Simulating the dynamic evolution of physical and molecular systems in a quantum computer is of fundamental interest in many *** implementation of dynamics simulation requires efficient quantum *** Lie-Trotter-Suzuki approximation algorithm,also known as the Trotterization,is basic in Hamiltonian dynamics simulation.A multi-product algorithm that is a linear combination of multiple Trotterizations has been proposed to improve the approximation ***,implementing such multiproduct Trotterization in quantum computers remains challenging due to the requirements of highly controllable and precise quantum entangling operations with high success ***,we report a programmable integrated-photonic quantum simulator based on a linear combination of unitaries,which can be tailored for implementing the linearly combined multiple Trotterizations,and on the simulator we benchmark quantum simulation of Hamiltonian *** modify the multi-product algorithm by integrating it with oblivious amplitude amplification to simultaneously reach high simulation precision and high success *** quantum simulator is devised and fabricated on a large-scale silicon-photonic quantum chip,which allows the initialization,manipulation,and measurement of arbitrary four-qubit states and linearly combined unitary *** an example,the quantum simulator is reprogrammed to emulate the dynamics of an electron spin and nuclear spin coupled *** work promises the practical dynamics simulations of real-world physical and molecular systems in future large-scale quantum computers.

The severe interfacial charge recombination as well as the stability issues brought by the Li-TFSI still hinder the commercialization of high-performance perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Here,a polyoxometalates(POMs)-based complex,POM@ionic liquid(IL),is synthesized and applied as an effective additive that simultaneously enhances the performance and stability of *** interactions between POM@IL complex and Li-TFSI inhibit the aggregation of *** synergistic oxidation of POM@IL complex and Li-TFSI towards 2.2.7,7-tetrakis[N,N-di(4-methoxyphenyl)amino]-9,9'-spirobifluorene(Spiro-OMeTAD)effectively enhances the electrical properties of hole transport layer film and the photovoltaic performances of *** champion device modified with the POM@IL complex yields an excellent power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 2..73%.Moreover,the incorporation of POM@IL improves the humidity stability of *** storing under high humidity conditions(2.℃,60%RH)for 12.0 h,the POM@IL modified device retained a remarkable 81.2.of its initial *** work provides new insight into constructing POMs-based materials for high-performance photovoltaic devices.

Here,a novel strategy is proposed targeting the volatility of A-site cations and the disordered arrangement of perovskite grains through employing Cs~+contained metal-organic frameworks In-aip(Cs)obtained by ion-exchange and crystalline *** forces between Cs-O atoms split the pore channels of the pristine In-aip,endowing In-aip(Cs)with multidimensional charge transport channels,In addition,the partially freed Cs~+in the interlayer compensates for the vacancy of A-site cations during the perovskite preparation *** In-aip(Cs)modified perovskite films have a flat morphology,large grains and excellent optoelectronic *** from the high-quality perovskite films and faster charge extraction,the In-aip(Cs)-modified PSCs achieved a champion PCE of 2..03%,superior to the In-aip-modified(2..2.%)and control device(2..13%),More importantly,the unencapsulated PSCs modified with In-aip(Cs)exhibited outstanding humidity and thermal *** a period of almost 1000 h,the unencapsulated In-aip(Cs)-modified device retained 85%of its initial PCE after storing in a glove box at 85℃,and retained 87%of the primary PCE upon storage in ambient condition at 2.℃under a humidity of 40%.

Association networks are widely applied for the prediction of bacterial interactions in studies of human gut ***,the experimental validation of the predicted interactions is challenging due to the complexity of gut microbiomes and the limited number of cultivated *** this study,we addressed this challenge by integrating in vitro time series network(TSN)associations and cocultivation of TSN taxon *** samples were collected and used for cultivation and enrichment of gut microbiome on YCFA agar plates for 13 *** cells were harvested for DNA extraction and metagenomic sequencing.A total of 198 metagenome-assembled genomes(MAGs)were *** dynamics of bacteria growing on the YCFA agar were used to infer microbial association *** experimentally validate the interactions of taxon pairs in networks,we selected 2. and 19 bacterial strains from this study and from the previously established human gut microbial biobank,respectively,for pairwise *** co-culture experiments revealed that most of the interactions between taxa in networks were identified as neutralism(51.67%),followed by commensalism(2..67%),amensalism(18.33%),competition(5%)and exploitation(3.33%).Genome-centric analysis further revealed that the commensal gut bacteria(helpers and beneficiaries)might interact with each other via the exchanges of amino acids with high biosynthetic costs,short-chain fatty acids,and/or *** also validated 12.beneficiaries by adding 16 additives into the basic YCFA medium and found that the growth of 66.7%of these strains was significantly *** approach provides new insights into the gut microbiome complexity and microbial interactions in association *** work highlights that the positive relationships in gut microbial communities tend to be overestimated,and that amino acids,short-chain fatty acids,and vitamins are contributed to the positive relationships.

All solid-state batteries(ASSBs)are the holy grails of rechargeable batteries,where extensive searches are ongoing in the pursuit of ideal solid-state ***,there is still a long way off to the satisfactorily high(enough)ionic conductivity,long-term stability and especially being able to form compatible interfaces with the solid ***,we have explored ionic transport behavior and high mobility in the sub-nano pore networks in the framework ***,the frameworked electrolyte behaves as a solid,and however in the(sub)-nano scales,the very limited number of solvent molecules in confinement makes them completely different from that in liquid *** from a liquid-electrolyte counterpart,the interactions between the mobile ions and surrounding molecules are subject to dramatic changes,leading to a high ionic conductivity at room temperature with a low activation ***+ions in the sub-nano cages of the network structure are highly mobile and diffuse rather independently,where the rate-limiting step of ions crossing cages is driven by the local concentration gradient and the electrostatic interactions between Li^(+)*** new class of frameworked electrolytes(FEs)with both high ionic conductivity and desirable interface with solid electrodes are demonstrated to work with Li-ion batteries,where the ASSB with LiFePO_(4)shows a highly stable electrochemical performance of over 450 cycles at 2. at room temperature,with an almost negligible capacity fade of 0.03‰ each *** addition,the FE shows outstanding flexibility and anti-flammability,which are among the key requirements of large-scale applications.

Although covalent organic frameworks(COFs)with highπ-conjugation have recently exhibited great prospects in perovskite solar cells(PSCs),their further application in PSCs is still hindered by face-to-face stacking and aggregation ***,metal-organic framework(MOF-808)is selected as an ideal platform for the in situ homogeneous growth of a COF to construct a core-shell MOF@COF nanoparticle,which could effectively inhibit COF stacking and *** synergistic intrinsic mechanisms induced by the MOF@COF nanoparticles for reinforcing intrinsic stability and mitigating lead leakage in PSCs have been *** complementary utilization ofπ-conjugated skeletons and nanopores could optimize the crystallization of large-grained perovskite films and eliminate *** resulting PSCs achieve an impressive power conversion efficiency of 2..61%with superior open circuit voltage(1.2. V)and maintained approximately 90%of the original power conversion efficiency after 2.00 h(30-50%RH and 2.-30℃).Benefiting from the synergistic effects of the in situ chemical fixation and adsorption abilities of the MOF@COF nanoparticles,the amount of lead leakage from unpackaged PSCs soaked in water(<5 ppm)satisfies the laboratory assessment required for the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Regulation.

Ferroptosis,a unique modality of cell death with mechanistic and morphological differences from other cell death modes,plays a pivotal role in regulating tumorigenesis and offers a new opportunity for modulating anticancer drug *** epigenetic modifications and posttranslational modifications(PTMs)promote anticancer drug resistance,cancer progression,and *** studies indicate that epigenetic modifications can transcriptionally and translationally determine cancer cell vulnerability to ferroptosis and that ferroptosis functions as a driver in nervous system diseases(NSDs),cardiovascular diseases(CVDs),liver diseases,lung diseases,and kidney *** this review,we first summarize the core molecular mechanisms of ***,the roles of epigenetic processes,including histone PTMs,DNA methylation,and noncoding RNA regulation and PTMs,such as phosphorylation,ubiquitination,SUMOylation,acetylation,methylation,and ADP-ribosylation,are concisely *** roles of epigenetic modifications and PTMs in ferroptosis regulation in the genesis of diseases,including cancers,NSD,CVDs,liver diseases,lung diseases,and kidney diseases,as well as the application of epigenetic and PTM modulators in the therapy of these diseases,are then discussed in *** the mechanisms of ferroptosis regulation mediated by epigenetic modifications and PTMs in cancer and other diseases will facilitate the development of promising combination therapeutic regimens containing epigenetic or PTM-targeting agents and ferroptosis inducers that can be used to overcome chemotherapeutic resistance in cancer and could be used to prevent other *** addition,these mechanisms highlight potential therapeutic approaches to overcome chemoresistance in cancer or halt the genesis of other diseases.

Highly active and low-cost oxygen evolution reaction(OER)catalytic electrodes are extremely essential for exploration of green hydrogen via water ***,an advanced Fe-Ni-F electrocatalyst is fabricated by a facile annealing strategy using ammonium fluoride,of which the structure feature is unveiled by XRD,FESEM,TEM,EDS,BET,and XPS *** as-prepared Fe-Ni-F addresses a low overpotential of 2.7 mV and a small Tafel slope of 49 mV dec^(-1)at a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2.,significantly outperforming other control samples as well as the state-of-the-art RuO_(2..The advanced nature of our Fe-Ni-F catalyst could also be further evidenced from the robust stability in KOH alkaline solution,showing as 5.41%degradation after 2. h continuous *** analysis,it suggests that the decent catalytic activity should be attributed to the formed bimetallic(oxy)hydroxides because of the introduction of fluoride and the synergistic effect of iron and nickel towards oxygen *** work represents the potential of Fe-and/or Ni-based fluoride as efficient catalyst for low-energy consumption oxygen generation.

Enhancing the Performance of Perovskite Light-Emitting Diodes via Synergistic Effect of Defect Passivation and Dielectric Screening

Metal halide perovskites,particularly the quasi-two-dimensional perovskite subclass,have exhibited considerable potential for next-generation electroluminescent materials for lighting and ***,the presence of defects within these perovskites has a substantial influence on the emission efficiency and durability of the *** this study,we revealed a synergistic passivation mechanism on perovskite films by using a dual-functional compound of potassium *** dual functional potassium bromide on the one hand can passivate the defects of halide vacancies with bromine anions and,on the other hand,can screen the charged defects at the grain boundaries with potassium *** approach effectively reduces the probability of carriers quenching resulting from charged defects capture and consequently enhances the radiative recombination efficiency of perovskite thin films,leading to a significant enhancement of photoluminescence quantum yield to near-unity values(95%).Meanwhile,the potassium bromide treatment promoted the growth of homogeneous and smooth film,facilitating the charge carrier injection in the ***,the perovskite light-emitting diodes based on this strategy achieve a maximum external quantum efficiency of~2.%and maximum luminance of~60,000 cd m^(-2..This work provides a deeper insight into the passivation mechanism of ionic compound additives in perovskite with the solution method.
