Simulating the dynamic evolution of physical and molecular systems in a quantum computer is of fundamental interest in many *** implementation of dynamics simulation requires efficient quantum *** Lie-Trotter-Suzuki approximation algorithm,also known as the Trotterization,is basic in Hamiltonian dynamics simulation.A multi-product algorithm that is a linear combination of multiple Trotterizations has been proposed to improve the approximation ***,implementing such multiproduct Trotterization in quantum computers remains challenging due to the requirements of highly controllable and precise quantum entangling operations with high success ***,we report a programmable integrated-photonic quantum simulator based on a linear combination of unitaries,which can be tailored for implementing the linearly combined multiple Trotterizations,and on the simulator we benchmark quantum simulation of Hamiltonian *** modify the multi-product algorithm by integrating it with oblivious amplitude amplification to simultaneously reach high simulation precision and high success *** quantum simulator is devised and fabricated on a large-scale silicon-photonic quantum chip,which allows the initialization,manipulation,and measurement of arbitrary four-qubit states and linearly combined unitary *** an example,the quantum simulator is reprogrammed to emulate the dynamics of an electron spin and nuclear spin coupled *** work promises the practical dynamics simulations of real-world physical and molecular systems in future large-scale quantum computers.

Association networks are widely applied for the prediction of bacterial interactions in studies of human gut ***,the experimental validation of the predicted interactions is challenging due to the complexity of gut microbiomes and the limited number of cultivated *** this study,we addressed this challenge by integrating in vitro time series network(TSN)associations and cocultivation of TSN taxon *** samples were collected and used for cultivation and enrichment of gut microbiome on YCFA agar plates for 13 *** cells were harvested for DNA extraction and metagenomic sequencing.A total of 198 metagenome-assembled genomes(MAGs)were *** dynamics of bacteria growing on the YCFA agar were used to infer microbial association *** experimentally validate the interactions of taxon pairs in networks,we selected 2. and 19 bacterial strains from this study and from the previously established human gut microbial biobank,respectively,for pairwise *** co-culture experiments revealed that most of the interactions between taxa in networks were identified as neutralism(51.67%),followed by commensalism(2..67%),amensalism(18.33%),competition(5%)and exploitation(3.33%).Genome-centric analysis further revealed that the commensal gut bacteria(helpers and beneficiaries)might interact with each other via the exchanges of amino acids with high biosynthetic costs,short-chain fatty acids,and/or *** also validated 12.beneficiaries by adding 16 additives into the basic YCFA medium and found that the growth of 66.7%of these strains was significantly *** approach provides new insights into the gut microbiome complexity and microbial interactions in association *** work highlights that the positive relationships in gut microbial communities tend to be overestimated,and that amino acids,short-chain fatty acids,and vitamins are contributed to the positive relationships.

Ferroptosis,a unique modality of cell death with mechanistic and morphological differences from other cell death modes,plays a pivotal role in regulating tumorigenesis and offers a new opportunity for modulating anticancer drug *** epigenetic modifications and posttranslational modifications(PTMs)promote anticancer drug resistance,cancer progression,and *** studies indicate that epigenetic modifications can transcriptionally and translationally determine cancer cell vulnerability to ferroptosis and that ferroptosis functions as a driver in nervous system diseases(NSDs),cardiovascular diseases(CVDs),liver diseases,lung diseases,and kidney *** this review,we first summarize the core molecular mechanisms of ***,the roles of epigenetic processes,including histone PTMs,DNA methylation,and noncoding RNA regulation and PTMs,such as phosphorylation,ubiquitination,SUMOylation,acetylation,methylation,and ADP-ribosylation,are concisely *** roles of epigenetic modifications and PTMs in ferroptosis regulation in the genesis of diseases,including cancers,NSD,CVDs,liver diseases,lung diseases,and kidney diseases,as well as the application of epigenetic and PTM modulators in the therapy of these diseases,are then discussed in *** the mechanisms of ferroptosis regulation mediated by epigenetic modifications and PTMs in cancer and other diseases will facilitate the development of promising combination therapeutic regimens containing epigenetic or PTM-targeting agents and ferroptosis inducers that can be used to overcome chemotherapeutic resistance in cancer and could be used to prevent other *** addition,these mechanisms highlight potential therapeutic approaches to overcome chemoresistance in cancer or halt the genesis of other diseases.

This study was to investigate growth performance,rumination development,rumen fermentation and feed digestion in young calves provided high volumes(about 2.%of calf birth weight)of milk with or without forage inclusion and how these parameters correlate with each *** after birth,160 newborn Holstein female calves(41.6±4.2.kg of initial BW)were randomly divided into 2.treatments:1)starter(CON,only starter)and 2.starter and hay(HAY,both starter and hay).The calves were fed their respective experimental diets from d 4 to 84,after which they were all introduced to similar diets until the end of the experiment on d *** had no effect on growth and structural measurements throughout the experimental ***,treatment had an effect on the other parameters,mainly during the post-weaning *** supplementation tended to reduce starter dry matter intake(P=0.05),while increasing the forage intake(P1)and the feed-to-gain ratio(P1).HAY calves had increased neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and physically effective NDF(peNDF)intakes(P1)starch intake compared to CON *** HAY calves had a higher rumination time(P1),ruminal pH(P1),and acetate-to-propionate ratio(P=0.05)compared to the CON *** correlation analysis showed that rumination time was positively related to the ruminal p H at d 84(P=0.01)and 196(P=0.02..The HAY calves had similar apparent total-tract digestibility of dry matter(DM),NDF and ether extract(EE),but lower digestibility of organic matter(OM,P=0.03),crude protein(CP,P1)and starch(P1)compared to those of the CON calves at week ***,there were no positive relationships between rumination time and nutrient digestibility or between rumination time per kilogram DM and nutrient *** conclusion,feeding hay to calves fed a high milk level improved rumination during the post-weaning period only,without a concomitant effect on growth performance thro

The Xushen gas field,located in the north of Songliao Basin,is a potential giant gas area for china in the *** proved reserves have exceeded 1000×10 8 m 3 by the end of ***,the origin of natural gases from the deep strata is still in *** rocks as a potential gas source are widely spreading in the northern basement of Songliao *** to pyrolysis experiments for these rocks in the semi-confined system,gas production and geochemistry of alkane gases are discussed in this *** Carboniferous-Permian epimetamorphic rocks were heated from 300℃to 550℃,with temperature interval of 50℃.The gas production was quantified and measured for chemical and carbon isotopic *** show thatδ13C 1 is less than?2.‰,carbon isotope trend of alkane gas isδ13C 1 2.2.>δ13C 3 ,these features suggest that the gas would be coal-type gas at high-over maturity,not be inorganic gas with reversal trend of gaseous alkanes (δ13C 1 >δ13C 2.>δ13C 3 ).These characteristics of carbon isotopes are similar with the natural gas from the basin basement,but disagree with gas from the Xingcheng ***,the mixing gases from the pyrolysis gas with coal-typed gases at high-over maturity or oil-typed gases do not cause the reversal trend of carbon *** gas generation intensity for epimetamorphic rocks is 3.0×10 8 ―2..8×10 8 m 3 /km 2.,corresponding to Ro from 2.0%to 3.5%for organic matter.

The marine non\|carbonate sediment is exposed at the southwestern flank of the Zhepure Syncline where it lies about 4 km east to the typical cross\|section, Gongzha cross\|section (Hao and Wan, 1985; Willems et al., 1993, 1996) and ca.75km north to the Qomolangma. There are few people who can approach the place of the cross\|section, even so are endemic Tibetan. The cross\|section is named of the Qumiba cross\|section in this abstract. The new discovery, conformed on the massive Zhepure Formation limestone, here is named of Qumiba Formation. It is composed of two series of terrigenous sediments: Enba Member—lower gray shales intercalating with sandstones, and Zhaguo Member—upper reddish shales interbedding with sandstones. Abundant nannofossils with chronological meanings are first found *** Member Common calcareous nannofossils in the Lutetian such as Chiastozygus barbatus, Chiasmolithus sp., Discoaster barbadiensis, Helicosphaera compacta, Reticulofenstra bisecta, Sphenolithus radians are processed in sample S12.1\|S17W1, in which the Helicosphaera compacta and Sphenolithus radians are part of the indicators of the nannofossil zone NP15. So it is proposed that Units S12.|17, 110 m in thickness, could have been deposited during Middle\|Late Lutetian.
