of MV is unclear. The purpose of the present study was to determine the effect of MV on lung injury induced by minimal LPS-instillation and on the LPS receptor CD14 in the lung.

Utilizing optical technologies for the design of packet switches and routers offers several advantages in terms of scalability, high bandwidth, power consumption, and cost. However, the configuration delays of optical crossbars are much longer than that of the electronic counterpart, which makes the conventional slot-by-slot scheduling methods no longer the feasible solution. Therefore, some tradeoff must be found between the empty time slots and configuration overhead. This paper classifies such scheduling problems into preemptive and non-preemptive scenarios, each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Although non-preemptive scheduling is inherently not good at achieving the above-mentioned tradeoff, it is shown, however, that the proposed maximum weight matching （MWM） based greedy algorithm is guaranteed to achieve an approximation 2 for arbitrary configuration delay, and with a relatively low time complexity O（N^2）. For preemptive scheduling, a novel 2-approximation heuristic is presented. Each time in finding a switch configuration, the 2-approximation heuristic guarantees the covering cost of the remaining traffic matrix to have 2-approximation. Simulation results demonstrate that 2-approximation heuristic （1） performs close to the optimal scheduling, and （2） outperforms ADJUST and DOUBLE in terms of traffic transmission delay and time complexity.

Background Isoflurane, a commonly used inhaled anesthetic, induces apoptosis in primary rat cortical neurons of rat in a concentration- and time-dependent manner by an unknown mechanism. We hypothesized that isoflurane induced apoptosis by causing abnormal calcium release from the endoplasmic reticulum （ER） via activation of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate （IP3） receptors. Sevoflurane has a reduced ability to disrupt intracellular calcium homeostasis and is a less potent cytotoxic agent. This study examined and compared the cytotoxic effects of isoflurane and sevoflurane on rat primary cortical neurons and their relationship with disruption of intracellular calcium homeostasis and production of reactive oxygen species （ROS）.Methods Primary rat cortical neurons were treated with the equivalent of 1 minimal alveolar concentration （MAC） of isoflurane and sevoflurane for 12 hours. MTT reduction and LDH release assays were performed to evaluate cell viability. Changes of calcium concentration in the cytosolic space, [Ca^2＋]c, and production of ROS were determined after exposing primary rat cortical neurons to isoflurane and sevoflurane. We also determined the effects of IP3 receptor antagonist xestospongin C on isoflurane-induced cytotoxicity and calcium release from the ER in primary rat cortical neurons.Results -Isoflurane at 1 MAC for 12 hours induced cytotoxicity in primary rat corticai neurons, which was also associated with a high and fast elevation of peak [Ca^2＋]c. Xestospongin C significantly ameliorated isoflurane cytotoxicity in primary cortical neurons, as well as inhibited the calcium release from the ER in primary cortical neurons. Isoflurane did not induce significant changes of ROS production in primary rat cortical neurons. Sevoflurane, at equivalent exposure to isoflurane, did not induce similar cytotoxicity or elevation of peak [Ca^2＋]c in primary rat cortical neurons.Conclusion These results suggested that isoflurane induced elevation in [Ca^2＋]c,

Humic-Like Substances from Different Compost Extracts Could Significantly Promote Cucumber Growth

The effects of direct extracts of compost (DEC), aerated fermentation extracts of compost (AFEC) and non-aerated fermentation extracts of compost (NAFEC) on cucumber growth and the action mechanisms were evaluated based on the structure and activity analysis of humic-like substances. AFEC increased cucumber growth most significantly, followed by DEC and NAFEC, which was insignificant compared to the control treatment. Humic-like substances from compost extracts played an important role in promoting cucumber growth. Application of humic-like substances stimulated auxin-like activity and increased chlorophyll content and nitrogen accumulation in plants. The positive auxin-like activity of humic-like substances could be attributed to the relative distribution of special carbon groups, such as those with a large amount of peptidic and carbohydratic groups or with a low content of phenolic groups. In conclusion, the best growth promotion by application of AFEC was mainly attributed to the humic-like substances in the AFEC.

During long-term service in space,Gallium Arsenide(GaAs)solar cells are directly exposed to electron irradiation which usually causes a dramatic decrease in their *** the multilayer structure of solar cells,the germanium(Ge)layer occupies the majority of the thickness as the *** to the intrinsic brittleness of semiconductor material,there exist various defects during the preparation and assembly of solar cells,the influences of which tend to be intensified by the irradiation *** this work,first,Ge specimens for mechanical tests were prepared at scales from microscopic to ***,after different doses of electron irradiation,the mechanical properties of the Ge specimens were *** experimental results demonstrate that electron irradiation has an obvious effect on the mechanical property variation of Ge in diverse *** four-point bending test indicates that the elastic modulus,fracture strength,and maximum displacement of the Ge specimens all increase,and reach the maximum value at the irradiation dose of 1×10^(15)e/cm^(2).The micrometer scale cantilever and nanoindentation tests present similar trends for Ge specimens after *** Force Microscope(AFM)also observed the change in surface ***,a fitting model was established to characterize the relation between modulus change and electron irradiation dose.
